Although nanostructures based on noble metal alloys are widely utilized in （electro）catalysis, their low-temperature synthesis remains an enormous challenge due to the different Nernst equilibrium potentials of metal precursors. Herein, we describe the successful synthesis of trimetallic PtRhNi alloy nanoassemblies （PtRhNi-ANAs） with tunable Pt/Rh ratios using a simple mixed cyanogel reduction method and provide a detailed characterization of their chemical composition, morphology, and structure. Additionally, the electrochemical properties of PtRhNi-ANAs are examined by cyclic voltammetry, revealing composition- dependent electrocatalytic activity in the ethanol oxidation reaction （EOR）. Compared to a commercial Pt black electrocatalyst, optimized Pt3Rh1Ni2-ANAs display remarkably enhanced EOR electrocatalytic performance in alkaline media.

目的:Meta分析钢板与外固定架固定治疗AO-C型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普和SinoMed数据库所有关于AO-C型桡骨远端骨折的随机对照临床试验的文献,检索时限均从各数据库建库到2023年6月30日。纳入研究参照Cochrane手册(Version6.3,2022)进行信息提取、文献质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行发表偏倚风险评价、检验异质性并进行Meta分析。结局指标为:影像学解剖指标(掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度)、腕关节活动度(屈伸、旋转、尺桡偏)、并发症发生率、手术治疗情况比较(手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间)和腕关节功能评分及相关量表。结果:(1)共纳入28项研究,患者共计2192例,包括1096例钢板内固定组和1096例外固定架组。(2)Meta分析结果显示:外固定架组的手术出血量[MD=-37.93,95%CI(-48.54,-27.31),P0.05)。结论:与钢板内固定相比,外固定架治疗AO-C型桡骨远端骨折可以显著减少手术出血量、缩短手术时间与住院时间和骨折愈合时间,其影像学解剖指标、腕关节活动度、并发症发生率和腕关节功能评分两者相当。

The rapid warming of the Arctic has led to permafrost degradation,accelerating the transport of terrestrial materials by *** quan-titative assessment of riverine nutrients and total suspended solids(TSS)flux is important to clarify the land-ocean connections in the ***,much is unknown about the estimates of these components from direct measurements in the Arctic rivers and the response of the components to permafrost ***,we report the results from the Arctic Great Rivers Observatory(Arctic-GRO)for the six major Arctic rivers(Yenisey,Lena,Ob',Mackenzie,yukon,and Kolyma)to investigate the riverine exports of TSS,total dissolved nitrogen(TDN),nitrate(NO3-),bicarbonate(HCO3-),total dissolved phosphorus(TDP),and phosphate(PO43-).The results showed that from 2004 to 2017,the annual TSS,TDN,and NO3-exports to the Arctic Ocean were approximately 106,026 Gg,692 Gg,and 130 Gg,respectively,and the HCO3-,TDP,and PO43-exports were approximately 79,092 Gg,32 Gg,and 18 Gg,*** were remarkable variations in component concentrations and fluxes between *** than 80%of the TDN,TDP,PO43,and TSS exports mainly occurred in spring and summer,and a high HCO3-flux was recorded in summer,while a high NO3-flux in some rivers occurred in *** active layer thickness was significantly positively correlated with the annual TDN,NO3-,and *** addition,the HCO3-flux of the six Arctic rivers increased by 247 Gg per year during *** positive relationship between the active layer thickness and river discharge indicates that permafrost degradation accelerated rivefine carbonate,nitrogen,and phosphorus *** study demonstrates that riverine exports play an important role both in the Arctic terrestrial and marine ecosystems,and permafrost degradation will likely increase the riverine material exports to the ocean.

为明确汉中市勉县烟区雪茄烟叶生长的气候适生性与适宜的移栽期,综合评价了不同移栽期的气候因素,分析了勉县烟区2个品种不同移栽期处理对雪茄烟叶大田生育期、烟叶农艺特性、田间病虫害、常规化学成分及叶绿素含量等的影响。结果表明:(1)该地区的总体气候适宜性较好,气温、日照时数均处于适宜雪茄烟叶生长的范围,降雨量稍有不足,需要及时补水;(2)大田生育期随着移栽期的推迟而逐渐缩短,移栽期的推迟与株高、叶长、叶宽等农艺性状呈正相关,与田间病虫害呈负相关;(3)移栽期的推迟与还原糖、总糖、总氮、钾离子等化学成分呈正相关,烟叶的氯离子和烟碱含量在不同处理间差异不明显,5月10日移栽的烟叶蛋白质含量最高;(4)大田生育期的叶绿素含量均处于适宜生长范围内,最大值为5月10日移栽处理。综上,勉县烟区具有生产优质雪茄烟叶的气候条件,以勉县试验点为代表的相同海拔区域,5月10日移栽的雪茄烟叶生长状况与气候条件契合度更高,各方面表现更好。

Mutation Analysis of AVPR2 and AQP2 Gene in Chinese Patients with Congenital Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus

To detect mutations of the aquaporin 2 gene（AQP2） and the arginine vasopressin V2 receptor gene（AVPR2） of Chinese congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, and to establish the foundation for further studying the emergence mechanism of the disease and clinical diagnosis, all the exons and part of introns of AQP2 and AVPR2 genes were amplified with intronic primers, using genomic DNA extracted from three patients with congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus and two mothers as template, PCR product was ligated into a T-vector and then sequenced. The result was compared with the database sequence to identify the mutable sites via a BLAST search, the incidence of every mutation was analyzed, and the putative transcription factor binding sites that maybe disturbed were analyzed by MAPPER. Mutation g.1394A〉G in exon 3 of AVPR2 was detected in all the subjects, g.861C〉T（S167L） in exon 2 of AVPR2 and IVS1＋3G〉A in intron of AQP2 were detected, respectively, in two patients, and c.836A〉C in 3′ untranslated region of AQP2 was detected in two patients and one mother. Four mutations were identified. g.1394A〉G of AVPR2 and c.836A〉C of AQP2 have high incidence in patients with nephrogenic diabetes insipidus. Detection on the two sites may become auxiliary diagnosis index of congenital nephrogenic diabetes insipidus.

Diffusion tensor imaging of spinal microstructure in healthy adults： improved resolution with the readout segmentation of long variable echo-trains

Diffusion tensor imaging plays an important role in the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of spinal cord diseases. However, because of technical limitations, the imaging sequences used in this technique cannot reveal the fine structure of the spinal cord with precision. We used the readout segmentation of long variable echo-trains（RESOLVE） sequence in this cross-sectional study of 45 healthy volunteers aged 20 to 63 years. We found that the RESOLVE sequence significantly increased the resolution of the diffusion images and improved the median signal-to-noise ratio of the middle（C4–6） and lower（C7–T1） cervical segments to the level of the upper cervical segment. In addition, the values of fractional anisotropy and radial diffusivity were significantly higher in white matter than in gray matter. Our study verified that the RESOLVE sequence could improve resolution of diffusion tensor imaging in clinical applications and provide accurate baseline data for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spinal cord diseases.

Insights into the effects of pulsed antimicrobials on the chicken resistome and microbiota from fecal metagenomes

Antimicrobial resistance has become a global problem that poses great threats to human health. Antimicrobials are widely used in broiler chicken production and consequently affect their gut microbiota and resistome. To better understand how continuous antimicrobial use in farm animals alters their microbial ecology, we used a metagenomic approach to investigate the effects of pulsed antimicrobial administration on the bacterial community, antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) and ARG bacterial hosts in the feces of broiler chickens. Chickens received three 5-day courses of individual or combined antimicrobials, including amoxicillin, chlortetracycline and florfenicol. The florfenicol administration significantly increased the abundance of mcr-1 gene accompanied by floR gene, while amoxicillin significantly increased the abundance of genes encoding the AcrAB-tolC multidrug efflux pump(marA, soxS, sdiA, rob, evgS and phoP).These three antimicrobials all led to an increase in Proteobacteria. The increase in ARG host, Escherichia, was mainly attributed to the β-lactam, chloramphenicol and tetracycline resistance genes harbored by Escherichia under the pulsed antimicrobial treatments. These results indicated that pulsed antimicrobial administration with amoxicillin,chlortetracycline, florfenicol or their combinations significantly increased the abundance of Proteobacteria and enhanced the abundance of particular ARGs. The ARG types were occupied by the multidrug resistance genes and had significant correlations with the total ARGs in the antimicrobial-treated groups. The results of this study provide comprehensive insight into pulsed antimicrobial-mediated alteration of chicken fecal microbiota and resistome.
