Bionic immunoactivator copresenting autophagy promoting and costimulatory molecules for synergistic cancer immunotherapy

Immunotherapy has great promise in improving malignant tumor ***,the efficacy of existing strategies is often limited by the immunosuppressive ***,we demonstrate an in situ bionic immunoactivator,PLT-Bec1/DTA-1,with possessed natural advantages of platelets for tumor recruitment and activation,on which DTA-1(CD357 monoclonal antibody)and Bec1 were tethered as combined immune ***-Bec1/DTA-1,as a self-triggered release repository,can deliver the pre-tethered Bec1 and DTA-1 deeply through the secretion of platelet microparticles(PMPs),thereby cooperate tacitly and exhibit superiority in immune activation of dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells via autophagy inducibility,coupled with glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor(GITR)-triggered T_(Reg) suppression,remodeled the immunosuppressive network of tumor ***-Bec1/DTA-1 promoted antigen presentation and T cell proliferation,and alleviated the low activity state of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs)in tumor suppressive ***-Bec1/DTA-1 inhibited tumor recurrence(5-and 13-fold lower of control group in tumor volume)and CD8^(+)T/T_(Reg) ratio(6.3-and 8.8-fold *** group)in mouse tumor model after intravenous or subcutaneous ***,PLT-Bec1/DTA-1 prevented tumor colonization in lung through in situ immune activation,and was slightly superior to the combined of Bec1 and *** findings highlight the promise of delivering immunostimulatory payloads via bionic carriers,eliciting automatic in situ activation of effector immune cells in tumor microenvironment for tumor *** these results provide promising prospects into the application of immunoactivator in improving cancer synergistic immunotherapy to overcome the bottlenecks in clinic.

Scenario Modeling-Aided AP Placement Optimization Method for Indoor Localization and Network Access

Owing to the ubiquity of wireless networks and the popularity of WiFi infrastructures,received signal strength(RSS)-based indoor localization systems have received much *** placement of access points(APs)significantly influences localization accuracy and network ***,the indoor scenario and network access are not fully considered in previous AP placement optimization *** study proposes a practical scenario modelingaided AP placement optimization method for improving localization accuracy and network *** order to reduce the gap between simulation-based and field measurement-based AP placement optimization methods,we introduce an indoor scenario modeling and Gaussian process-based RSS prediction *** that,the localization and network access metrics are implemented in the multiple objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)solution,Pareto front criterion and virtual repulsion force are applied to determine the optimal AP ***,field experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed indoor scenario modeling method and RSS prediction model.A thorough comparison confirms the localization and network access improvement attributed to the proposed anchor placement method.

Acoustic source localization(ASL)and sound event detection(SED)are two widely pursued independent research *** recent years,in order to achieve a more complete spatial and temporal representation of sound field,sound event localization and detection(SELD)has become a very active research *** paper presents a deep learning-based multioverlapping sound event localization and detection algorithm in three-dimensional ***-Mel spectrum and generalized cross-correlation spectrum are joined together in channel dimension as input *** features are classified and regressed in parallel after training by a neural network to obtain sound recognition and localization results *** channel attention mechanism is also introduced in the network to selectively enhance the features containing essential information and suppress the useless ***,a thourough comparison confirms the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed SELD *** experiments show that the proposed algorithm is robust to reverberation and environment and can achieve higher recognition and localization accuracy compared with the baseline method.

A robust viscoelastic surfactant tolerating 20% HCl up to 150℃ for oil well stimulation

Viscoelastic surfactants(VES)are often used as viscous diverters in acidizing stimulation to prolong the acid consumption time and maximize zonal coverage of the acid for improving well ***,the ceiling temperature of commercial VES cannot exceed 120℃in practical use because of the poor thermal stability and fragile molecular structure,hindering their implementation in hightemperature oil reservoirs,i.e.,≥150℃.Here we synthesized a novel C22-tailed diamine,N-erucaminopropyl-N,N-dimethylamine(EDPA),and examined comparatively its rheological behavior,assemblies morphology and molecular stability in 20 wt%HCl with a commercial VES,erucyl dimethyl amidopropyl betaine(EDAB).The feasibility of EDPA for acidizing stimulation was assessed by acid etching of carbonate rock with its HCl solution at 150℃.Rheological results showed that the 2.5 wt%EDPA—20 wt%HCl solution maintains stable viscosity of 90 m Pa s at 150℃for 60 min,while that of 2.0 wt%EDAB HCl solution is just 1 m Pa s under identical conditions.1H NMR spectra and cryo-TEM observations revealed that the chemical structure and self-assembled architectures of EDPA remained intact in such context,but the EDAB suffered from degradation due to the hydrolysis of the amide group,accounting for the poor heat-resistance and *** reaction rate of 2.5 wt%EDPA HCl solution with carbonate rock was one order of magnitude lower than that of 20 wt%HCl solution at 150℃,underpinning the potential of EDPA to be used in the high-temperature reservoirs *** work improved the thermal tolerance of VES in highly concentrated HCl solution,paving a feasible way for the acidization of high-temperature reservoir environments(~150℃).

Transient stimulated Raman scattering spectroscopy and imaging

Stimulated Raman scattering(SRS)has been developed as an essential quantitative contrast for chemical imaging in recent ***,while spectral lines near the natural linewidth limit can be routinely achieved by state-of-the-art spontaneous Raman microscopes,spectral broadening is inevitable for current mainstream SRS imaging *** is because those SRS signals are all measured in the frequency *** is a compromise between sensitivity and spectral resolution:as the nonlinear process benefits from pulsed excitations,the fundamental time-energy uncertainty limits the spectral ***,the spectral range and acquisition speed are mutually *** we report transient stimulated Raman scattering(T-SRS),an alternative time-domain strategy that bypasses all these fundamental conjugations.T-SRS is achieved by quantum coherence manipulation:we encode the vibrational oscillations in the stimulated Raman loss(SRL)signal by femtosecond pulse-pair sequence excited vibrational wave packet *** Raman spectrum was then achieved by Fourier transform of the time-domain SRL *** all Raman modes are impulsively and simultaneously excited,T-SRS features the natural-linewidth-limit spectral line shapes,laser-bandwidth-determined spectral range,and improved ***~150-fs laser pulses,we boost the sensitivity of typical Raman modes to the sub-mM *** all-plane-mirror high-speed time-delay scanning,we further demonstrated hyperspectral SRS imaging of live-cell metabolism and high-density multiplexed imaging with the natural-linewidth-limit spectral resolution.T-SRS shall find valuable applications for advanced Raman imaging.

Slow magnetic relaxation and photoluminescence behaviors of dilanthanide complexes bearing N_(8)O_(2)donor macrocyclic ligand

On account of the complicated magnetic exchange interactions between lanthanide ions,binuclear lanthanide complexes have broad application prospect in the field of single-molecule ***,it is necessary to develop reasonable bridging ligands to manipulate the directional assembly of binuclear lanthanide ***,we selected the macrocyclic ligand L^(N_(8)O_(2))to build up two new dilanthanide complexes[Ln_(2)(LN_(8)O_(2))(OpyO)_(2)(H_(2)O)2](NO_(3))_(2)(1-Ln,Ln=Dy,Tb;LN_(8)O_(2)=hexamethyl-tetraaza-dioxe-dipyrazolacycloicosaphane-2,9,12,19-tetraene;OpyOH=2-pyridinol-1-oxide).Dynamic magnetic studies show that 1-Dy exhibits slow relaxation behavior under a 1 kOe applied *** fitting analysis of relaxation times gives the effective energy barrier of 38.2 cm^(−1),and reveals that the slow magnetic relaxation behavior is dominated by the Orbach and Raman ***-resolution luminescence emission spectrum indicates the energy gap of 36.8 cm^(−1)between the ground state and the first excited state,consistent with the magnetic measurement results.1-Tb exhibits brilliant characteristic green light emission under UV light *** absolute quantum yield of 1-Tb is 44.8%,and its first-order fitted decay lifetime is 779.21μs at room *** study provides the way for directional construction of high-performance molecular materials with magnetic and optical dual-function.

Simulating the GRF of Humanoid Robot Vertical Jumping Using a Simplified Model with a Foot Structure for Foot Design

There are many theories and tools for human or robot motion simulation,but most of them require complex *** LNZN model(a simplified model named by the proposers)simplifies the human model and facilitates simulation of the Ground Reaction Force(GRF)of body landing by spring damping model and ignoring joint rotation movements,which can reduce the amount of computation *** this paper,the LNZN model of human running is selected as the basis and is modified to obtain the LNZN model of a robot,which expands the application of the LNZN *** to the structure of the human foot,a foot structure is then added to the simplified model to reduce the *** also applied driving forces to the new model to simulate the whole high jump motion of the robot to expand the functions of the LNZN *** obtained GRF data were anastomotic to the actual experimental *** addition,the effects of variables,such as the mass,hardness,and damping,of the foot on the GRF at the moment of landing were also ***,based on the guidelines obtained for the design of the robot’s foot structure,we fabricated new robot’s feet and installed them on the actual robot and achieved a better cushioning effect than the original foot in experiments.

Controlled flight of a self-powered micro blimp driven by insect-sized flapping-wing thrusters

Micro aerial platforms face significant challenges in achieving long controlled endurance as most of the energy is consumed to overcome the weight of the *** this study,we present a controllable micro blimp that addresses this issue through the use of a helium-filled *** micro blimp has a long axis of 23 cm and is propelled by four insect-sized flapping-wing thrusters,each weighing 80 mg and with a wingspan of 3.5 *** distributed thrusters enable controlled motions and provide the micro blimp with an advantage in flight endurance compared to multirotors or flapping-wing micro aerial vehicles at the same size *** enhance the performance of the controlled flight,we propose a wireless control module that enables manipulation from a distance of up to 100 ***,a smartphone application is developed to send instructions to the circuit board,allowing the blimp to turn left and right,ascend and descend,and achieve a combination of these movements *** findings demonstrate that this micro blimp is one of the smallest controlled self-powered micro blimps to date.

In the face of the effective popularity of the Internet of Things(IoT),but the frequent occurrence of cybersecurity incidents,various cybersecurity protection means have been proposed and *** them,Intrusion Detection System(IDS)has been proven to be stable and ***,traditional intrusion detection methods have shortcomings such as lowdetection accuracy and inability to effectively identifymalicious *** address the above problems,this paper fully considers the superiority of deep learning models in processing highdimensional data,and reasonable data type conversion methods can extract deep features and detect classification using advanced computer vision techniques to improve classification *** TransformField(MTF)method is used to convert 1Dnetwork traffic data into 2D images,and then the converted 2D images are filtered by UnsharpMasking to enhance the image details by sharpening;to further improve the accuracy of data classification and detection,unlike using the existing high-performance baseline image classification models,a soft-voting integrated model,which integrates three deep learning models,MobileNet,VGGNet and ResNet,to finally obtain an effective IoT intrusion detection architecture:the MUS *** types of experiments are conducted on the publicly available intrusion detection dataset CICIDS2018 and the IoT network traffic dataset N_BaIoT,and the results demonstrate that the accuracy of attack traffic detection is greatly improved,which is not only applicable to the IoT intrusion detection environment,but also to different types of attacks and different network environments,which confirms the effectiveness of the work done.
