In this study,a novel equivalent dam.ing ratio m.del that is suitable for reinforced concrete(RC)structures considering cyclic degradation behavior is developed,and a new equivalent linearization analysis m.thod for im.lem.nting the proposed equivalent dam.ing ratio m.del for use in seism.c dam.ge evaluation is *** this end,Ibarra’s peak-oriented m.del,which incorporates an energy-based degradation rule,is selected for representing hysteretic behavior of RC structure,and the optim.zed equivalent dam.ing for predicting the m.xim.m.displacem.nt response is presented by using the em.irical m.thod,in which the effect of cyclic degradation is ***,the relationship between the hysteretic energy dissipation of the inelastic system.and the elastic strain energy of the equivalent linear system.is established so that the proposed equivalent linear system.can be directly integrated with the Park-Ang seism.c m.del to im.lem.nt seism.c dam.ge *** to the sim.licity of the equivalent linearization m.thod,the proposed m.thod provides an efficient and reliable way of obtaining com.rehensive insight into the seism.c perform.nce of RC *** verification dem.nstrates the validity of the proposed m.thod.

The two-stage electrostatic precipitator is widely used to purify oil m.st ***,there is lim.ted research on the influences of relative hum.dity,particle deposition characteristics,and the generation of gaseous ***,this paper established a num.rical m.del of the electrostatic oil m.st purifier and applied it to a two-stage electrostatic *** the m.del was used to investigate the corona discharge characteristics under different relative hum.dity conditions in the charged zone,the particle deposition characteristics,the purification efficiency,the ozone concentration distribution,and the oil vapor concentration distribution in the collection *** results indicate that,with a constant tem.erature,the corona current decreases as relative hum.dity increase,and there is a quadratic relationship between relative hum.dity and *** variation in relative hum.dity has little im.act on the purification *** m.xim.m.ozone concentration occurs near the electrode line,and its concentration is influenced by the discharge current and inlet airflow *** oil vapor concentration reaches its m.xim.m.value at the side plates,with a value of 19 ppb,while it reaches the m.nim.m.value at the collecting zone electrode plate,with a value of 2 *** tem.erature is the m.in factor affecting the volatilization of the oil film.with higher tem.eratures resulting in higher oil vapor.

To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium.states, an integration of continuous m.asurem.nt and adsorption platform.kinetics m.thod was proposed, which was initially called the ICm.AP kinetics m.thod, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experim.ntal m.thod was developed. Adsorption experim.nts of europium.Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were perform.d using the ICm.AP kinetics m.thod and continuous m.asurem.nts. Because the kinetic experim.ntal results observed in this study were different from.those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic m.dels were unsuitable for fitting the experim.ntal ***, a liquid m.m.rane diffusion(Lm.) m.del was developed based on the assum.tion of sim.ltaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the m.chanism.of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption m.chanism.was also studied by using *** results indicated that the proposed adsorption m.del can fit the experim.ntal data m.re suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were sim.ltaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was m.inly dom.nated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid m.m.rane.

Owing to their low flexibility,poor processability and a lack of responsiveness,inorganic m.terials are usually non-ideal for constructing a living ***,to date,lifelike m.terials with structural hierarchies and adaptive properties usually rely on light and soft organic m.lecules,although few exceptions have been acquired using two-dim.nsional(2D)inorganic ***,with a system.tic study on the gelation behavior of carbon-based 0D quantum.dots,1D nanotubes,and 3D fullerenes,we find that acidified 1D carbon nanotubes(CNTs)can serve as an alternative building block for fabricating purely inorganic biom.m.tic soft *** as-prepared CNT gels exhibit not only a pH-or phototherm.l-triggered m.chanical and tribological adaptivity,which allows them.to sim.late the behavior of sea cucum.ers,peacock m.ntis shrim.s,and m.m.alian m.scles or cortical bones,but also a unique dam.ing property that is sim.lar to spider’s cuticular *** high elasticity,effective lubrication,excellent biocom.atibility,and controllable friction and wear also allow them.to function as a new type of sm.rt lubricants,whose tribological properties can be regulated either by its internal pH changes or spatiotem.orally by near-infrared(NIR)light irradiations,free of any toxic and flam.able base oils or additives.

This paper investigates the problem.of cooperative localization(CL) for a m.lti-robot system.m.S) under dynam.c m.asurem.nt topology, which involves a group of robots collectively estim.ting their poses with respect to a com.on reference fram. using ego-m.tion m.asurem.nts and robot-to-robot relative m.asurem.nts. The authors provide a theoretical analysis of the tim.-varying unobservable subspace and propose a consistent cooperative localization algorithm. First, the authors introduce the relative m.asurem.nt graph(Rm.) to represent the relative pose m.asurem.nts obtained by the m.S at each instant. Then, the authors derive the local observability m.trix over a tim. *** equivalent relationship is established between the local observability m.trix and the spectral m.trices of the Rm.. m.reover, the authors present a m.thod for constructing the unobservable subspace based on the Rm. under different topology conditions. Based on this analysis, the authors design a consistent cooperative localization algorithm.that satisfies the constraints of the tim.-varying unobservable subspace. An analytical optim.l solution is derived for the constrained optim.zation *** Carlo num.rical sim.lations are conducted to dem.nstrate the consistency and accuracy of the proposed m.thod.

Clubroot disease is a severe threat to Brassica crops globally,particularly in western *** resistance,achieved through pyram.ding clubroot resistance(CR)genes with different m.des of action,is the m.st im.ortant strategy for m.naging the ***,studies on the CR gene functions are quite *** this study,we have conducted investigations into the tem.oral,structural,and interacting features of a newly cloned CR gene,Rcr1,using CRISPR/Cas9 *** tem.oral functionality,we developed a novel CRISPR/Cas9-based binary vector,pHHIGR-Hsp18.2,to deliver Rcr1 into a susceptible canola line(DH12075)and observed that early expression of Rcr1 is critical for conferring *** structural functionality,several independent m.tations in specific dom.ins of Rcr1 resulted in loss-offunction,highlighting their im.ortance for CR *** the study of the interacting features of Rcr1,a cysteine protease gene and its hom.logous allele in canola were successfully disrupted via CRISPR/Cas9 as an interacting com.onent with Rcr1 protein,resulting in the conversion from.clubroot resistant to susceptible in plants carrying intact *** results indicated an indispensable role of these two cysteine proteases in Rcr1-m.diated resistance *** study,the first of its kind,provides valuable insights into the functionality of ***,the new vector p HHIGR-Hsp18.2 dem.nstrated an inducible feature on the rem.val of add-on traits,which should be useful for functional genom.cs and other sim.lar research in brassica crops.
