Introduction THickGaseous Electron Multiplier(THGEM)has many advantages while the moderate position resolution is regarded as the main inferiority comparing with the traditional GEM,so this limits the applications of THGEM,such as X-ray imaging and charge particle *** and methods By improving the production techniques,THGEMs with smaller pitch and hole diameter can be made,i.e.,0.4 and 0.15 mm by mechanical drilling,and 0.3 and 0.1 mm by laser etching,*** on the new THGEMs,a two-dimensional imaging detector with 50×50mm sensitive area was developed for 0.1∼50 MeVlow-energy electrons detection and reaching better than 100μm position resolution(sigma).At the same time,a set of front-end electronics was developed based on homemade ASIC chips,i.e.,Charge Amplifier and Shaping Amplifier for GEM(CASAGEM),and applied successfully to the *** The X-ray and beam tests results indicate that both detector and Front End Electronics(FEE)worked well,and the position resolution achieved 74.9μm by using the charge center-of-gravity *** indicates that the high-position resolution THGEM is promising for imaging and tracking application.

KCNA1 is the coding gene for Kv1.1 voltage-gated potassium-channelα*** variants of KCNA1 have been reported to manifest as paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia(PKD),but the correlation between them remains unclear due to the phenotypic complexity of KCNA1 variants as well as the rarity of PKD *** the whole exome sequencing followed by Sanger sequencing,we screen for potential pathogenic KCNA1 variants in patients clinically diagnosed with paroxysmal movement disorders and identify three previously unreported missense variants of KCNA1 in three unrelated Chinese *** proband of one family(c.496G>A,p.A166T)manifests as episodic ataxia type 1,and the other two(c.877G>A,p.V293I and c.1112C>A,p.T371A)manifest as *** pathogenicity of these variants is confirmed by functional studies,suggesting that p.A166T and p.T371A cause a loss-of-function of the channel,while p.V293I leads to a gain-of-function with the property of voltage-dependent gating and activation kinetic *** reviewing the locations of PKD-manifested KCNA1 variants in Kv1.1 protein,we find that these variants tend to cluster around the pore domain,which is similar to ***,our study strengthens the correlation between KCNA1 variants and PKD and provides more information on genotype–phenotype correlations of KCNA1 channelopathy.

Co_(3)O_(4) is considered as one of promising cathode catalysts for lithium oxygen(li-O_(2))batteries,which contains both tetrahedral Co^(2+)sites(Co^(2+)Td)and octahedral Co^(3+)sites(Co^(3+)Oh).It is important to reveal the effect of optimal geometric configuration and oxidation state of cobalt ion in Co_(3)O_(4) to improve the performance of li-O_(2) ***,through regulating the synthesis process,Co^(2+)and Co^(3+)sites in Co_(3)O_(4) were replaced with Zn and Al atoms to form materials with a unique Co *** li-O_(2) batteries based on ZnCo_(2)O_(4) showed longer cycle life than that of CoAl_(2)O_(4),suggesting that in Co_(3)O_(4),the Co^(3+)Oh site is a relatively better geometric configuration than Co^(2+)Td site for li-O_(2) *** calculations revealed that Co^(3+)Oh sites provide higher catalysis activity,regulating the adsorption energy of the intermediate liO_(2) and accelerating the kinetics of the reaction in batteries,which further leads to the change of the morphology of the discharge product and ultimately improves the electrochemical performance of the batteries.

Climate change alters snowpack evolution,which in turn influences the likelihood of snow avalanches and flood *** lack of systemic observational data on key snow characteristics in high mountains remains a scientific challenge in terms of systematically elucidating the dynamic chain of variations in climate-snowpack-snow *** restricts our understanding and poses challenges in the prediction of snow-related disaster *** such,this study analysed the variations of temperature and snowfall and the physical characteristics of snowpacks based on ground-based observations from the Kunse River Valley situated in the Tianshan Mountains from 1967 to *** results reveal that the temperature increased significantly by 0.32°C per decade(plier ***,average and maximum snow depths increased along with an increase in peak snow water equivalent,thus indicating a higher frequency of extremely scarce or abundant snow *** low snowpack temperature gradient and earlier snowmelt dates in spring lead to earlier occurrences of snowmelt floods and wet *** the risks of these events increase,they pose greater threats to farmlands,road transportation,water-electricity infrastructure and several other human ***,these insights are critical for providing vital information that can deepen our understanding of the impact of climate change on snowpack characteristics and improve management strategies for snow-related disaster prevention and mitigation.

The sodium smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite can achieve the comprehensive utilization of Fe,V,and ***,the generation of alkaline slag during this process may cause damage to refractory *** wettability and corrosion behavior of alkaline slag on three types of refractory(MgO-C,SiC,and high alumina refractory)substrates were investigated at temperatures up to 1200℃.The effects of duration on the wettability of molten slag on SiC substrates were also *** showed that the high alumina refractory exhibited better wettability with the molten slag than the others,and thus,it is easier to be *** results of scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive spectroscopy showed that MgO-C and high alumina refractory substrates were severely *** was a visible and regular interfacial reaction layer between the slag and SiC refractory substrate,which was produced by the redox reaction between the metal oxides in the slag and the SiC refractory *** the increase in holding time,the interface layer expands and silico-ferrite phases are generated at the *** redox reaction between Fe_(2)O_(3) and SiC substrate is the main reason for the *** comparing the differences in wettability and corrosion behavior between the alkaline slag from sodium smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite and MgO-C,SiC and high alumina refractories,it is concluded that SiC refractory has good corrosion resistance to the *** oxides in the slag accelerate the oxidation rate of SiC refractory.

Introduction:This research investigates trends pertaining to the prevalence of low fruit and vegetable consumption among the labor force population in *** study considered data derived from four nationally representative cross-sectional ***:The data under review for this study was derived from the China Chronic Disease and Risk Factor Surveillance(CCDRFS)carried out in 2010,2013,2015,and 2018,*** utilized a food frequency questionnaire to evaluate the quantity and frequency of fruit and vegetable *** estimated prevalence of low fruit and vegetable consumption was calculated for each survey,while considering factors such as sex,age,location,and socioeconomic status(SES).Participants’SES was ascertained via latent class analysis,serving to identify distinct classes based on criteria such as education,occupation,and household income per *** regression was deployed to determine the statistical significance of ***:From 2010 to 2018,there was a notable increase in the average daily consumption of vegetables and fruits among the working population,rising from 418.6 g/day to 491.8 g/day(Plined from 51.1%to 43.5%[Pliving in rural areas or those of low SES)saw stable consumption levels throughout this period(P>0.05 for trend).Conclusion:Over the past nine years,there has been a notable decline in the prevalence of low fruit and vegetable consumption among the labor force population in ***,the comparatively deficient intake of fruits and vegetables evident among individuals of lower SES warrants further attention.
