Modulated noble metal/2D MOF heterostructures for improved hydrogen storage of MgH_(2)

The conjugation of external species with twodimensional(2D)materials has broad application *** this study,we have explored the potential of noble metal/2D MOF heterostructures in hydrogen ***,the MgH_(2)-Ni-MOF@Pd system has shown remarkable hydrogen desorption/sorption performances,starting to liberate hydrogen at 1810C,which is 2300C lower than that of pristine *** the catalytic effect of Ni-MOF@Pd,the dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of MgH2 is noticeably decreased from(133.5±17.5)to(34.58±1.87)kJ·moL^(-1),and the hydrogenation apparent activation energy is reduced from(70.41±7.43)to(25.78±4.64)kJ·moL^(-1),which is lowered by 63.4%.The fully-dehydrogenated MgH2-NiMOF@Pd composite rapidly uptakes hydrogen,with 2.62wt%at 100℃and 6.06 wt%at 150℃within 300 s,*** mechanism analysis of MgH2 catalyzed by Ni-MOF@Pd has revealed that the transformation of Mg_2Ni and Mg_2NiH_4 could act as a"hydrogen pump",providing numerous channels for fast diffusion and transport of hydrogen ***,in the dehydrogenation process,the element Pd reacts with MgH_(2)to form the MgPd alloy phase,which makes MgH_(2)take precedence to decompose through the Mg-Pd alloy rather than self-decomposition,further reducing thermal stability and improving de/hydrogenation *** synergistic effect of Mg-Pd,Mg_2Ni,and the special ultra-thin 2D sheet structure of the additive is the main reason for the good hydrogen storage property of MgH_(2)-Ni-MOF@*** findings provide inspiration for designing efficient multifunctional additives with unique morphologies to optimize the hydrogen desorption/sorption behaviors of hydrogen storage materials.

Consistent and Accurate TDOA Localization in Dynamic NLOS Environments via Prior Information Independent Estimation

In the time-difference-of-arrival(TDOA)localization,robust least squares(LS)problems solved by mathematical programming were proven to be superior in mitigating the effects of non-line-of-sight(NLOS)***,the existing algorithms still suffer from two disadvantages:1)The algorithms strongly depend on prior information;2)The approaches do not satisfy the mean square error(MSE)optimal criterion of the measurement *** tackle the troubles,we first formulate an MSE minimization model for measurement noise by taking the source and the NLOS biases as *** obtain stable solutions,we introduce a penalty function to avoid abnormal *** further tackle the nonconvex locating problem with semidefinite relaxation ***,we incorporate mixed constraints and variable information to improve the estimation *** and experiments show that the proposed method achieves consistent performance and good accuracy in dynamic NLOS environments.

P2Y1R is involved in visceral hypersensitivity in rats with experimental irritable bowel syndrome

AIM To evaluate the role of P2Y1 R in visceral hypersensitivity in rats with experimental irritable bowel *** A rat model of irritable bowel syndrome was generated by intra-colonic administration of acetic acid(AA) and assessed by histology and myeloperoxidase(m PO) activity assay. Then P2Y1 R expression in the colonic tissue was detected by Western blot. In order to explore the regulatory role of P2Y1 R in visceral hypersensitivity, an agonist(m RS2365) and an antagonist(m RS2179) of P2Y1 R were intra-colonically administered and effects were tested through a colorectal distension test. The abdominal withdrawal reflex and abdominal electromyography were tested during the course. RESULTS model assessment tests showed an obvious inflammatoryreaction that appeared on the 2^(nd) d after the AA injection, and the inflammatory reaction gradually recovered and almost disappeared on the 7^(th) d. The model finished on day 8 and showed a clear feature of IBS that had no organic lesion. The average expression of P2Y1 R was significantly higher in the AA group than in the na?ve group(0.319 ± 0.02 vs 0.094 ± 0.016, P < 0.001). m RS2365 could effectively raise the colonic hypersensitivity status at intervention doses of 10(AUC value from 0.30 ± 0.089 to 1.973 ± 0.127 mv?s, P < 0.01) and 100 μmol/L(AUC value from 0.290 ± 0.079 to 1.983 ± 0.195 mv?s, P < 0.01); m RS2179 could effectively reduce the hypersensitivity status at intervention dose of 100 μmol/L(from a mean baseline AUC value of 1.587 ± 0.099 mv?s to 0.140 ± 0.089 mv?s, P < 0.0001). Differences between the m RS2179 group(1.88 ± 1.45) and either the m RS2365 group(3.96 ± 0.19) or the combined treatment(m RS2179 and m RS2365) group(3.28 ± 0.11) were significant(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION P2Y1 R plays a regulatory role in visceral hypersensitivity in rats with experimental IBS. Specific antagonists of P2Y1 R may have potential therapeutic value in treating abdominal pain in IBS.

Carbon emissions associated with buildings are a major source of urban emissions. To put forward the methods and strategies to curb carbon emissions from urban building stock, it is not only necessary to establish a carbon emission calculation method for fine statistical analysis, but also to evaluate carbon emissions of urban planning schemes with applicable indexes. Currently,researches mainly focus on carbon emissions of individual buildings. When expanded to urban building stock, the calculation faces the lack of basic data, inadequate spatial analysis and unspecific carbon reduction indexes. Therefore, this study proposes a bottom-up calculation method for urban building stock, conducts spatial analysis based on carbon balance of urban grids, reveals the coupling mechanism between urban carbon reduction indexes and grid carbon emissions, and systematically establishes a carbon-reduction-oriented urban planning method that comprises calculation, analysis and evaluation, which is applied to Xi'an,China. This study provides a theoretical reference for cities to formulate carbon reduction targets and implement planning strategies by evaluating and predicting carbon emissions from urban building stock.

Type I interferon pathway in pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus

Background The role of type I interferon(IFN-I)signaling in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)has been well ***,unanswered questions remain regarding the applicability of these findings to pediatric-onset *** aim of this review is to provide an overview of the novel discoveries on IFN-I signaling in pediatric-onset *** sources A literature search was conducted in the PubMed database using the following keywords:“pediatric systemic lupus erythematosus”and“type I interferon”.Results IFN-I signaling is increased in pediatric SLE,largely due to the presence of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and pathways such as cyclic GMP-AMP synthase–stimulator of interferon genes–TANK-binding kinase 1 and Toll-like receptor(TLR)4/*** extracellular traps and oxidative DNA damage further stimulate IFN-I *** variants in IFN-I-related genes,such as IFN-regulatory factor 5 and tyrosine kinase 2,are linked to SLE susceptibility in pediatric *** addition,type I interferonopathies,characterized by sustained IFN-I activation,can mimic SLE symptoms and are thus important to *** on interferonopathies also contribute to exploring the pathogenesis of *** IFN-I activation is crucial for SLE diagnosis and *** IFNstimulated gene expression and serum IFN-α2 levels are common *** cytometry markers such as CD169 and galectin-9 are promising ***-IFN therapies,such as sifalimumab and anifrolumab,show promise in adult patients with SLE,but their efficacy in pediatric patients requires further *** kinase inhibitors are another treatment option for severe pediatric SLE *** This review presents an overview of the IFN-I pathway in pediatric *** the intricate relationship between IFN-I and pediatric SLE may help to identify potential diagnostic markers and targeted therapies,paving the way for improved patient care and outcomes.

A new monitoring index for ecological vulnerability and its application in the Yellow River Basin,China from 2000 to 2022

The ecological environment of the Yellow River Basin has become more fragile under the combined action of natural and manmade ***,the change mechanisms of ecological vulnerability in different sub-regions and periods vary,and the reasons for this variability are yet to be ***,in this study,we proposed a new remote sensing ecological vulnerability index by considering moisture,heat,greenness,dryness,land degradation,and social economy indicators and then analyzed and disclosed the spatial and temporal change patterns of ecological vulnerability of the Yellow River Basin,China from 2000 to 2022 and its driving *** results showed that the newly proposed remote sensing ecological vulnerability index had a high accuracy,at 86.36%,which indicated a higher applicability in the Yellow River *** 2000 to 2022,the average remote sensing ecological vulnerability index of the Yellow River Basin was 1.03,denoting moderate vulnerability *** intensive vulnerability area was the most widely distributed,which was mostly located in the northern part of Shaanxi Province and the eastern part of Shanxi *** 2000 to 2022,the ecological vulnerability in the Yellow showed an overall stable trend,while that of the central and eastern regions showed an obvious trend of *** gravity center of ecological vulnerability migrated southwest,indicating that the aggravation of ecological vulnerability in the southwestern regions was more severe than in the northeastern regions of the *** dominant single factor of changes in ecological vulnerability shifted from normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)to temperature from 2000 to 2022,and the interaction factors shifted from temperature∩NDVI to temperature∩precipitation,which indicated that the global climate change exerted a more significant impact on regional *** above results could provide decision support for the ecological protection and restoration of the Y

Under the new normal background, the technological innovation capability of technological-based enterprises has developed into an important force to promote a country or region economy development. This paper constructs the three-party evolutionary game model including government, SEM and employee, analyzes the key factors that influence the innovational strategic choices of three parties in in the game under different conditions, and simulate this kind of strategic choice through the use of simulation algorithm. The results make it clear that there exists difference between corporation and employee influenced by the willingness of government, and the corporation is more sensitive to the penalty and financial support from government;The cost of technological innovation is a key barrier for corporation and employee to do innovation.
