With the emergence of classical communication security problems,quantum communication has been studied more *** this paper,a novel probabilistic hierarchical quantum information splitting protocol is designed by using a non-maximally entangled four-qubit cluster ***,the sender Alice splits and teleports an arbitrary one-qubit secret state invisibly to three remote agents Bob,Charlie,and *** agent David is in high grade,the other two agents Bob and Charlie are in low ***,the receiver in high grade needs the assistance of one agent in low grade,while the receiver in low grade needs the aid of all *** introducing an ancillary qubit,the receiver’s state can be inferred from the POVM measurement result of the ancillary ***,with the help of other agents,the receiver can recover the secret state probabilistically by performing certain unitary operation on his own *** addition,the security of the protocol under eavesdropping attacks is *** this proposed protocol,the agents need only single-qubit measurements to achieve probabilistic hierarchical quantum information splitting,which has appealing advantages in actual *** a probabilistic hierarchical quantum information splitting protocol hierarchical is expected to be more practical in multipartite quantum cryptography.

Dear Editor, In recent years, the proteomics field has been trans- formed from charting static proteomes to examining their dynamics by simultaneously quantifying multiple proteins from different experimental samples. Accurate quantifica- tion of differences in protein expression levels is essential for comparative proteomics and is becoming an integral and important part of modern experimental biological science （Simicevic et al., 2013）. Advanced mass spectrom- etry （MS） provides a powerful means for achieving quan- titative proteomics data.

Protective effect of YHI and HHI-I against experimental acute pancreatitis in rabbits

AIM To observe the protective effect of combined i.v. administration of yuanhu injection (YHI) and Huoxuehuayu injection I (HHI I) against acute pancreatitis (AP) in rabbits. METHODS Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) was induced by retrograde infusion of artificial bile juice into biliary pancreatic duct, and treated with YHI and HHI I intravenously. The protective effect was judged by the survival time and rate, serum amylase, serum interleukin 6, pancreatic microcirculation and pathological alteration. RESULTS Combined use of YHI and HHI I could markedly increase the rabbits′ 5 day survival rate after AP (83 3% in the treatment group and 33 3% in control). The serum amylase value ( ±s ) decreased to 1596 6U/L ± 760 50U/L in the 5th day from the high level ( 6320 83U/L ± 2614 12U/L ) in the 1st day after AP in the treatment group, while in the control group the amylase activity in the 5th day was 2095 0U/L ± 1081 87U/L , being significantly different from that before AP ( 837 17U/L ± 189 12U/L ). YHI and HHI I also obviously improved the pancreatic microcirculation and lowered the serum interleukin 6 level, one of the indices of severe pancreatitis. Pathological examination indicated all the changes typical for AP in YHI and HHI I treatment group were milder than those in the control. CONCLUSION YHI and HHI I used in combination might have protective effect against acute pancreatitis in rabbits.

Background： Multiple myeloma （MM） is a malignant tumor, which takes the second place in malignant blood disease. The clinical syrnptoms are complicated that make more difficult to diagnose and therapy. Lots of researches locus on the proteins about MM in order to solve those problems. We used proteomic methods to find potential biomarkers in MM patients. Methods： We applied the peptide ligand library beads （PLLBs） to deplete high abundance proteins in serum for finding potential pathogenic factors and biomarkers of MM. Using 1D-Gel-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS）, we identified 789 and 849 unique serum proteins in MM patients and in healthy controls, respectively. Results： Twenty-two proteins were found differentially expressed between the two groups including sernm anayloid A protein, vitamin D-binding protein isoform-1 precursor, plasma kallikrein, and apolipoprotein A-I. Changes of integrin alpha-11 and isoform-1 of multimerin-l were validated with Western blotting. The linkage of the differentially expressed proteins and the pathogenesis pathways of MM were discussed, Conclusions： PLLB combined with 1D-gel-LC-MS/MS analysis is an efficient method to identity differentially expressed proteins in serum from patients with MM.

Elective single blastocyst transfer is more suitable for normal responders than for high responders

Background Embryo quality and receptivity of the endometrium are two factors that determine the results of in vitro fertilization/intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer （IVF/ICSI-ET）. There is no consensus of the optimal transfer strategy for normal responders or high responders. The current study aimed to find the optimal transfer strategy for different subgroups of patients. Methods From April 2010 to December 2010, patients who meet the following criteria were included in this study; primary infertility, female age 〈35 years, FSH level on female cycle day 2-3 〈12 mlU/ml, at least six good quality embryos available on day *** clinical outcomes using different transfer strategies between normal responders and high responders were reviewed and compared. Results For the normal responders, the clinical pregnancy rate of day three double-embryo transfer （DET） was comparable to that of day five elective single blastocyst transfer （eSBT）, 64.04% vs. 60.33% （P〉0.05）. For the high responders, the clinical pregnancy rate of day five eSBT was significantly lower than that of day three DET, 43.35% vs. 57.21% （P〈0.05）. For the high responders, the rates of clinical pregnancy and implantation in frozen-thawed embryo transfer （FET） cycles were notably higher than in eSBT cycles （64.56% vs. 43.35% and 62.11% vs. 43.35% respectively）（P〈0.05）. Conclusions For normal responders, eSBT might be an applicabte strategy to reduce multiple pregnancy rates while maintaining acceptable overall pregnancy rates. And in order to reduce multiple pregnancies and increase the chance of pregnancy of high responders, FET may be a preferable strategy.

The synergy of single atoms （SAs） and nanoparticles （NPs） has demonstrated great potential in promoting the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction （CO2RR）;however,the rationalization of the SAs/NPs proportion remains one challenge for the catalyst ***,a Ni2+-loaded porous poly（ionic liquids）(PIL) precursor synthesized through the free radical self-polymerization of the ionic liquid monomer,1-allyl-3-vinylimidazolium chloride,was pyrolyzed to prepare the Ni,N co-doped carbon materials,in which the proportion of Ni SAs and NPs could be facilely modulated by controlling the annealing *** catalyst Ni-NC-1000 with a moderate proportion of Ni SAs and NPs exhibited high efficiency in the electrocatalytic conversion of CO2into *** Ni K-edge X-ray absorption near-edge structure （XANES） spectra and theoretical calculations were conducted to gain insight into the synergy of Ni SAs and *** charge transfer from Ni NPs to the surrounding carbon layer and then to the Ni SAs resulted in the electron-enriched Ni SAs active *** the electroreduction of CO2,the coexistence of Ni SAs and NPs strengthened the CO2activation and the affinity towards the key intermediate of*COOH,lowering the free energy for the potential-determining*CO2→*COOH step,and therefore promoted the catalysis efficiency.

Exploring efficient and nonprecious metal electrocatalysts of oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is crucial for developing rechargeable zinc-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,an alloying-degree control strategy was employed to fabricate nitrogen-doped carbon sphere(NCS)decorated with dual-phase Co/Co_(7)Fe_(3)heterojunctions(CoFe@NCS).The phase composition of materials has been adjusted by controlling the alloying *** optimal CoFe_(0.08)@NCS electrocatalyst displays a half-wave potential of 0.80 V for ORR and an overpotential of 283 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2)for OER in an alkaline *** intriguing bifunctional electrocatalytic activity and durability is attributed to the hierarchically porous structure and interfacial electron coupling of highly-active Co_(7)Fe_(3)alloy and metallic Co *** the CoFe_(0.08)@NCS material is used as air-cathode catalyst of rechargeable liquid-state zinc-air battery(ZAB),the device shows a high peak power-density(157 mW·cm^(-2))and maintains a stable voltage gap over 150 h,outperforming those of the benchmark(Pt/C+RuO_(2))-based *** particular,the as-fabricated solid-state flexible ZAB delivers a reliable compatibility under different bending *** work provides a promising strategy to develop metal/alloy-based electrocatalysts for the application in renewable energy conversion technologies.
