The experiment was conducted to study the specific expression of HSP70 caused by heat shock, HSP70 purification and the characteristics of coalescence with antigenic peptide in the formation of the complex. Sixty healthy 6-week-old male Wulong geese were selected and randomly divided into three groups. The control group was slaughtered without heat treatment. Treatment group 1 was shocked with an acute heat treatment at （42 ± 1）℃ for 5 h before they were immediately slaughtered. Treatment group 2 was kept for 12 h after the heat treatment under normal conditions in order to recover and was then slaughtered. Cardiac tissue was taken in order to make paraffin sections for the immunohistochemistry experiment and the liver tissue was used to purify HSP70. The geese heart HSP70 expression differences in the three groups were determined and at the same time the experiments of HSP70 purification and appraisal in the liver tissue were carried on. HSP70 purification and synthesis of HBV PreS1 multi-peptides unified the complex, which was determined by bi-specific antibody enzyme-linked immune sandwich assay. The results indicated that widespread HSP70 positive pellets in the cardiac muscle were found under hot shock conditions. HSP70 expression in the treatment group 1 was centered in the karyotheca and its periphery, but in treatment group 2, it was centered in the surrounding cell membrane. The HSP70 purification could be obtained through two sets of purification plans; both the synthesis peptide and the HSP70 purification form the complex under certain conditions. The double antibody sandwich ELISA technique was applied to detect if the complex had been formed. Positive results showed that the complex was formed. The specific expression of HSP70 under heat shock shifted with time, suggesting that HSP70 possibly had some function in cell protection. The velocity interferometer system for any reflector(VISAR) coupled with a streaked optical pyrometer(SOP) system is used as a diagnostic tool in inertial confinement fusion(ICF) experiments involving equations of state and shock *** validate the process of adiabatically compressing the fuel shell through precise tuning of shocks in experimental campaigns for the double-cone ignition(DCI) scheme of ICF, a compact line-imaging VISAR with an SOP system is designed and implemented at the Shenguang-II upgrade laser facility. The temporal and spatial resolutions of the system are better than 30 ps and 7 μm, respectively. An illumination lens is used to adjust the lighting spot size matching with the target size. A polarization beam splitter and λ/4 waveplate are used to increase the transmission efficiency of our system. The VISAR and SOP work at 660 and 450 nm, respectively, to differentiate the signals from the scattered lights of the drive lasers. The VISAR can measure the shock velocity. At the same time, the SOP system can give the shock timing and relative strength. This system has been used in different DCI campaigns, where the generation and propagation processes of multi-shock are carefully diagnosed.

AIM： To investigate the effects of a ghrelin receptor agonist GHRP-6 on delayed gastrointestinal transit in alloxan-induced diabetic mice. METHODS： A diabetic mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection with alloxan. Mice were randomized into two main groups： normal mice and diabetic mice treated with GHRP-6 at doses of 0, 20, 50, 100 and 200 μg/kg ip. Gastric emptying （GE）, intestinal transit （IT）, and colonic transit （CT） were studied in mice after they had a phenol red meal following injection of GHRP-6. Based on the most effective GHRP-6 dosage, atropine was given at 1 mg/kg for 15 rain before the GHRP-6 injection for each measurement. The mice in each group were sacrificed 20 min later and the percentages of GE, IT, and CT were calculated. RESULTS： Percentages of GE, IT, and CT were significantly decreased in diabetic mice as compared to control mice. In the diabetic mice, GHRP-6 improved both GE and IT, but not CT. The most effective dose of GHRP-6 was 200 μg/kg and atropine blocked the prokinetic effects of GHRP-6 on GE and IT. CONCLUSION： GHRP-6 accelerates delayed GE and IT, but has no effect on CT in diabetic mice. GHRP-6 may exert its prokinetic effects via the cholinergic pathway in the enteric nervous system, and therefore, has therapeutic potential for diabetic patients with delayed upper gastrointestinal transit.

Whether the complex game system composed of a large number of artificial intelligence(AI)agents empowered with reinforcement learning can produce extremely favorable collective behaviors just through the way of agent self-exploration is a matter of practical *** this paper,we address this question by combining the typical theoretical model of resource allocation system,the minority game model,with reinforcement *** individual participating in the game is set to have a certain degree of intelligence based on reinforcement learning *** particular,we demonstrate that as AI agents gradually becomes familiar with the unknown environment and tries to provide optimal actions to maximize payoff,the whole system continues to approach the optimal state under certain parameter combinations,herding is effectively suppressed by an oscillating collective behavior which is a self-organizing pattern without any external *** interesting phenomenon is that a first-order phase transition is revealed based on some numerical results in our multi-agents system with reinforcement *** order to further understand the dynamic behavior of agent learning,we define and analyze the conversion path of belief mode,and find that the self-organizing condensation of belief modes appeared for the given trial and error rates in the AI ***,we provide a detection method for period-two oscillation collective pattern emergence based on the Kullback–Leibler divergence and give the parameter position where the period-two appears.

Improving the energy conversion efficiency in metallic fuel(e.g.,Al)combustion is always desirable but challenging,which often involves redox reactions of aluminum(Al)with various mixed oxidizing *** instance,Al-O reaction is the most common pathway to release limited energy while Al-F reaction has received much attentions to enhance Al combustion ***,microscopic understanding of the Al-O/Al-F reaction dynamics remains unsolved,which is fundamentally necessary to further improve Al combustion *** this work,for the first time,Al-O/Al-F reaction dynamic effects on the combustion of aluminum nanoparticles(n-Al)in oxygen/fluorine containing environments have been revealed via reactive molecular dynamics(RMD)simulations meshing together combustion *** RMD simulation systems of Al core/O_(2)/HF,n-Al/O_(2)/HF,and n-Al/O_(2)/CF4 with oxygen percentage ranging from 0%to 100%have been *** n-Al combustion in mixed O_(2)/CF_4 environments have been conducted by constant volume combustion *** results show that Al-O reaction exhibits kinetic benefits while Al-F reaction owns thermodynamic benefits for n-Al *** n-Al/O_(2)/HF,Al-O reaction gives faster energy release rate than Al-F reaction(1.1 times).The optimal energy release efficiency can be achieved with suitable oxygen percentage of 10%and 50%for n-Al/O_(2)/HF and n-Al/O_(2)/CF_4,*** combustion experiments,90%of oxygen percentage can optimally enhance the peak pressure,pressurization rate and combustion ***,Al-O reaction prefers to occur on the surface regions while Al-F reaction prefers to proceed in the interior regions of n-Al,confirming the kinetic/thermodynamic benefits of Al-O/Al-F *** synergistic effect of Al-O/Al-F reaction for greatly enhancing n-Al combustion efficiency is demonstrated at atomicscale,which is beneficial for optimizing the combustion performance of metallic fuel.

Pyrogen,often as a contaminant,is a key indicator affecting the safety of almost all parenteral drugs(including biologicals,chemicals,traditional Chinese medicines and medical devices).It has become a goal to completely replace the in vivo rabbit pyrogen test by using the in vitro pyrogen test based on the promoted‘reduction,replacement and refinement’principle,which has been highly considered by regulatory agencies from different *** used NF-κB,a central signalling molecule mediating inflammatory responses,as a pyrogenic marker and the monocyte line THP-1 transfected with a luciferase reporter gene regulated by NF-κB as an in vitro model to detect pyrogens by measuring the intensity of a fluorescence ***,we show that this test can quantitatively and sensitively detect endotoxin(lipopolysaccharide from different strains)and nonendotoxin(lipoteichoic acid,zymosan,peptidoglycan,lectin and glucan),has good stability in terms of NF-κB activity and cell phenotypes at 39 cell passages and can be applied to detect pyrogens in biologicals(group A&C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine;basiliximab;rabies vaccine(Vero cells)for human use,freeze-dried;Japanese encephalitis vaccine(Vero cells),inactivated;insulin aspart injection;human albumin;recombinant human erythropoietin injection(CHO Cell)).The within-laboratory reproducibility of the test in three independent laboratories was 85%,80%and 80%and the interlaboratory reproducibility among laboratories was 83.3%,95.6%and 86.7%.The sensitivity(true positive rate)and specificity(true negative rate)of the test were 89.9%and 90.9%,*** summary,the test provides a novel alternative for pyrogen detection.
