The potential of muon colliders opens up new possibilities for the exploration of new physics beyond the Standard *** is worthwhile to investigate whether muon colliders are suitable for studying gluonic quartic gauge couplings(gQGCs),which can be contributed by dimension-8 operators in the framework of the Standard Model effective field theory,and are intensively studied *** this paper,we study the sensitivity of the processμ^(+)μ^(-)→jjν■to *** results indicate that the muon colliders with *** larger than 4 TeV can be more sensitive to gQGCs than the Large Hadron Collider.

Compared with the traditional magnetic bubble,a skyrmion has a smaller size,and better stability and therefore is considered as a very promising candidate for future memory *** skyrmions are manipulated,erased and created,the density of skyrmions can be varied,however the relationship between the radii and the densities of skyrmions needs more *** this paper,we study this problem both theoretically and by using the lattice *** average radius of skyrmions as a function of material parameters,the strength of the external magnetic field and the density of skyrmions is obtained and *** this explicit function,the skyrmion radius can be easily predicted,which is helpful for the future study of skyrmion memory devices.

BACKGROUND:Emergency medical service system(EMSS)is essential in providing acute care services for health ***,trends of emergency and acute care in China haven’t been studied ***:Relevant literature was carefully reviewed,including original and review articles,letters,government reports,yearbooks,both in Chinese and in *** on the number of emergency visits,physicians and beds in emergency departments(EDs),and the workforce of prehospital emergency care were summarized and analyzed from China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbooks(2006–2018).RESULTS:Over the past decade,the number of ED visits tripled from 51.9 million to 166.5 million;and utilization of pre-hospital emergency care increased from 3.2 million to 6.8 *** response to rapid increases in demand,the number of licensed emergency physicians raised from 20,058 to 59,409;the beds’number increased from 10,783 to 42,*** pre-hospital emergency care,the volume of health workforce increased from 3,687 to 8,671,with a 109%increase in the number of physicians from 1,774 to 3,***,overcrowding,the long length of stay in EDs,poor work environment,and work exhaustion were still the critical challenges faced by China’s ***:The number of emergency visits has grown with continual capability enhancement during the past ***,overcrowding,the long length of stay in EDs,poor work environment,and work exhaustion still need to be solved by China’s *** fi ndings and comparison with the USA could offer experiences and lessons to EMSS development worldwide,especially for developing countries.

Background:Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the sixth most common cancer globally,with limited therapies and unsatisfactory prognosis once in the advanced *** promising advances in locoregional and systematic treatments,fast development of targeted drugs,the success of immunotherapy,as well as the emergence of the therapeutic alliance,conversion therapy has recently become more well developed and an effective therapeutic *** article aimed to review recent developments in conversion therapy in liver transplantation(LT)for *** sources:We searched for relevant publications on Pub Med before September 2022,using the terms“HCC”,“liver transplantation”,“downstaging”,“bridging treatment”and“conversion therapy.”Results:Conversion therapy was frequently represented as a combination of multiple treatment modalities to downstage HCC and make patients eligible for *** combining various local and systematic treatments in conversion therapy is still controversial,growing evidence has suggested that multimodal combined treatment strategies downstage HCC in a shorter time,which ultimately increases the opportunities for ***,the recent breakthrough of immunotherapy and targeted therapy for HCC also benefit patients with advanced-stage ***:In the era of targeted therapy and immunotherapy,applying the thinking of transplant oncology to benefit HCC patients receiving LT is a new topic that has shed light on advanced-stage *** the expansion of conversion therapy concepts,further investigation and research is required to realize the full potential of conversion treatment strategies,including accurately selecting candidates,determining the timing of surgery,improving the conversion rate,and guaranteeing the safety and long-term efficacy of treatment.

In motion estimation, illumination change is always a troublesome obstacle, which often causes severely per- formance reduction of optical flow computation. The essential reason is that most of estimation methods fail to formalize a unified definition in color or gradient domain for diverse environmental changes. In this paper, we propose a new solution based on deep convolutional networks to solve the key issue. Our idea is to train deep convolutional networks to represent the complex motion features under illumination change, and further predict the final optical flow fields. To this end, we construct a training dataset of multi-exposure image pairs by performing a series of non-linear adjustments in the traditional datasets of *** estimation. Our multi-exposure flow networks （MEFNet） model consists of three main components： low-level feature network, fusion feature network, and motion estimation network. The former two components belong to the contracting part of our model in order to extract and represent the multi-exposure motion features; the third component is the expanding part of our model in order to learn and predict the high-quality optical flow. Compared with many state- of-the-art methods, our motion estimation method can eliminate the obstacle of illumination change and yield optical flow results with competitive accuracy and time efficiency. Moreover, the good performance of our model is also demonstrated in some multi-exposure video applications, like HDR （high dynamic range） composition and flicker removal.

A scenario where one ＇dumb＇ radio and multiple cognitive radios communicating simultaneously with a common receiver is considered. In this paper, we derive an achievable rate region of the multiple-user cognitive multiple-access channel （MUCMAC） under both additive white Gaussian noise （AWGN） channel and rayleigh fading channel, by using a combination of multiple user dirty paper coding （DPC） and superposition coding. Through cognition, it is assumed that the secondary users （SUs） are able to obtain the message of the primary user （PU） non-causally beforehand. Using this side information, the SUs can perform multiple user DPC to avoid the interference from the SU. Besides, the SUs can also allocate part of their transmit power to aid the PU, using superposition coding. Therefore, the capacity region of traditional multiple-access channel （MAC） can be enlarged. Moreover, some asymptotic results are shown as the number of SUs increases. In the AWGN case, it is illustrated that the maximum achievable rate of the PU grows logarithmically with the increase of the number of SUs, whereas in the Rayleigh case, we show that the cognitive gain will increase with the decreasing of the channel signal to noise ratio （SNR）.

AIM： To detect the expression of CD44 correlated with the ability of micro-metastasis in peripheral blood and bone marrow of patients with gastric cancer and to deduce its clinical significance. METHODS： Preoperative peripheral blood and bone marrow specimens from 46 patients with gastric cancer and 6 controls were studied by semi-quantitative RTPCR amplification of CD44v6mRNA. Preoperative and postoperative peripheral blood specimens from 40 patients with gastric cancer and 14 controls were studied by quantitative RT-PCR amplification of CD44v6mRNA in the corresponding period. RESULTS： Semi-quantitative RT-PCR amplification showed that CD44v6mRNA expression of peripheral blood and bone marrow was positive in 39 （84.8%） and 40 （86.9%） of 46 patients with gastric cancer, respectively. In peripheral blood, CD44v6mRNA expression was positive for diffuse type in 30 （93.8%） of 32 patients and for intestinal type in 9 （64.3%） of 14 patients. On the other hand, in bone marrow, CD44v6mRNA expression was positive for diffuse type in 31 （96.9%） of 32 patients and for intestinal type in 10 （71.4%） of 14 patients. There was a significant difference between the diffuse type and intestinal type. Quantitative RTopCR amplification demonstrated that CD44v6mRNA was not expressed in the peripheral blood of controls and CD44v6mRNA expression was positive for preoperative peripheral blood in 40 patients with gastric cancer, the expression levels being from 4.9 × 10^2 to 3.2× 10^5 copies/g RNA. The average expression level of CD44v6mRNA in peripheral blood was 3.9 × 10^10 copies/g RNA. The expression levels of CD44v6mRNA in peripheral blood in gastric cancer patients after curative operation increased from 5.5 × 100 to 7.6 × 10 copies/g RNA （P = 0.00496）. After curative operation, the expression level decreased markedly. CONCLUSION： Semi-quantitative and quantitative RTPCR amplification for CD44v6mRNA is a sensitive and specific method for the detection of micro-metastasis in periphera
