The first quantum private comparison(QPC) protocol via cavity quantum electrodynamics(QED) is proposed in this paper by making full use of the evolution law of atom via cavity QED, where the third party(TP) is allowed to misbehave on his own but cannot conspire with either of the two users. The proposed protocol adopts two-atom product states rather than entangled states as the initial quantum resource, and only needs single-atom measurements for two users. Both the unitary operations and the quantum entanglement swapping operation are not necessary for the proposed protocol. The proposed protocol can compare the equality of one bit from each user in each round comparison with one two-atom product state. The proposed protocol can resist both the outside attack and the participant ***, it can prevent TP from knowing two users' secrets. furthermore, the qubit efficiency of the proposed protocol is as high as 50%.

Numerous empirical studies show that advertising effort can stimulate demand in both current and future periods, and there is an interaction between pricing, advertising and ordering decisions. How do these decisions interact with each other and what is the effect of advertising on pricing and ordering decisions？ To understand this interaction, we consider a newsvendor-type firm that sells a perishable product in a stable market and dynamically determines the joint ordering, pricing and advertising strategies. The problem is modeled as an infmite horizon newsvendor problem with an advertising carryover effect and price-sensitive demand. We characterize the optimal pricing, advertising and inventory strategies and their comparative statics, and consider how this policy differs from the traditional approach without the advertising effect. We show that the optimal effective advertising level is monotonically increasing with the effective advertising level in the previous period, and hence the optimal strategies （advertising, pricing, inventory level） globally converge to the steady states in the long run. We numerically show that the optimal policy can reap significant profit, which underscores the importance of the advertising-driven ordering and pricing strategies.

A robust and versatile tool for multigene pathway assembly is a key to the biosynthesis of high- value chemicals. Here we report the rapid construction of biosynthetic pathways in Saccharomyces cerevisiae using a marker recyclable integrative toolbox （pUMRI） devel- oped in our research group, which has features of ready-to- use, convenient marker recycling, arbitrary element replacement, shuttle plasmid, auxotrophic marker inde- pendence, GAL regulation, and decentralized assembly. functional isoprenoid biosynthesis pathways containing 4-11 genes with lengths ranging from -10 to -22 kb were assembled using this toolbox within 1-5 rounds of reiterative recombination. In combination with GAL- regulated metabolic engineering, high production of isoprenoids （e.g., 16.3 mg.g-1 dcw carotenoids）was achieved. These results demonstrate the wide range of application and the efficiency of the pUMRI toolbox in multigene pathway construction of S. cerevisiae.

3D porous iron(Fe)scaffolds with interconnected open pores are promising candidates for bone ***,the bare 3D porous Fe scaffolds lack of antibacterial activity and the ability for cell ***,atomic layer deposition technique was used to deposit nanometer-thick zinc oxide(ZnO)layer onto the skeleton of 3D porous Fe scaffolds with interconnected open *** effect of ZnO thin film on the in vitro degradation behavior,antibacterial activity and cytocompatibility of 3D porous Fe scaffolds was systematically *** results showed that a dense ZnO thin film with a thickness of 76 nm was uniformly deposited on the skeleton of the porous Fe *** thickness of ZnO thin film could be easily controlled by the deposition *** deposited ZnO thin film significantly reduced the degradation rate of porous Fe scaffolds and the fabricated ZnO coated porous Fe scaffolds demonstrated strong antibacterial ability against both Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus,while did not significantly affect cytocompatibility and could also promote cell adhesion.

The pump is one of the most important energy consuming devices in an energy system. The axial force on a centrifugal pump is an important factor for improving the operation stability and the service life. Based on the Bernoulli’s equation, the formulas of the axial clearance are derived theoretically. The relationship between the impeller axial force, the clearance leakage flow rate and the axial clearance is obtained. The motion differential equation of the axial-auto-balanced impeller is established by the number axis modeling method. The asymptotic stability of the impeller is evaluated by the Lyapunov stability analysis. The transient simulation of the axial-auto-balanced impeller is carried out by the method of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) with the dynamic mesh technology. The time required for the impeller to reach the stable state under different conditions is calculated. The effective values of the axial force are determined. This research is useful to improve the operation stability of the pump.

BACKGROUND Hypophysitis induced by programmed cell death 1 protein(PD-1)immune checkpoint inhibitors is rare and poorly *** report three patients with non-small cell lung cancer who developed hypophysitis after anti-PD-1 *** SUMMARY Both case 1 and case 2 presented with common symptoms of fatigue,nausea,and ***,case 3 showed rare acute severe symptoms such as hoarse voice,bucking,and difficulty in breathing even when *** two cycles of immunotherapy in case 3,the above severe symptoms and pituitary gland enlargement were found on magnetic resonance imaging at the onset of *** symptoms were relieved after 10 d of steroid *** 3 was the first patient with these specific symptoms,which provided a new insight into the diagnosis of *** addition,we found that the clinical prognosis of patients with hypophysitis was related to the dose of steroid *** 3 was treated with high-dose hormone therapy and her pituitary-corticotropic axis dysfunction returned to normal after more than 6 mo of steroid *** 1 and 2 were treated with the low-dose hormone,and dysfunction of the pituitary-corticotropic axis was still present after up to 7 mo of steroid *** The clinical symptoms described in this study provide a valuable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of immune-related hypophysitis.

The title complex, Zn（C24H13NO）2Cl21, has been synthesized by the reaction of zinc chloride with Schiff base ligand N-salicylidene-p-toluidine and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group Cc with a = 14.896（3）, b = 12.506（2）, c = 15.352（3） A,β = 114.711 （4）°, V = 2598.0（8） A^3, C28H26ZnCl2N2O2, Mr = 558.80, Z = 4, Dc = 1 .429 g/cm^3,μ = 1.179 mm^-1, Flack parameter = 0.027（19）, F（000） = 1152, R = 0.0709 and wR = 0.1041 for 3117 observed reflections （Ⅰ 〉 2σ（Ⅰ））. In complex 1, the center Zn ion is four-coordinated by two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands and two Cl atoms in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Additionally, the thermal decomposition of complex 1 as well as its kinetic mechanisms and equations is studied under the non-isothermal integral and differential methods in air by TG-DTG curves.

The strong effective magnetic fields with flux to the order of one flux quantum per plaquette has been realized for ultracold atoms,and the quantum cyclotron orbit of a single atom in a single plaquette exposed to the magnetic field was directly revealed recently [***.107 (2011) 255301].We study the quantum cyclotron orbits of a bosonic atom in a triple well with a synthetic gauge field,and find that the dynamics of the atom in real space is similar to a classical dynamic *** is interesting that the billiard-like motion is a signature of the quantum evolution of the three-level system,and its behaviors are determined by the ratio of the two energy gaps of the three energy levels.

Laboratory search of exotic interactions is crucial for exploring physics beyond the standard *** report new experimental constraints on two exotic spin-dependent interactions at the micrometer scale based on ensembles of nitrogen-vacancy(NV) centers in diamond.A thin layer of NV ele ctronic spin ensembles is synthesized as the solid-state spin quantum sensor,and a lead sphere is taken as the interacting nucleon *** result establishes new bounds for two types of exotic spin interactions at the micrometer *** an exotic parity-odd spin-and velocity-dependent interaction,improved bounds are set within the force range from 5 to 500 μ*** upper limit of the corresponding coupling constant gAegVNat 330 μm is more than 1000-fold more stringent than the previous *** the P,T-violating scalar-pseudoscalar nucleon-electron interaction,improved constraints are established within the force range from 6 to 45 μ*** limit of the corresponding coupling constant gSNgPeis improved by more than one order of magnitude at 30μ*** work demonstrates that a solid-state NV ensemble can be a powerful platform for probing exotic spin-dependent interactions.
