Photoelectrochemical(PEC) technology has been proved a promising approach to solve the problems of energy shortages and environmental pollution *** can convert unlimited solar energy resources into energy forms needed by *** development of highly efficient photoanodes is a key step in realizing the large-scale practical application of PEC ***,the development of PEC photoanodes has been severely hindered by the issues of easy recombination of photo-generated charge carriers,low photon-to-electron conversion efficiency,poor photo-corrosion resistance,and low catalytic ***,constructing high-performance and stable photoanodes is an urgent research field to promote the progress of PEC *** atomically thin molybdenum disulfide(AT-MoS_(2)) with unique physical and chemical properties has been widely applied in the fabrication of PEC *** AT-MoS_(2) based photoanodes have exhibited excellent PEC performance,which providing promising candidates for ideal PEC ***,we summarize the fundamental natures of MoS_(2) and present the research efforts in the preparation of AT-MoS_(2) based *** for the fabrication of high-efficient AT-MoS_(2) based photoanodes are emphasized to provide guidelines to advance emerging PEC ***,perspectives for the development of more efficient AT-MoS_(2) based photoanodes are proposed.

To improve the passive safety of high-speed trains,it is very important to understand the mechanism of head injury in high-speed train *** this study,the head injury mechanisms of occupants in high-speed train rear-end collisions were investigated based on the occupant-seat coupling model,which included a dummy representing the chinese 50th percentile adult *** typical injury responses in terms of skull fractures,brain contusions,and diffuse axonal injury(DAI)were ***,the influences of collision speed and seat parameters on head injury response were *** simulation results indicate that the skull fractures primarily occur at the skull base region due to excessive neck extension,while the brain contusions and DAI result from the relative displacement of different brain *** increase in collision speed will promote the probability of skull fracture,brain contusion,and *** design modifications,such as reduced seat spacing,increased seat backrest angles,and selecting the appropriate cushion angle(76°)and friction coefficient(0.15),can effectively mitigate probably occupant's head injury.

Since mobile nodes such as autonomous underwater vehicles can effectively expand network coverage,underwater acoustic networks with mobile nodes have attracted more and more attention in recent *** ensure the timely access of a mobile node without disturbing the normal transmission of data packets from static nodes,a sequence-scheduled and query-based medium access control protocol is proposed in this *** underwater nodes with data packets to be transmitted reply with a control packet for channel reservation after receiving the broadcast control packet of the buoy,then the reserved nodes transmit their data packets as the order calculated by the *** develop a mechanism to adjust the transmission order of the control packets sent by the underwater nodes in the handshake phase to reduce the collision and guarantee the success rate of reservation,and a query is initiated when the reserved control packet of the mobile node is not received by the buoy in the handshake to respond to the data transmission request of the mobile node in *** show that the maximum nodal throughput of the proposed MAC protocol increases by at least 20%and the access delay of the mobile node decreases by about 90%,compared to the two reference ***,the average access probability of the mobile node in the proposed protocol is more than 90%.

Age-stage, two-sex life tables of the melon fly, Bactrocera cucurbitae （Coquil- let-t）（Diptera： Tephritidae）, reared on cucumber （Cucumis sativus L.）, sponge gourd （Luffa cylindrica Roem） and a carrot medium （mashed Daucus carota L. mixed with sucrose and yeast hydrolysate） were constructed under laboratory conditions at 25 4- loc, 65% 4- 0.5% relative humidity, and a photoperiod 12 ： 12h （L ： D）. The intrinsic rates of increase of B. cucurbitae were 0.144 6, 0.141 2 and 0.068 8 days on cucumber, sponge gourd, and carrot medium, respectively. The highest net reproduction rate was 172 offspring per fly reared on sponge gourd. The mean generation times ofB. cucurbitae ranged from 34 days reared on cucumber to 56 days reared on carrot medium. The life history raw data was analyzed using the traditional female age-specific life table and compared to results obtained using the age-stage, two-sex life table. When the age-specific female life table is applied to an age-stage-structured two-sex population, survival and fecundity curves will be improperly manipulated due to an inability to include variation in preadult development time. We discussed different interpretations of the relationship between the net reproductive rate and the intrinsic rate of increase to clarify possible misunderstanding in the literature.

In the domain of high-performance engineering polymers, the enhancement of mechanical flexibility in poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) resins has long posed a significant challenge. A novel molecular structure, designated as PP-He-IS, wherein imide rings and an aliphatic hexylene chain are covalently incorporated into the PPS backbone to enhance its flexibility, is introduced in this study. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations are employed to systematically explore the effects of diversifying the backbone chain structures by substituting phenyl units with alkyl chains of varying lengths, referred to as PP-A-IS where “A” signifies the distinct intermediary alkyl chain configurations. Computational analyses reveal a discernable decrement in the glass transition temperature (Tg) and elastic modulus, counterbalanced by an increment in yield strength as the alkyl chain length is extended. Notably, the PP-He-IS variant is shown to exhibit superior yield strength while simultaneously maintaining reduced elastic modulus and Tg values, positioning it as an advantageous candidate for flexible PPS applications. Mesoscopic analyses further indicate that structures such as PP-He-IS, PP-Pe-IS, and PP-Bu-IS manifest remarkable flexibility, attributable to the presence of freely rotatable carbon-carbon single bonds. Experimental validation confirms that a melting temperature of 504 K which is lower than that of conventional PPS, and lower crystallinity are exhibited by PP-He-IS, thereby affording enhanced processability without compromising inherent thermal stability. Novel insights into the strategic modification of PPS for mechanical flexibility are thus furnished by this study, which also accentuates the pivotal role played by molecular dynamics simulations in spearheading high-throughput investigations in polymer material modifications.

Background： Gene co-expression and differential co-expression analysis has been increasingly used to study co- functional and co-regulatory biological mechanisms from large scale transcriptomics data sets. Methods： In this study, we develop a nonparametric approach to identify hub genes and modules in a large co- expression network with low computational and memory cost, namely MRHCA. Results： We have applied the method to simulated transcriptomics data sets and demonstrated MRHCA can accurately identify hub genes and estimate size of co-expression modules. With applying MRHCA and differential co- expression analysis to E. coil and TCGA cancer data, we have identified significant condition specific activated genes in E. coil and distinct gene expression regulatory mechanisms between the cancer types with high copy number variation and small somatic mutations. Conclusion： Our analysis has demonstrated MRItCA can （i） deal with large association networks, （ii） rigorously assess statistical significance for hubs and module sizes, （iii） identify co-expression modules with low associations, （iv） detect small and significant modules, and （v） allow genes to be present in more than one modules, compared with existing methods.

Developing a green economy is key to achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. This paper uses the SBM-GML index, which includes non-desired outputs, to measure the trend of regional green economic efficiency changes and analyze the impact mechanism and realization path of industrial transformation on green economic efficiency. The research results show that advanced industrial structure has a positive influence on green economic efficiency nationwide, while energy utilization structure and energy utilization efficiency have positive partial intermediary effects in the influence path;industrial structure rationalization is also significantly positively related to green economic efficiency nationwide, and the mediating effect of energy utilization is positive. The impact of industrial transformation on green economic efficiency has regional heterogeneity, and the mediating effect of energy use also differs. Among them, the impact effect in the eastern region is basically consistent with the national sample, but is negative in the central and western regions. This paper proposes countermeasures in terms of adjusting the industrial structure, improving energy efficiency, and perfecting industrial and energy policies, which can provide theoretical and practical references for promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial structure, optimizing energy utilization, and advancing the efficiency of the national and regional green economy.

Thermal safety of modular charge which is fed into and retained in the chamber after gun fires consecutively is first investigated with cook-off method,A two-dimensional cook-off model of modular charge in gun chamber is established and the cook-off process of modular charge in gun chamber is numerically *** the effects of module number and firing condition on charge thermal safety are evaluated by researching the cook-off response characteristics of *** results show that under conditions of different module numbers the cook-off responses all occur on the module closest to the boundary of missile,and the single-base propellants located at the inner surface of cartridge ignite *** the number of loaded module changes from 1 to 6,the cook-off response temperatures vary little,only in a small range of 478.1 K-482.4 *** cook-off response times decrease logarithmically in the range of 211.25-166.7 s with the increasing length of residual air gap in gun *** simulation results are well matched with the experimental ***,different firing conditions have greatinfluence on the cook-off response time,minor influence on the initial response position and little in-fluence on the response *** the three conditions of consecutive 32 launches with 5 rounds/min,43 launches with 1 round/min,and 41 launches with different firing frequencies,the cook off response temperatures are 479.2 K,481.1 K and 479.9 K respectively and the response times are 709.25,211.2 s and 214.4 s *** response position is near the middle area of the inner cartridge surface in the former condition and near the right area in the latter two conditions.
