Corrosion poses a major threat to the safety of transportation ***,it is crucial to have an in-depth understanding of corrosion mechanisms in pipeline steels for the effective management of pipeline *** research on corrosion mechanisms relies on the use of efficient and reliable corrosion monitoring and analysis *** advancements in corrosion monitoring techniques specifically designed for the localized corrosion monitoring were aimed to be introduced,and a comprehensive overview of recent progress in understanding the localized corrosion mechanisms in pipeline steels was *** on the different corrosive environments encountered,the localized corrosion issues inside pipelines are classified into two categories:localized corrosion primarily influenced by electrochemical processes and localized corrosion controlled by both electrochemical and mechanical ***,a thorough analysis of the synergistic effects between micro-cell and macro-cell currents,as well as the interplay of mechanics and electrochemistry is ***,recommendations for future research on the mechanisms of internal localized corrosion in pipelines are provided.

Hedgehog(HH)signaling has been researched for decades and Hedgehog has 3 homologs:Sonic Hedgehog(Shh),Indian Hedgehog(Ihh),and Desert Hedgehog(Dhh).Dhh is the one involved in male gonad and germ cell *** distribution of molecules in Hedgehog signaling in testis indicated that Hedgehog signaling executes important functions during testis *** patients with Dhh signaling deficiency develop dysgenesis of gonads and hormone production which demands further exploration of gonad HH *** results proved the indispensable roles of HH signaling in gonad and germ cell development and the interaction with *** review evaluates HH functions in the testis and how HH affects and is affected by hormones and provides novel insights about HH signaling to the readers.

The Qinba Mountains are climatically and ecologically recognized as the north-south transitional zone of *** of its phenology is critical for comprehending the response of vegetation to climatic *** retrieved the start of spring phenology(SOS)of eight forest communities from the MODIS products and adopted it as an indicator for spring *** analysis,partial correlation analysis,and GeoDetector were employed to reveal the spatio-temporal patterns and climatic drivers of *** results indicated that the SOS presented an advance trend from 2001 to 2020,with a mean rate of−0.473 d yr^(−1).The SOS of most forests correlated negatively with air temperature(TEMP)and positively with precipitation(PRE),suggesting that rising TEMP and increasing PRE in spring would forward and delay SOS,*** dominant factors influencing the sensitivity of SOS to climatic variables were altitude,forest type,and latitude,while the effects of slope and aspect were relatively *** response of SOS to climatic factors varied significantly in space and among forest communities,partly due to the influence of altitude,slope,and aspect.

An efficient catalytic system was developed to remove various organic pollutants by simultaneously using low-level cobalt ions,calcium carbonate micro-particles and peroxymonosulfate(PMS).A simple base-induced precipitation was used to successfully loaded Co-centered reactive sites onto the surface of CaCO_(3)*** optimal conditions at 25°C,10 mg/L methylene blue(MB)could be completely degraded within 10 min with 480μg/L Co^(2+),0.4 g/L CaCO_(3)microparticles(or 0.4 g/L Co@CaCO_(3))and 0.1 g/L *** MB degradation followed the pseudo first order kinetics with a rate constant of 0.583 min^(−1),being 8.3,11.5 and 53.0 times that by using Co-OH(0.07 min^(−1)),Co^(2+)(0.044 min^(−1))and CaCO_(3)(0.011 min^(−1))as the catalyst,*** was confirmed that there was a synergistic effect in the catalytic activity between Co species and the CaCO_(3)particles but the major contributor was the highly dispersed Co *** Co^(2+)-containing simulated electroplating wastewater was used as the Co^(2+)source,not only the added MB was also completely degraded within 5 min in this catalytic system,but also the coexisting heavy metal ions were substantially *** presently developed method was applied to simultaneously treat organic wastewater and heavy metals *** present method was also successfully used to efficiently degrade other organic pollutants including bisphenol A,sulfamethoxazole,rhodamine B,tetrabromobisphenol A,ofloxacin and benzoic acid.A catalytic mechanism was proposed for the PMS activation by Co@CaCO_(3).The surface of CaCO_(3)particles favors the adsorption of Co^(2+).More importantly,the surface of CaCO_(3)particles provides plentiful surface-OH and-CO_(3)^(2+),and these surface groups complex with Co^(2+)to producemore catalytically active species such as surface[CoOH]^(−),resulting in rapid Co^(2+)/Co^(3+)cycling and electron *** interactions cause the observed synergistic effect between Co species and Ca

Vascular disrupting agents(VDAs)can destroy tumor vasculature and lead to tumor ischemia and hypoxia,resulting in tumor ***,VDAs are easy to induce the upregulation of genes that are associated with cancer cell drug resistance and angiogenesis in tumor ***-activated chemotherapy will be an ideal supplement to VDAs therapy since it can help to fully utilize the ischemia and hypoxia induced by VDAs to realize a synergistic antitumor therapeutic ***,we design a liposome whose surface is modified with a tumor-homing peptide Cys-Arg-Glu-Lys-Ala(CREKA,which can specifically target tumor vessels and stroma)and whose aqueous cavity and lipid bilayer are loaded by a hypoxia-activatable drug banoxantrone dihydrochloride(AQ4N)and a VDA combretastatin A4(CA4),***4 can selectively target vascular endothelial cells and destroy the tumor blood vessels,which will cause the rapid inhibition of blood flow in tumor and enhance the hypoxia in the tumor *** a consequence,AQ4N can exert its boosted cytotoxicity under the enhanced hypoxic *** as-prepared liposome with a uniform particle size exhibits good stability and high cancer cell killing efficacy in *** addition,in vivo experiments confirm the excellent tumortargeting/accumulation,tumor vasculature-damaging,and tumor inhibition effects of the *** work develops a liposomal which can achieve safe and effective tumor suppression without external stimulus excitation by only single injection,and is expected to benefit the future development of effective antitumor liposomal drugs.

本文针对在模型不确定性、外界干扰与执行器故障影响下柔性航天器姿态控制问题,设计一种自适应容错控制算法,该算法包括标称控制部分和补偿控制部分.首先,标称控制部分用于实现不考虑综合不确定影响下航天器有限时间姿态控制;其次,补偿控制部分基于积分滑模理论进行设计,该补偿控制器通过对综合不确定有效估计,在控制器中作补偿,减少对姿态控制精度的影响,提高航天器姿态控制精度.该算法特点在于可实现柔性航天器全局有限时间姿态控制,放宽角速度或其导数、执行器故障或其导数有界的假设.同时,基于Lyapunov函数严格证明整个闭环系统的稳定性.最后,通过仿真验证该控制算法的有效性.

Autophagy is a highly conserved cellular program in eukaryotic cells which mediates the degradation of cytoplasmic components through the lysosome,also named the vacuole in ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying the fusion of autophagosomes with the vacuole remain ***,we report the functional characterization of a rice(Oryza sativa)mutant with defects in storage protein transport in endosperm cells and accumulation of numerous autophagosomes in root *** and immunocytochemical experiments showed that this mutant exhibits a defect in the fusion between autophagosomes and *** mutant harbors a loss-of-function mutation in the rice homolog of Arabidopsis thaliana MONENSIN SENSITIVITY1(MON1).Biochemical and genetic evidence revealed a synergistic interaction between rice MON1 and AUTOPHAGY-RELATED 8a in maintaining normal growth and *** addition,the rice mon1 mutant disrupted storage protein sorting to protein storage ***,quantitative proteomics verified that the loss of MON1 function influenced diverse biological pathways including autophagy and vacuolar transport,thus decreasing the transport of autophagic and vacuolar cargoes to ***,our findings establish a molecular link between autophagy and vacuolar protein transport,and offer insights into the dual functions of the MON1–CCZ1(CAFFEINE ZINC SENSITIVITY1)complex in plants.
