The study on the uniformity of electrical performance of large wafer-scale Hf0.5Zr0.5O2（HZO） ferroelectric capacitors is still lacking yet now. In this work, TiN/HZO/TiN metal-ferroelectric-metal（MFM） devices on 12-inch silicon wafers have been fabricated by thermal atomic layer deposition. The correlation of thickness uniformity with device-to-device variation of electrical properties and yield of the 12-inch MFM system was investigated. It was found that the uniformity of ferroelectric properties is closely related to the variation of HZO thickness of the MFM system, the concentration of oxygen vacancies in the micro-region of the HZO film, and the ferroelectric phase micro-distribution on 12-inch Si wafer. This work provides some important information for the performance optimization of HfO2-based ferroelectric random access memories.

Brain-inspired computing is a new technology that draws on the principles of brain science and is oriented to the efficient development of artificial general intelligence(AGI),and a brain-inspired computing system is a hierarchical system composed of neuromorphic chips,basic software and hardware,and algorithms/applications that embody this *** the system is developing rapidly,it faces various challenges and opportunities brought by interdisciplinary research,including the issue of software and hardware *** paper analyzes the status quo of brain-inspired computing *** by some design principle and methodology of general-purpose computers,it is proposed to construct"general-purpose"brain-inspired computing systems.A general-purpose brain-inspired computing system refers to a brain-inspired computing hierarchy constructed based on the design philosophy of decoupling software and hardware,which can flexibly support various brain-inspired computing applications and neuromorphic chips with different ***,this paper introduces our recent work in these aspects,including the ANN(artificial neural network)/SNN(spiking neural network)development tools,the hardware agnostic compilation infrastructure,and the chip micro-archi-tecture with high flexibility of programming and high performance;these studies show that the"general-purpose"system can remarkably improve the efficiency of application development and enhance the productivity of basic software,thereby being conductive to accelerating the advancement of various brain-inspired algorithms and *** believe that this is the key to the collaborative research and development,and the evolution of applications,basic software and chips in this field,and conducive to building a favorable software/hardware ecosystem of brain-inspired computing.

数字时代手机阅读App不断强化用户阅读体验感知和社交分享功能,塑造出用户复杂化的阅读行为活动,其实质是新型阅读背景下用户阅读动机的变化。基于调查问卷和访谈资料,运用扎根理论,研究发现大学生手机App阅读动机可分为一般型、均衡型和自我提升型,三种类型动机促使大学生关注阅读体验和价值收获,形成“个人-社会”的阅读形态,并且注重展示性和内在修养等行为变化,由此呈现出工具性需求与阅读价值感知、社会化趋势与阅读互动模式、能力提升目标与自我效能实现的“动机-行为”关系模式。为此,手机阅读App需要围绕大学生复杂多样的阅读动机,在阅读内容、产品设计、产品功能和阅读社群等方面,实现以大学生用户为中心的阅读体验的情景再现。

肺动脉高压是一种复杂的心肺血管疾病,由于极高的致死率、致残率,一度被称为心血管领域的“恶性肿瘤”。目前,已上市肺动脉高压靶向药物在我国的广泛应用极大地提高了患者的生存率,然而,现有药物仍存一定的局限性,如疗效欠佳、不良反应严重等。近年来,随着对肺动脉高压发病机制研究的不断深入,越来越多的新靶点和新通路的发现为治疗肺动脉高压提供了更多的可能。TLR3激动剂Poly(I∶C)、STAT3信号通路的Corosolic acid等都已经进入临床试验阶段,有望填补现有靶向药物治疗的不足。与此同时,许多药物(如布洛芬、左西孟旦等)也有望成为肺动脉高压的靶点药物。本文主要总结了肺动脉高压新靶点治疗药物的研究现况,以期为今后肺动脉高压的研究和靶向治疗提供理论依据。

BACKGROUNDIntracranial listeria infections are common in newborns and immunocompromisedindividuals, but brainstem abscesses are *** SUMMARYWe report a rare case of brainstem abscesses caused by listeria monocytogenes in apreviously healthy adult patient. The patient’s magnetic resonance imagingexamination showed multiple brain abscesses, and his second cerebrospinal fluidculture test indicated the presence of listeria monocytogenes. Despite earlyempirical therapy, the patient’s condition progressively deteriorated. Because thepatient's abscesses were located in the brainstem and multiple lobes, surgery wasnot possible. The patient died 40 d after *** case highlights the importance of rational clinical use of drugs to avoidpotentially serious infectious complications.

Differential privacy(DP)is widely employed for the private data release in the single-party *** utility could be degraded with noise generated by ubiquitous data correlation,and it is often addressed by sensitivity reduction with correlation ***,increasing multiparty data release applications present new challenges for existing *** this paper,we propose a novel correlated differential privacy of the multiparty data release(MP-CRDP).It effectively reduces the merged dataset's dimensionality and correlated sensitivity in two steps to optimize the *** also propose a multiparty correlation analysis *** on the prior knowledge of multiparty data,a more reasonable and rigorous standard is designed to measure the correlated degree,reducing correlated sensitivity,and thus improve the data ***,by adding noise to the weights of machine learning algorithms and query noise to the release data,MP-CRDP provides the release technology for both low-noise private data and private machine learning *** experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method on the utilized Adult and Breast Cancer datasets.

lithium–oxygen battery with ultrahigh theoretical energy density is considered a highly competitive next-generation energy storage device,but its practical application is severely hindered by issues such as difficult decomposition of discharge products at ***,we have developed N-doped carbon anchored atomically dispersed Ru sites cathode catalyst with open hollow structure(h-RuNC)for lithium–oxygen *** one hand,the abundance of atomically dispersed Ru sites can effectively catalyze the formation and decomposition of discharge products,thereby greatly enhancing the redox *** the other hand,the open hollow structure not only enhances the mass activity of atomically dispersed Ru sites but also improves the diffusion efficiency of catalytic ***,the excellent activity from atomically dispersed Ru sites and the enhanced diffusion from open hollow structure respectively improve the redox kinetics and cycling stability,ultimately achieving a high-performance lithium–oxygen battery.

The helicopter Trailing-Edge Flaps(TEFs)technology is one of the recent hot topics in morphing wing *** employing controlled deflection,TEFs can effectively reduce the vibration level of ***,designing specific vibration reduction control methods for the helicopters equipped with trailing-edge flaps is of significant practical *** paper studies the optimal control problem for helicopter-vibration systems with TEFs under the framework of adaptive dynamic programming combined with Reinforcement Learning(RL).Time-delay and disturbances,caused by complexity of helicopter dynamics,inevitably deteriorate the control performance of vibration *** solve this problem,a zero-sum game formulation with a linear quadratic form for reducing vibration of helicopter systems is presented with a virtual *** this context,an off-policy reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to determine the optimal control *** algorithm utilizes only vertical vibration load data to achieve a policy that reduces vibration,attains Nash equilibrium,and addresses disturbances while compensating for time-delay without knowledge of the dynamics of the helicopter *** effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated in a virtual platform.

Understanding of the structural evolution of catalysts and identification of active species during CO_(2) conversion

Converting CO_(2) into value-added chemicals and fuels through various catalytic methods to lower the atmospheric CO_(2) concentration has been developed to be a crucial means to alleviate the energy shortage and ameliorate the ever-fragile environment status. However, the complexity of the CO_(2) conversion reaction and the strong reduction conditions lead to the inevitable structural evolution, making it difficult for the prior design of suitable catalytic materials. Herein, to guide the rational design of efficient catalysts,we will be centered on the thermal, electro, and photo-induced structural evolution and active species identification during the CO_(2) conversion, including the in situ/operando characterization techniques monitoring the activation, steady, and deactivation stage of the catalysts as well as the inherent restructuring mechanism towards active species. Besides, the future challenges and opportunities on the merits of combining the structural evolution with the adsorbed intermediates recognized by ultra-fast spectroscopic techniques, simultaneously, the combination of theoretical simulation and the results of in situ experiments will also be addressed. This review can not only guide the identification of real active species, but also provide an approach to design the specific active species towards CO_(2) conversion, rather than only focusing on activity, for the purpose of practical industrial application.
