It is well known that normalization, radial velocity correction and equivalent-width measurement of high-resolution stellar spectra are time-consuming work. In order to improve the efficiency we present an automatic method for these routines. The continuum is determined by fitting the ＇high points＇ in the spectrum. After continuum normalization, the program automatically searches for the position of the Ha line and obtains a rough radial velocity, then computes an accurate radial velocity by cross-correlation between the given spectrum and the solar spectrum. In this method, the equivalent-width is automatically measured using Gaussian fitting. A comparison between our results and those from traditional analysis shows that the typical error for equivalent width is around 3.8% in our method. Developing such automatic routines does not mean to replace the interactive reduction method： it is just for a quick extraction of information from the spectra, especially those obtained in large sky surveys.

A project of a spectroscopic survey of Galactic structure and evolution with a Large sky Area Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope （LAMOST） is presented. The spectroscopic survey consists of two observational modes for various targets in our Galaxy. One is a major survey of the Milky Way aimed at a systematic study of the stellar abundance and Galactic chemical evolution through low resolution （R = 1000 2.00） spectroscopy. Another is a follow-up observation with medium resolution （R = 10000） spectrographs aimed at detailed studies of the selected stars with different chemical composition, kinematics and dynamics.

We describe the target selection algorithm for the low latitude disk por- tion of the LAMOST Pilot Survey, which aims to test systems in preparation for the LAMOST spectroscopic survey. We use the PPMXL astrometric catalog, which provides positions, proper motions, B/R/I magnitudes （mostly） from USNO-B and d/H/Ks from the Two Micron All Sky Survey （2.ASS） as well. We chose eight plates along the Galactic plane, in the region 0° 〈 α° 〈 67° and 42. 〈 δ 〈 59°, which cover 2. known open clusters with a range of ages. Adjacent plates may have some small overlapping area. Each plate covers an area of 2.5° in radius, with its cen- tral star （for the Shack-Hartmann guider） brighter than 8th magnitude. For each plate, we create an input catalog in the magnitude range 11.3 〈 Imag 〈 16.3 and Bmag available from PPMXL. The stars are selected to satisfy the requirements of the fiber positioning system and have a uniform distribution in the I vs. B - I color-magnitude diagram. Our final input catalog consists of 12.000 objects on each of eight plates that are observable during the winter observing season from the Xinglong Station of the National astronomical Observatory of China.

Objective： To investigate the relationship between inflammatory factors and two chinese medicine（CM） syndrome types of qi stagnation and blood stasis（QSBS） and qi deficiency and blood stasis（QDBS） in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods： Sixty subjects with ACS, whose pathogenesis changes belongs to qi disturbance blood stasis syndrome, were divided into 2.groups： 30 in the QSBS group and 30 in the QDBS group. The comparative analysis on them was carried out through comparing general information, coronary angiography and inflammatory factors including intracellular adhesion molecule-1（ICAM-1）, chitinase-3-like protein 1（YKL-40） and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2.Lp-PLA2.. Results： Compared with the QSBS group, Lp-PLA2.and YKL-40 levels in the QDBS group showed no-significant difference（P〉0.05）; ICAM-1 was significantly higher in the QDBS group than in the QSBS group in the pathological processes of qi disturbance and blood stasis syndrome of ACS（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Inflammatory factor ICAM-1 may be an objective basis for syndrome typing of QSBS and QDBS, which provides a research direction for standardization research of CM syndrome types.

The multi-physics instrument(MPI)is the first user cooperative instrument at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS).It was designed to explore the structures of complex materials at multiple scales based on the neutron total scattering *** imposes the requirements for the detector,including a high detection efficiency to reduce the measurement time and a large solid angle coverage to cover a wide range of momentum *** satisfy these demands,a large-area array of 3He-filled linear position-sensitive detectors(LPSDs)was constructed,each with a diameter of 1 inch and pressure of 2. *** uses an orbicular layout of the detector and an eight-pack module design for the arrangement of 3He LPSDs,covering a range of scattering angles from 3°to 170°with a total detector area of approximately 7 *** detector works in air,which is separated from the vacuum environment to facilitate installation and *** characteristics of the MPI detector were investigated through Monte Carlo(MC)simulations using Geant4 and experimental *** results suggest that the detectors are highly efficient in the wavelength range of the MPI,and an efficiency over 2.%is achievable for above 0.1 A neutrons.A minimal position resolution of 6.4 mm full width at half maximum(FWHM)along the tube length was achieved at a working voltage of 2.00 V,and a deviation below 2.mm between the real and measured positions was attained in the beam *** detector module exhibited good consistency and an excellent counting rate capacity of up to 80 kHz,which satisfied the requirements of experiments with a high event *** of its operation over the past year have shown that the detector works steadily in sample experiments,which allows the MPI to serve the user program successfully.

Obejective Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate [S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe)/Transmetil?, Abbott] has been available in China for more than 15 years, and it has been shown to reduce serum bilirubin and transaminase levels in patients with viral hepatitis (VH). However, no large-scale studies have focused on the impact of SAMe treatment regimen on reducing the serum total bilirubin (TBil) in VH patients with intrahepatic cholestasis (IHC). The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of intravenous SAMe (Transmetil?) treatment in reducing the serum TBil by 50%. Methods This retrospective, multi-center, cross-sectional medical record review involved patients aged≥18 years. Records of 1 2.0 hospitalized VH patients at 16 sites diagnosed with IHC who had received intravenous SAMe 1 000 mg or 2.000 mg q.d. for at least 7 days from January 1, 2.06 to June 30, 2.09, were screened and 905 records were randomly selected. Results The safety set (SS) included 834 patients and the full analysis set included 82. patients. TBil levels after 14 days injection treatment were available for 763 patients. TBil decreased≥ 50%versus baseline after 14 days treatment in 2.8 (37.7%) patients (95%CI 34.3%, 41.2.). Twenty-nine non-serious adverse events (non-SAEs) were reported in 19 (2.3%) patients, and 2. SAEs were reported in 10 patients (1.2.). All adverse events (AEs) were considered unrelated to the drug. Conclusions This retrospective study shows that intravenous SAMe administration in VH patients with IHC is associated with signiifcant reduction of TBil levels in more than 30%of patients 14 days after treatment initiation.
