Previous studies have shown that high-frequency(HF)waves,low-frequency(LF)waves and wave set-up coexist on shallow coral reef-flat and jointly contribute to potential floods and subsequent damages of infrastructures and islands on it.To better understand the reef-flat wave dynamics with incident waves and still water level,a wave-flume experiment was performed based on an idealized platform reef composed of a steep reef-face(1:4),a relatively mild reef-rim(1:14)and a horizontal reef-flat.Also,the non-hydrostatic phase-resolving model SWASH was validated against the experiment and then applied to further numerically investigate the effects of reef-rim topographic features on the reef-flat wave motions.The results show that incident waves of a larger wave height and a longer wave period can generate larger LF waves and wave set-up,thereby inducing greater HF waves on the reef-flat.Higher still water level can lead to larger HF waves but result in smaller wave set-up.In contrast to HF waves and wave set-up,LF waves are minimally affected by the still water level.A rim of milder slope and larger edge depth will induce smaller HF and LF waves and set-up on the reef-flat,and thus provide better protection for the reef-flat region.Furthermore,on the reef-flat,the ratio of HF significant wave height to water depth H_(s_h)/(h_(r)+η^(-))is approximately constant;the dimensionless LF significant wave height Hs_l/H_(s0) and the dimensionless wave set-upη^(-)/[T_(p)(gH_(s0))1/2]can be related to the inverse wave steepness parameter gT_(p)^(2)/H_(s0) and the relative reef-flat submergence(h_(r)+η^(-))/H_(s0) respectively.

目的从细胞焦亡角度利用生物信息学方法挖掘心脏重塑相关的核心基因，分析其功能，预测可能的治疗药物，为心脏重塑的诊断与治疗提供理论依据。方法从美国国立医学图书馆基因表达数据库GEO中下载心脏重塑相关基因芯片数据集，利用GEO2R在线分析工具鉴定心脏重塑相关差异表达基因（DEGs）。在GeneCards数据库收集细胞焦亡相关基因，将细胞焦亡相关基因与上述DEGs的交集基因构建蛋白互作网络，鉴定其中的核心基因。利用Metascape2.0对交集基因进行GO及KEGG功能富集分析。最后利用DGIdb数据库预测潜在药物与上述核心基因的相互作用。结果在GEO数据库筛选出GSE24489数据集，利用GEO2R分析工具鉴定出1767个心脏重塑相关DEGs，与GeneCards数据库中的细胞焦亡相关基因进行交联，得到45个细胞焦亡相关的心脏重塑DEGs。这些DEGs的GO分析生物过程主要富集在防御反应的调节、蛋白裂解的调节、炎症反应等。KEGG通路富集分析显示细胞焦亡相关DEGs主要富集于阿尔茨海默病、癌症通路、丙型肝炎、PI3K-Akt信号途径等。从45个DEGs中鉴定出7个心脏重塑相关核心基因（TLR3、PTGS2、CASP1、CASP8、GSK3β、VEGFA、MKI67）。DGIdb数据库预测潜在药物与核心基因相互作用的结果显示，尼美舒利（Nimesulide）、塞来昔布（Celecoxib）、GSK3β抑制剂Tideglusib等药物可能成为治疗心脏重塑的关键候选药物。结论核心基因PTGS2等在心脏重塑的发生发展中具有重要作用，靶向调节这些核心基因可抑制心脏重塑的发生。

Deep oil exploration coring technology cannot accurately maintain the in-situ pressure and temperature of samples, which leads to a distortion of deep oil and gas resource reserve evaluations based on conventional cores and cannot guide the development of deep oil and gas resources on Earth. The fundamental reason is the lack of temperature and pressure control in in-situ coring environments. In this paper, a pressure control method of a coring device is studied. The theory and method of deep intelligent temperature-pressure coupling control are innovatively proposed, and a multifield coupling dynamic sealing model is established. The optimal cardinality three term PID (Proportional-Integral-Differential) intelligent control algorithm of pressure system is developed. The temperature-pressure characteristic of the gas-liquid two-phase cavity is analyzed, and the pressure intelligent control is carried out based on three term PID control algorithms. An in-situ condition-preserved coring (ICP-Coring) device is developed, and an intelligent control system for the temperature and pressure of the coring device is designed and verified by experiments. The results show that the temperature-pressure coupling control system can effectively realize stable sealing under temperature-pressure fields of 140 MPa and 150 °C. The temperature-pressure coupling control method can accurately realize a constant pressure inside the coring device. The maximum working pressure is 140 MPa, and the effective pressure compensation range is 20 MPa. The numerical simulation experiment of pressure system control algorithm is carried out, and the optimal cardinality and three term coefficients are obtained. The pressure steady-state error is less than 0.01%. The method of temperature-pressure coupling control has guiding significance for coring device research, and is also the basis for temperature-pressure decoupling control in ICP-Coring.

Accurately obtaining the original information of an in-situ rock via coring is a significant guiding step for exploring and developing deep oil and gas resources.It is difficult for traditional coring technology and equipment to preserve the original information in deep rocks.This study develops a technology for insitu substance-preserved(ISP),moisture-preserved(IMP),and light-preserved(ILP)coring.This technology stores the original information in real time by forming a solid sealing film on the in-situ sample during coring.This study designed the ISP-IMP-ILP-Coring process and tool.In addition,an ISP-IMP-ILPCoring process simulation system was developed.The effects of temperature,pressure,and film thickness on the quality of the in-situ film were investigated by performing in-situ film-forming simulation experiments.A solid sealing film with a thickness of 2-3 mm can be formed;it completely covers the core sample and has uniform thickness.The film maintains good ISP-IMP-ILP properties and can protect the core sample in the in-situ environment steadily.This study verifies the feasibility of“film formation during coring”technology and provides strong support for the engineering application of ISP-IMP-ILPCoring technology.

Objective:Studies have demonstrated that cycloastragenol induces antitumor effects in prostate, colorectal and gastric cancers; however, its efficacy for inhibiting the proliferation of lung cancer cells is largely unexplored. This study explores the efficacy of cycloastragenol for inhibiting non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and elucidates the underlying molecular mechanisms.Methods:The effects of cycloastragenol on lung cancer cell proliferation were assessed using an adenosine triphosphate monitoring system based on firefly luciferase and clonogenic formation assays.Cycloastragenol-induced apoptosis in lung cancer cells was evaluated using dual staining flow cytometry with an annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide kit. To elucidate the role of cycloastragenol in the induction of apoptosis, apoptosis-related proteins were examined using Western blots.Immunofluorescence and Western blotting were used to determine whether cycloastragenol could induce autophagy in lung cancer cells. Genetic techniques, including small interfering RNA technology,were used to investigate the underlying mechanisms. The effects against lung cancer and biosafety of cycloastragenol were evaluated using a mouse subcutaneous tumor model.Results:Cycloastragenol triggered both autophagy and apoptosis. Specifically, cycloastragenol promoted apoptosis by facilitating the accumulation of phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate-induced protein 1(NOXA), a critical apoptosis-related protein. Moreover, cycloastragenol induced a protective autophagy response through modulation of the adenosine 5?-monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK)/unc-51-like autophagy-activating kinase (ULK1)/mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway.Conclusion:Our study sheds new light on the antitumor efficacy and mechanism of action of cycloastragenol in NSCLC. This insight provides a scientific basis for exploring combination therapies that use cycloastragenol and inhibiting the AMPK/ULK1/mTOR pathway as a promising approach to combating lung cancer.

Polarity is a critical microenvironmental factor of the plasma membrane,which can offer valuable insights into various biological processes.Herein,we proposed a novel strategy for the construction of fluorescent agents to measure plasma membrane polarity by conjoining twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT)modulation and charge number control.It is shown that compounds with a stronger TICT tendency are more sensitive to polarity shifts due to the number of dialkylated amino groups present(from 1 to 3),and the molecules with two or more charged centers remain in the plasma membrane.Therefore,we developed two fluorescent agents with high polarity sensitivity,excellent turn-on ratios,and superior ability,to target the plasma membrane.In the wash-free fluorescence imaging and fluorescence lifetime tests,our designed agent could detect plasma membrane polarity with high precision,allowing effective distinction between cancer cells and normal cells based on their differences in plasma membrane polarity.Moreover,both fluorescence and fluorescence lifetime changes of the plasma membrane in the ferroptosis model established by Sorafenib confirmed an increase in plasma membrane polarity during cell ferroptosis.

Stoichiometry plays a crucial role in biogeochemical cycles and can modulate soil nutrient availability and functions. In agricultural ecosystems,phosphorus(P) fertilizers(organic or chemical) are often applied to achieve high crop yields. However, P is readily fixed by soil particles, leading to low P use efficiency. Therefore, understanding the role of carbon:nitrogen:P stoichiometries of soil and microorganisms in soil P transformation is of great significance for P management in agriculture. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the recent research on stoichiometry effect on soil P transformation in agricultural ecosystems. Soil microorganisms play an important role in the transformation of soil non-labile inorganic P to microbial biomass P by regulating microbial biomass stoichiometry. They also mobilize soil unavailable organic P into available P by changing ecoenzyme stoichiometry. Organic materials, such as manure and straw, play an important role in promoting the transformation of insoluble P into available P as well. Additionally, periphytic biofilms can reduce P loss from rice field ecosystems. Agricultural stoichiometries are different from those of natural ecosystems and thereby should receive more attention due to the influences of anthropogenic factors. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct further stoichiometry research on the soil biochemical mechanisms underlying P transformation in agricultural ecosystems. In conclusion, understanding stoichiometry impact on soil P transformation is crucial for P management in agricultural ecosystems.

In this paper,the dynamics(including shadowing property,expansiveness,topological stability and entropy)of several types of upper semi-continuous set-valued maps are mainly considered from differentiable dynamical systems points of view.It is shown that(1)if f is a hyperbolic endomorphism then for eachε>0 there exists a C^(1)-neighborhood U of f such that the induced set-valued map F_(f,U)has theε-shadowing property,and moreover,if f is an expanding endomorphism then there exists a C^(1)-neighborhood U of f such that the induced set-valued map F_(f,U)has the Lipschitz shadowing property;(2)when a set-valued map F is generated by finite expanding endomorphisms,it has the shadowing property,and moreover,if the collection of the generators has no coincidence point then F is expansive and hence is topologically stable;(3)if f is an expanding endomorphism then for eachε>0 there exists a C^(1)-neighborhood U of f such that h(F_(f,U,ε))=h(f);(4)when F is generated by finite expanding endomorphisms with no coincidence point,the entropy formula of F is given.Furthermore,the dynamics of the set-valued maps based on discontinuous maps on the interval are also considered.

Background:Acute suppurative terminal cholangitis(ASTC)is rarer than acute obstructive cholangitis and is not well studied.To explore this subtype of acute cholangitis,we described our clinical experience with ASTC.Methods:We performed a retrospective review of patients with ASTC admitted to our center from September 2014 to August 2020.We analyzed their clinical characteristics,including etiology,clinical manifestations,imaging features,treatment and prognosis.Results:A total of 32 ASTC patients were included in the analysis.The majority of the patients had a history of biliary operations,and clinical manifestations were occult and atypical.The positive rate of bacterial culture was 46.9%.All the patients had typical imaging features on computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.Treatment with effective antibiotics was provided as soon as diagnosis was established.After treatment,most patients had a good outcome.Elevated levels of total bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase,procalcitonin and gamma-glutamyltransferase were the characteristics of critically ill patients and were associated with relatively poor prognosis.Conclusions:Our results demonstrated that ASTC should be recognized as a new subtype of acute cholangitis,and that earlier diagnosis and more personalized treatments are needed.
