Introduction:An increasing number of targeted drugs have been tested for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).However,targeted therapy-related oncogenic mutations have not been fully *** study aimed to detect targeted therapy-related oncogenic mutations in NPC and to determine which targeted therapy might be potentially effective in treating ***:By using the SNaPshot assay,a rapid detection method,19 mutation hotspots in 6 targeted therapy-related oncogenes were examined in 70 NPC *** associations between oncogenic mutations and clinicopathologic factors were ***:Among 70 patients,12(17.1%) had mutations in 5 oncogenes:7(10.0%) had v-kit Hardy-Zuckerman 4 feline sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KIT) mutation,2(2.8%) had epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) mutation,1(1.4%) had phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 3-kinase,catalytic subunit alpha(PIK3CA) mutation,1(1.4%) had Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS) mutation,and 1(1.4%) had simultaneous EGFR and v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF) *** significant differences were observed between oncogenic mutations and clinicopathologic ***,these oncogenic mutations were not associated with tumor recurrence or ***:Oncogenic mutations are present in NPC *** efficacy of targeted drugs on patients with the related oncogenic mutations requires further validation.

This paper describes the investigation of the secretion of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)by an extremely thermoacidophilic archaea,Metallosphaera sedula(***),during the bioleaching of pyrite under different temperatures and discusses the relationship among the EPS secretion,its heat resistance,and its ability to bioleach *** investigation results indicate that the amount of extracellular proteins is significantly higher than the amount of extracellular polysaccharides in the extracted EPS whether free cells or attached cells;these results are quite different from the behavior of mesophilic Acidithiobacillus *** the growth of *** is inhibited at 80℃,the bioleaching ability of *** is only slightly lower than that at the optimum growth temperature of 72℃ because of the heat resistance mechanism based on EPS *** secretion of more extracellular proteins is an important heat resistance mechanism of ***.

Feasibility Study on Chemical Flooding in Super High Porosity and Permeability Heavy Oil Reservoir

In this paper, the feasibility study of chemical flooding is carried out for ultra-high porosity and high permeability heavy oil field with permeability higher than 10 μm2 and porosity greater than 35%. The viscosity-concentration relationship of four kinds of oil flooding systems such as hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, structural polymer A, structural polymer B and gel was studied. The results showed that the viscosity of ordinary polymer and structural polymer B was lower compared with other two types of oil displacement agents, and the viscosity of structural polymer A was higher. The higher the concentration, the higher the viscosity retention rate. The gel system has the highest viscosity and best anti-shear ability. The resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient of structural polymer A and gel system were further studied. The results show that permeability, velocity and polymer concentration all affect the resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient. From the point of view of resistance establishment ability, it is considered that structural polymer A is not suitable for permeability formation above 10 μm2. Gel system has stronger ability to establish resistance coefficient than structural polymer A flooding system, and it is more feasible for formation system with permeability above 10 μm2.

Screening of goaty flavor-inhibiting lactic acid bacteria and their effects on the flavor profiles of goat milk cakes

The goaty flavor of traditional fermented yunnan goat milk cake can be reduced by fermentation,but the bacteria species related to such functions have not yet been *** study therefore screened lactic acid bacteria(LAB)for their ability to inhibit goaty flavor in goat milk cake and sour juice *** strains capable of inhibiting goaty flavor were identified as Lactococcus lactis *** SD-3,Pediococcus lactis DN-1,and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum *** milk cake was then fermented using orthogonally designed mixed *** optimum inoculums of strains were determined based on orthogonal experiment,sensory evaluation score and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis,which were 6.7×10^(6),1.0×10^(7) and 2.0×10^(7) CFU/mL for strain SD-3,DN-1 and GM-6,*** GC-MS analysis of samples fermented with such artificial adjunct starter combination confirmed that free fatty acids(FFA)with goaty flavor *** included propionic acid,valeric acid,hexanoic acid,heptanoic acid,octanoic acid,and decanoic *** contrast,the content of aroma compounds with goaty flavor-inhibition effects increased,such as benzaldehyde,ethyl butyrate and *** study provides a reference for screening goaty flavor-inhibiting LAB and improving the flavor quality of goat dairy products by using artificial adjunct starters.

Silver vanadate(Ag_(0.33)V_(2)O_(5))nanorods were successfully synthesized by the pre-intercalation of Ag+into the interlayer of V_(2)O_(5)through a sol-gel method,which presented a favorable electrochemical performance of high capacity,rate capacity,and cycle *** ally,Ag_(0.33)V_(2)O_(5)electrode presented a high capacity of about 311 mAh·g^(-1)at the current density of0.1 A·g^(-1).It also delivered long-term cycling stability(144 mAh·g^(-1)after 500 cycles at 2 A·g^(-1)).The reasons for the superior electrochemical performance were the preintercalation Ag^+extended interlayer distance,and the introduction of elemental silver improved conductivity during charge/***,the Zn^(2+)storage mechanism was revealed by various characteristic *** prepared Ag_(0.33)V_(2)O_(5)nanorods from the sol-gel method were demonstrated as a promising cathode material for aqueous Zn^(2+)batteries.

Factors Influencing Runoff P Losses from Farmlands of the Dianchi Lake Watershed in yunnan, China

Effects of factors such as slope, surface soil textuie, fertilization andcrop cover with different rainfall intensities on phosphorus (P) losses in farmland runoff of theDianchi Lake Watershed in yunnan Province of China were studied through a rainfall simulation testusing a red soil, one of the most widely distributed soils of the study area. Results showed thatthe runoff concentrations of total phosphorus (TP) and P losses differed with the slope, beinghighest when the slope was 18 deg. At twodifferent rainfall intensities, the runoff TP and P losseshad a similar decreasing trend as the surface soil texture became coarser, therefore applying thegrit would decrease P in runofi from soils of farmland on slopes with heavier textures. With wheatas a crop cover the runoff TP concentrations and P losses were significantly lower than those of thebare soil. This showed that plant cover would greatly decrease P in runoff from the farmland of thestudy area. The TP concentration in runoff from the soil two days after fertilization doubled whencompared with that from the non-fertilized soil, indicating that fertilization could mean a dramaticrise in P runoff if irrigation or heavy rainfall occurred immediately after application and that nofertilization before a rain and no irrigation immediately after fertilization would reduce runoff Ploss from the farmland of the study area.

Tactile sensors are essential components of wearable electronic devices,but there are still various problems in terms of energy supply,flexibility and skin *** this paper,we report a self-powered flexible tactile sensor(FTS)mainly composed of a BaTiO_(3)/polyacrylonitrile/Ecoflex(BTO/PAN/Ecoflex)composite film,which can be used for dynamically monitoring human plantar pressure,posture and other physiological and motion *** the synergistic piezoelectric properties of PAN and BTO,the output voltage/current of the BTO/PAN/Ecoflex composite film is 4.5/5.8 times that of the BTO/Ecoflex composite film,with maximum instantaneous power that can reach up to 3.375μ*** the action of external pressure stress,the FTS can reach a normalized voltage sensitivity and voltage linearity of 0.54 V/N and 0.98,***,a human-machine interaction test system is built,which can display the stress changes of human body monitoring parts in real time according to voltage changes and different color *** developed human-machine interaction test system provides a new idea for the diagnosis of flatfoot and other medical ***,this work proposes new FTSs that use a BTO/PAN/Ecoflex composite film with high sensitivity and great output performance,thus exhibiting immense potential application prospects in medical research,personalized recognition and human-machine interaction.
