TiN films were deposited on stainless steel substrates by arc ion plating. The influence of an axial magnetic field was examined with regard to the microstructure, chemical elemental composition, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the films. The results showed that the magnetic field puts much effect on the preferred orientation, chemical composition, hardness and wear resistance of TiN films. The preferred orientation of the TiN films changed from（111） to（220） and finally to the coexistence of（111） and（220） texture with the increase in the applied magnetic field intensity. The concentration of N atoms in the TiN films increases with the magnetic field intensity, and the concentration of Ti atoms shows an opposite trend. At first, the hardness and elastic modulus of the TiN films increase and reach a maximum value at 5 m T and then decrease with the further increase in the magnetic field intensity. The high hardness was related to the N/Ti atomic ratio and to a well-pronounced preferred orientation of the（111） planes in the crystallites of the film parallel to the substrate surface. The wear resistance of the Ti N films was significantly improved with the application of the magnetic field, and the lowest wear rate was obtained at magnetic field intensity of 5 m T. Moreover, the wear resistance of the films was related to the hardness H and the H3/E＊2 ratio in the manner that a higher H3/E＊2 ratio was conducive to the enhancement of the wear resistance.

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a liver disorder characterized by the accumulation and degeneration of fat in the liver cells,a condition that may further deteriorate and lead to cirrhosis and liver *** studies showed that metabolic dysfunction can promote NAFLD *** Zhugan Decoction(LGZGD)has therapeutic effects on *** mechanism of LGZGD still remains *** study was to examine the impact of LGZGD on the metabolic processes involved in the development of ***:A mice model of NAFLD was treated with *** therapeutic potential of LGZGD was evaluated by assessing the activity of transaminases,lipids levels of blood,and pathological changes in the liver of the mice model of ***,this study also evaluated the influence of LGZGD on liver inflammation and oxidative ***:The results of untargeted metabolomics analysis showed that LGZGD reduced the disordered lipid metabolism in NAFLD *** improved the oxidative stress and also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the *** metabolomics analysis of liver samples revealed that LGZGD treatment improved metabolic disorders,including alanine,aspartate,glutamate,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate *** RT-qPCR and Western blot results showed that LGZGD could regulate the expression of key enzymes in the metabolic pathway of the citrate cycle,including ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY),alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase-2(AGXT2),phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase(PEMT),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Conclusion:We found that LGZGD can treat NAFLD by reducing inflammatory responses,inhibiting oxidative stress,regulating alanine,aspartate,glutamate,and glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate cycle pathways.

For better performances of Ni-based catalysts at low temperatures,Ni/SiC catalyst doped with a little amount of additive La was successfully *** catalytic CO methanation activity tests showed that 3%La-Ni/SiC catalyst was excellent at a low reaction temperature(95.9%CO conversion and 85.1%CH4 selectivity at250℃)with a superior stability compared with Ni/SiC(3.4%CO conversion and 0%CH4 selectivity at 250℃).This can be attributed to that the addition of La can markedly improve the dispersibility of active metal Ni and reduce the particle sizes of Ni nanoparticles or clusters,and can also regulate the interaction between active components and ***,the high thermal conductivity and thermal stability could avoid the generation of hot spots in the catalyst *** results will promote the development of highly active Ni-based catalysts for the low-temperature methanation reaction.

River ice is a natural phenomenon in cold regions, influenced by meteorology, geomorphology, and hydraulic conditions. River ice processes involve complex interactions between hydrodynamic, mechanical, and thermal processes, and they are also influenced by weather and hydrologic conditions. Because natural rivers are serpentine, with bends, narrows, and straight reaches, the commonly-used one-dimensional river ice models and two-dimensional models based on the rectangular Cartesian coordinates are incapable of simulating the physical phenomena accurately. In order to accurately simulate the complicated river geometry and overcome the difficulties of numerical simulation resulting from both complex boundaries and differences between length and width scales, a two-dimensional river ice numerical model based on a boundary-fitted coordinate transformation method was developed. The presented model considers the influence of the frazil ice accumulation under ice cover and the shape of the leading edge of ice cover during the freezing process. The model is capable of determining the velocity field, the distribution of water temperature, the concentration distribution of frazil ice, the transport of floating ice, the progression, stability, and thawing of ice cover, and the transport, accumulation, and erosion of ice under ice cover. A MacCormack scheme was used to solve the equations numerically. The model was validated with field observations from the Hequ Reach of the Yellow River. Comparison of simulation results with field data indicates that the model is capable of simulating the river ice process with high accuracy.

For the purpose of elevated temperature service and weight reduction in aerospace vehicle applications,a novel Ti-Zr-Fe-Cu-Ni-Co-Mo filler metal was employed to join TiAl to Ni-based superalloy(GH536).The effects of brazing temperature on interfacial microstructure and chemical composition of the joints were *** representative joint microstructure from TiAl substrate to GH536 substrate was primarily composed of four characteristic layers in order:B_(2);Al_(3)NiTi_(2);AlNi_(2)Ti containing Cr-rich(Cr,Ni,Fe)_(ss)(subscript ss represents solid solution),Ni-rich(Ni,Cr,Fe)_(ss) and TiNi3;Cr-rich(Cr,Ni,Fe)_(ss)containing AlNi_(2)Ti,Ni-rich(Ni,Cr,Fe)_(ss) and *** IV has the majority of the brazing seam,while LayerⅡwas the *** the thickness of LayerⅡwas not affected by brazing *** the increase in brazing temperature in the range of 1110-1170℃,both the shear strength and the thickness of brazing seam firstly increased and then *** joint performance was jointly controlled by the thickness of brazing seam,the amounts of microcracks and intermetallic compounds formed in brazing *** maximum shear strength of 183 MPa at room temperature was obtained together with a peak thickness when the joint was brazed at 1150℃for 10 min and the shear fracture mainly occurred in the thinnest LayerⅡAl_(3)NiTi_(2).

We propose a new power conversion system for a permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) based grid-connected wind energy conversion system(WECS) operating with fully-controlled back-to-back current-source converters. On the generator side, two independent current-source rectifiers(CSRs) with space-vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) are employed to regulate and stabilize DC-link currents. Between DC-link and the electrical grid, a direct-type three-phase five-level current-source inverter(CSI) is inserted as a buffer to regulate real and reactive power fed to the grid and thus adjusts the grid side power-factor. We also present a current-based maximum power point tracking(MPPT) scheme, which helps the generator extract the maximum power through closed-loop regulation of the generator speed. By applying the multilevel modulation and control strategies to the grid-side five-level CSI, a multilevel output current waveform with less distortion is produced, and the bulk requirement of the output capacitor filter to eliminate the harmonic current is reduced. All the proposed concepts are verified by simulation models built in a PSIM environment.

Background:Theanine,was natural compounds,has been employed in antibacterial,antineoplastic,promotion of hair growth,therapy of poliosis,and removing pattogenic heat from the blood and toxic material from the body for ***,few reports focused on the treatment by theanine combined with chemotherapy in triple negative breast ***:Our study aimed to evaluate and compare the molecular and cellular effects of theanine in combination with cisplatin in triple negative breast cancer lines *** 50%inhibitory concentration and cell viability were determined by the cell counting kit-8 ***,wound healing and transwell assays were used to evaluate the effect of theanine combination with cisplatin on triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)cell ***,the label-free proteomic method was available to explore the molecular mechanism of theanine combination with cisplatin on TNBC ***’s more,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and western blotting were carried out to evaluate the related protein and mRNA alteration in the Akt signaling ***:With theanine added,the inhibitory effect of cisplatin on cell proliferation and metastasis was significantly ***,with the increase of theanine concentration,the anti-tumor effect of the combination group was also significantly ***,label-free proteomics analysis showed that theanine combined with cisplatin could significantly activate the Akt signaling pathway,thus improving the anti-tumor effect of ***,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and western blotting experiment showed that the combination of cisplatin with theanine induced the greatest down-regulation of phosphorylated Akt ***:All in all,combining theanine with appears to be a promising strategy for the effective treatment of TNBC in the prospective application which merits further clinical investigation.

In this paper, decentralized methods of optimally rigid graphs generation for formation control are researched. The notion of optimally rigid graph is first defined in this paper to describe a special kind of rigid graphs. The optimally rigid graphs can be used to decrease the topology complexity of graphs while maintaining their shapes. To minimize the communication complexity of formations, we study the theory of optimally rigid formation generation. First, four important propositions are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of using a decentralized method to generate optimally rigid graphs. Then, a formation algorithm for multi-agent systems based on these propositions is proposed. At last, some simulation examples are given to show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Temperature Holding Hood for Hot Charging of Continuous Casting Slab in Tangshan Iron and Steel Company

To improve the charging of high-temperature billets, it is crucial to produce them with zero defects and achieve effective insulation during their hot delivery. A mathematical model was developed based on the heat transfer characteristics of the billet during its hot delivery. The accuracy of the model was established by studying the thermal performance of the cover of the roller conveyer for small billets in Tangshan Iron and Steel Company. The results show that the cover of the roller conveyer of the continuous casting billet can effectively reduce the heat loss during the hot delivery of the billets, and the hot loading temperature was increased by 51.6 °C. The uniformity of the temperature of the casting billet section increased substantially. The temperature difference in the casting billet section was reduced by 120 °C. The heat preservation effects of temperature holding hoods of different materials were compared. It was found that the material of the temperature holding hood has slight effect on the heat preservation.
