Electronic control seed-metering system for precision seeding maize based on fuzzy PID

Aiming at the problem of poor uniformity of maize sow.ng caused by ground w.eel slip,an electronic control seed-metering system(ECSMS)for maize single seed precision sow.ng w.s designed and a mathematical model for motor control of the ECSMS w.s *** PID parameters w.re set by Z-N method and fuzzy *** fuzzy PID control design and Simulink simulation w.re completed by MATLAB,w.ich reduced response time of the system by 0.23 s and improved the control *** on the JPS-12 test bench show.that the qualification index(QI)of maize seed-metering device w.th the ECSMS increases by 4.47%,the multiples index(MI)decreases by 1.96%,the miss index(MIX)decreases by 2.81%,and the coefficient of variation(CV)of qualified seed spacing decreases by 5.06%,and the sow.ng uniformity has been greatly *** results of the soil-tank test bench show.that the system has good sow.ng uniformity and *** the QI is 96.74%,the MI is 2.15%,the MIX is 1.10%,and the CV of qualified seed spacing is 16.24%.Under different setting seed spacing and different sow.ng operation speed,the change range of seeding quality index w.s w.thin 10%.The results of field sow.ng test show.that the QI w.s 84.21%,the MI w.s 2.63%,the MIX w.s 7.89%,and the CV of qualified seed spacing w.s 22.15%,w.ich meet the requirements of JB/T 10293-2013‘Specification for single seed planters(precision planters)’and the agronomic requirements for maize precision *** system runs stably and reliably in practical operation and has good operation performance.

Low.cost photovoltaic materials are essential for realizing large-scale commercial applications of organic solar cells(OSCs).How.ver,highly efficient OSCs based on low.cost photovoltaic materials are scarce due to a deficiency in understanding the structure-property ***,w. investigated tw. low.cost terthiophene-based electron acceptors,namely,3TC8 and 3TEH,w.th 3,4-bis(octan-3-yloxy)thiophene,differing only in the alkylated *** acceptors exhibit low.optical gaps(∼1.43 eV)and possess deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)levels(∼−5.8 eV).Notably,the single-crystal structure of 3TEH demonstrates highly planar conjugated backbone and strongπ-πstacking betw.en intermolecular terminal groups,attributed to the presence of the bulky alkylated noncovalently conformational *** utilizing both acceptors to fabricate OSCs,the 3TC8-based device exhibited a pow.r conversion efficiency(PCE)of 11.1%,w.ile the 3TEH-based OSC demonstrated an excellent PCE of 14.4%.This PCE is the highest among OSCs based on terthiophene-containing electron *** results offer a new.strategy for designing low.cost electron acceptors for highly efficient OSCs.

One-step conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol over SA-FLP dual-active-site catalysts: A DFT study

One-step conversion of methane and formaldehyde into ethanol is a 100% atom-efficient process for carbon resources utilization and environment protection but still faces eminent challenges due to the lacking of efficient catalysts. Therefore, developing active and stable catalysts is crucial for the co-conversion of methane and formaldehyde. Herein, tw.lve kinds of “Single-Atom”-“Frustrated Lew.s Pair”(SA-FLP)dual-active-site catalysts are designed for the direct conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol based on density functional theory(DFT) calculations and microkinetic simulations. The results show.that the SA-FLP dual active sites can simultaneously activate methane at the SA site and activate formaldehyde at the FLP site. Among the tw.lve designed SA-FLP catalysts, Fe1-FLP show. the best performance in the co-conversion of methane and formaldehyde to ethanol w.th the rate-determining barrier of 1.15 e *** is proved as the main product w.th the turnover frequency of 1.32 × 10^(-4)s^(-1)at 573 K and 3 *** w.rk provides a universal strategy to design dual active sites on metal oxide materials and offers new.insights into the effective conversion of methane and formaldehyde to desired C_(2) chemicals.

High-speed railw.y tunnels in various countries have continuously reported accidents of vault falling concrete *** the concrete block falling occurs,serious consequences follow.and traffic safety may be *** aerodynamic shockw.ve evolves from the initial compression w.ve may be an important inducement causing the tunnel lining cracks to grow.and form falling concrete blocks.A joint calculation framew.rk is established based on ANSYS Fluent,ABAQUS,and FRANC3D for calculating the crack tip field under the aerodynamic *** intensification effect of aerodynamic shockw.ves in the crack is revealed,and the evolution characteristics of the crack tip field and the influence factors of stress intensity factor(SIF)are *** show.that(1)the aerodynamic shockw.ve intensifies after entering the crack,resulting in more significant pressure in the crack than the input *** maximum pressure of the inclined and longitudinal cracks is higher than the corresponding values of the circumferential crack,respectively.(2)The maximum SIF of the circumferential,inclined,and longitudinal crack appears at 0.5,0.68,and 0.78 times the crack front *** maximum SIF of the circumferential crack is higher than that of the inclined and longitudinal *** possibility of crack grow.h of the circumferential crack is the highest under aerodynamic shockw.ves.(3)The influence of train speed on the SIF of the circumferential crack is more than 40%.w.en the train speed,crack depth,and crack length change,the change of pressure in the crack is the direct cause of the change of SIF.
