We report the fabrication of a highly sensitive field-effect transistor （FET） biosensor using thermally-reduced graphene oxide （TRGO） sheets functionalized with gold nanoparticle （NP）-antibody conjugates. Probe antibody was labeled on the surface of TRGO sheets through Au NPs and electrical detection of protein binding （Immunoglobulin G/IgG and anti-lmmunoglobulin G/anti-lgG） was accomplished by FET and direct current （dc） measurements. The protein binding events induced significant changes in the resistance of the TRGO sheet, which is referred to as the sensor response. The dependence of the sensor response on the TRGO base resistance in the sensor and the antibody areal density on the TRGO sheet was systematically studied, from which a correlation of the sensor response with sensor parameters was found： the sensor response was more significant with larger TRGO base resistance and higher antibody areal density. The detection limit of the novel biosensor was around the 0.2 ng/rnL level, which is among the best of,＇eported carbon nanomaterial-based protein sensors and can be further optimized by tuning the sensor structure.

5,6-Dihydrothieno[3＇,2＇：4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4（3H）-ones 6 were synthesized in yields of 71-87% by a consecutive method, which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 3 with aromatic isocynate to give carbodiimide 4 and subsequent reaction of 4 with various amines, phenols or alcohols in the presence of catalytic amount of sodium ethoxide or solid potassium carbonate. 2009 Ming Wu Ding. The rapid development of the anti-missile weapon technology brings new challenges to the cooperative penetration strategy solution and the guidance law design for Hypersonic Vehicles(HVs).This paper studies the coordinated game penetration guidance problem for multiple hypersonic vehicles faced with space threat areas.A scheme for seeking cooperative game penetration guidance strategy under safety critical control framework is *** this scheme,a multiHV cooperative game model is proposed in a minimum optimization form which can simplify the solving process and accelerate the computing ***,a second-order control barrier function is developed to transform the implicit nonlinear constraints of the proposed model into linear *** order to obtain better performance of guidance strategy,a composite guidance law under the safety critical control framework is presented to allocate guidance strategies appropriately in the whole *** is shown that the proposed scheme can guarantee successful penetration while avoiding threat ***,a comparative simulation with a two-on-three game is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

ATRP-template dispersion polymerization of methacrylic acid （MAA） on the template of polyvinyl pyrrolidone （PVP K-30） was carried out in the aqueous solution by using methyl 2-bromopropionate （MBP）/CuC1/2,2＇-bipyridine （bpy） as the initiation system. The scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, dynamic light scattering （DLS） and gel permeation chromatography （GPC） were employed for evaluating the results of polymerization. As a result, the minimonomer droplets formed due to the H-bond interaction of PVP-MAA. The stability of droplets was dependent on pH and the concentrations of both PVP and MAA. When pH 〈 2, the coagulum of PVP-MAA formed, whereas when pH 〉 4.5, the droplets were not observable by DLS. In order to prepare the stable latex, the concentration of PVP should be lower than 9 wt%, whilst the concentration of MAA should be lower than 5.5 wt%. The optimum condition was pH 2.4, PVP 4.76 wt% and MAA 5 wt%, by which the stable latex of ca. 50 nm nanoparticles of PMAA/PVP was prepared by ATRP polymerization and simultaneously the molar mass of PVP was duplicated by PMAA according to GPC diagrams. In contrast, by using AIBN, KPS and KPS-Na2SO3 redox initiation system, the coagulum accompanying with the larger molar mass of PMAA was obtained, irrespective of pH and concentrations of PVP and MAA.

In this paper,a composite pressure-sensitive mechanism combining diaphragm bending and volume compression was developed for resonant pressure microsensors to achieve high-pressure measurements with excellent *** composite mechanism was explained,and the sensor structure was designed based on theoretical analysis and finite element *** all-silicon resonant high-pressure microsensor with multiple miniaturized cavities and dual resonators was developed,where dual resonators positioned in two resonant cavities with suitably different widths are used to perform opposite characteristics in pressure and the same characteristics at different temperatures,which can improve pressure sensitivities and realize temperature self-compensation by differential frequency *** microsensor was fabricated by microfabrication,and the experimental results showed that the sensor had an accuracy of±0.015%full scale(FS)in a pressure range of 0.1~100 MPa and a temperature range of−10~50℃.The pressure sensitivity of the differential frequency was 261.10 Hz/MPa(~2523 ppm/MPa)at a temperature of 20℃,and the temperature sensitivities of the dual resonators were−1.54 Hz/℃(~−14.5 ppm/℃)and−1.57 Hz/℃(~−15.6 ppm/℃)at a pressure of 2 *** differential output had an outstanding stability within±0.02 Hz under constant temperature and ***,this research provides a convenient solution for high-pressure measurements because of its advantages,namely,large range,excellent accuracy and stability.

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)is an extremely important analytical technique that is widely used in organic *** is the only approach to capture biomarker features of organic matter and provides the key evidence for oil-source correlation and thermal maturity ***,the conventional way of processing and interpreting the mass chromatogram is both timeconsuming and labor-intensive,which increases the research cost and restrains extensive applications of this *** overcome this limitation,a correlation model is developed based on the convolution neural network(CNN)to link the mass chromatogram and biomarker features of samples from the Triassic Yanchang Formation,Ordos Basin,*** this way,the mass chromatogram can be automatically *** research first performs dimensionality reduction for 15 biomarker parameters via the factor analysis and then quantifies the biomarker features using two indexes(*** and PMI)that represent the organic matter thermal maturity and parent material type,***,training,interpretation,and validation are performed multiple times using different CNN models to optimize the model structure and hyper-parameter setting,with the mass chromatogram used as the input and the obtained MI and PMI values for supervision(label).The optimized model presents high accuracy in automatically interpreting the mass chromatogram,with R2values typically above 0.85 and0.80 for the thermal maturity and parent material interpretation results,*** significance of this research is twofold:(i)developing an efficient technique for geochemical research;(ii)more importantly,demonstrating the potential of artificial intelligence in organic geochemistry and providing vital references for future related studies.

A rare case of periampullary carcinoma with ectopic ending of Vater's ampulla

A 71-year-old woman was referred to our department complaining of painless progressive jaundice for the last 3 too. Magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） showed the ectopic hepatopancreatic ampulla draining into the fourth part of the duodenum adjacent to the duodenojejunal flexure; the irregular morphology of the duodenojejunal flexure likely due to a soft tissue mass. Laparotomy confirmed the presence of the abnormal ampulla of Vater located at the fourth part of the duodenum and a soft tissue tumor about 6 cm × 5 cm×5 cm with a peduncle adjoining the ampulla. Resection of the tumor, including some peripheral tissue, and a Roux-Y loop anastomosis choledochojejunostomy were performed. Pathological examination indicated an intestinal villous adenoma accompanied by severe dysplasia and focal canceration. Periampullary carcinoma with ectopic ending of the Vater＇s ampulla into the fourth part of the duodenum is rather rare. The embryonic genetic background of this anomaly has not yet been fully explained. It is worth mentioning that MRCP is useful for demonstrating anomalies and anatomic variants of the biliary tract system and pancreatic duct.
