Dy gradient and coercivity in grain boundary diffusion processed Nd-Fe-B magnet

By controlling Dy vapor deposition process, the amount of Dy that diffused into the magnet was increased gradually from 0.1 wt.% to 0.3 wt.%. Compared with the original status, the coercivity increment was not proportional to the Dy diffusion amount. Subsequent H（cj） and Dy content gradient data showed that slope of the 0.3 wt.% sample gradient was bigger than that of 0.1 wt.% one, and the gaps between outer flakes and inner flakes enlarged with the increasement of Dy diffusion amount. Although Dy mostly enriched in triple-junction regions in electron-probe microscope analysis（EPMA） images, the following Auger depth graph showed that Dy content was as high as 3.0 at.% in 1.5 mm deep center. It proved that Dy tended to get into the main phase rather than stayed in the grain boundary during the diffusion process, and over-diffusion of Dy in the main phase was unhelpful for the coercivity enhancement.

AIM： TO assess the hepatic microvascular parameters in patients with liver cirrhosis by perfusion computed tomography （CT）. METHODS： Perfusion CT was performed in 29 patients without liver disease （control subjects） and 39 patients with liver cirrhosis, including 22 patients with compensated cirrhosis and 17 patients with decompensated cirrhosis, proved by clinical and laboratory parameters. CT cine-scans were obtained over 50 s beginning with the injection of 50 mL of contrast agent. Hepatic microvascular parameters, mean transit time （MTT） and permeability surface area product （PS） were obtained with the Perfusion 3 software （General Electric, ADW 4.2）. RESULTS： The overall differences of MTT and PS between control subjects, patients with compensated cirrhosis and those with decompensated cirrhosis were statistically significant （P = 0.010 and P = 0.002, respectively）. MTT values were 15.613 ± 4.1746 s, 12.592 ± 4.7518 s, and 11.721 ± 4.5681 s for the three groups, respectively, while PS were 18.945 ± 7.2347 mL/min per 100 mL, 22.767 ± 8.3936 mL/min per 100 mL, and 28.735 ± 13.0654 mL/min per 100 mL. MTT in decompensated cirrhotic patients were significantly decreased compared to controls （P = 0.017）, whereas PS values were remarkably increased （P = 0.001）.CONCLUSION： The hepatic microvascular changes in patients with liver cirrhosis can be quantitatively assessed by perfusion CT. Hepatic microvascular parameters （MTr and PS）, as measured by perfusion CT, were significantly altered in decompensated cirrhosis.

Objective: To investigate the effect of Yinqi ointment on wound morphology and growth factor in treating diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods: From December 2016 to December 2017, 92 cases of DFU with deficiency of both Qi and Yin syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(44 cases in each group). The treatment group was treated with Yinqi ointment, while the control group was treated with mupirocin ointment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the ulcer healing effect, ulcer area, granulation tissue, epithelial tissue coverage,pain score, and dynamic analysis of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), epidermis growth factor(EGF), and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in local granulation tissue were statistically analyzed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The total effective rate was 88.37% in the treatment group and 74.42% in the control group. The wound reduction rate, epithelial tissue coverage rate, granulation tissue growth rate, and local pain relief rate in the treatment group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P < 0.05). Through the local granulation detection, the treatment group and the control group have increased VEGF, EGF, and bFGF, but the treatment group increased the role of growth factor than the control group. Conclusion: Yinqi ointment can promote the healing of DFU, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of the content of growth factor in granulation tissue.

AIM:To establish the end-to-end anastomosis (EEA) model of guinea pig bile duct and evaluate the healing process of bile ***:Thirty-two male guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group,2-,3-,and 6-mo groups after establishment of EEA ***,immunohistochemical and serologic tests as well as measurement of bile contents were *** bile duct diameter and the diameter ratio (DR) were measured to assess the formation of relative ***:Acute and chronic inflammatory reactions occurred throughout the healing process of bile *** test and bile content measurement showed no formation of persistent stricture in 6-mo *** DR revealed a transient formation of relative stricture in 2-mo group in comparation to control group (2.94 ± 0.17 vs 1.89 ± 0.27,P=0.004).However,this relative stricture was released in 6-mo group (2.14 ± 0.18,P=0.440).CONCLUSION:A simple and reliable EEA model of guinea pig bile duct can be established with a good reproducibility and a satisfactory survival rate.

Amorphous materials are one of the important candidates for improving heterogeneous photocata-lysts because of their unique electronic structures and abundant catalytic sites originating from dis-order atomic ***,there is still much room for the development of new crys-talline/amorphous heterogeneous composites for photocatalytic *** efficient synthetic strategies for preparing new crystalline/amorphous heterojunctions are highly ***,we have realized the deep optimization of photocatalytic activity by fabricating crystalline/amorphous Cu_(2)O/Ti-Fe layer double hydroxide(LDH)*** to the typical Z-scheme mechanism originating from the crystalline/amorphous interfaces,the photocharge separation and catalytic active sites obviously enhance compared to single Cu_(2)O and LDH *** expected,the photocatalytic removal of tetra-cycline(TC)of the as-prepared Cu_(2)O/Ti-Fe LDH was over 5.2 and 2.2 times those of the pristine Cu_(2)O nanospheres and Ti-Fe LDH *** work illustrates the origin of crystalline Cu_(2)O nanospheres encapsulated in amorphous Ti-Fe layer double hydroxide nanosheets for enhanced photocatalytic activity driven by visible light,and provide a general Cu_(2)O-templated solution-phase synthetic method for the synthesis of novel double-metal layer double hydroxide amorphous nanostructures.

Protein citrullination,including histone H1 and H3 citrullination,is important for transcriptional regulation,DNA damage response,and pluripotency of embryonic stem cells(ESCs).Tripartite motif containing 28(Trim28),an embryonic development regulator involved in ESC self-renewal,has recently been identified as a novel substrate for citrullination by ***,the physiological functions of Trim28 citrullination and its role in regulating the chromatin structure and gene transcription of ESCs remain *** this paper,we show that Trim28 is specifically citrullinated in mouse ESCs(m ESCs),and that the loss of Trim28 citrullination induces loss of ***,Trim28 citrullination enhances the interaction of Trim28with Smarcad1 and prevents chromatin ***,Trim28 citrullination regulates m ESC pluripotency by promoting transcription of Nanog and Klf4 which it does by increasing the enrichment of H3K27ac and H3K4me3 and decreasing the enrichment of H3K9me3 in the transcriptional regulatory ***,our findings suggest that Trim28citrullination is the key for the epigenetic activation of pluripotency genes and pluripotency maintenance of ***,these results uncover a role Trim28 citrullination plays in pluripotency regulation and provide novel insight into how citrullination of proteins other than histones regulates chromatin compaction.

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a systemic disorder affecting intestinal tract and other organs outside the gut,known as extraintestinal manifestations(EIMs).These EIMs are complex and diverse,and early treatment may reduce teratogenic rates and improve quality of ***,our understanding of EIMs in IBD is currently limited by a lack of mechanistic ***,advances in our understanding of intestinal microecology are allowing us to uncover the underlying mechanisms of *** gut microbiota can drive aberrant immune activation and intestinal ***,chronic inflammation can also shape the microbiome in reverse and aggravate *** research has revealed that microbiome-derived signal molecules play a crucial role in catalyzing enterocolitis and altering mucosal barrier ***,gut microbiota-associated antigens can translocate from the intestine to extraintestinal sites,leading to systemic inflammatory *** microbiome is showing its potential in treating IBD and EIMs,and microbial engineering approaches,such as probiotic engineering and engineered fecal microbiota transplantation,are exhibiting great promise for IBD therapeutics.

The radiative decay and radiative charge transfer cross sections for H++Rb(5s)collisions are calculated by using the optical potential approach,the semiclassical and the fully quantum-mechanical methods,respectively,for the energy range *** radiative association cross sections are obtained by the cross section differences between the radiative decay and radiative charge transfer *** relevant molecular data are calculated from the multi-reference single-and double-excitation configuration interaction *** emission spectra at resonant and non-resonant energies are analyzed,then the isolated sharp and broad resonances can be identified by their rotational and vibration quantum numbers.
