不同花生轮作模式对土壤团聚体碳组分的影响

探究不同花生轮作模式对土壤团聚体粒径分布以及团聚体碳组分含量的影响,2017-2021年于山东烟台,以当地典型作物轮作模式冬小麦-夏玉米一年两作(WM)和春花生一年一作(CP)为对照,设置3种花生轮作模式,即冬小麦-夏花生一年两作(WP)、春花生→冬小麦-夏玉米两年三作(PWM)和冬小麦-夏花生→冬小麦-夏玉米两年四作(WPWM),研究种植模式对土壤团聚体组成和团聚体总有机碳、可溶性有机碳和微生物量碳含量的影响。结果发现:(1)相较于CP模式,PWM和WPWM模式下0~40 cm土层1~2 mm粒级团聚体百分含量分别显著提高14.75~21.25和12.47~16.17个百分点,且WPWM模式更有利于提高土壤团聚体的平均重量直径;(2)除0.25~0.5 mm粒级外,WPWM模式下0~40 cm土层各粒级团聚体有机碳含量均显著高于CP模式;WP和WPWM模式下0~20 cm土层1~2 mm、5 mm、0.5~1 mm和<0.25 mm粒级团聚体可溶性碳含量较对照(CP和WM)分别显著提高50.75%~81.18%、100.12%~120.12%、69.44%~90.07%;(4)WPWM模式下,0~40 cm土层团聚体微生物量碳含量较对照(CP和WM)模式提升最大;20~40cm土层,与对照(CP和WM)相比,PWM、WP、WPWM模式均显著提高1~2 mm团聚体微生物量碳贡献率。(5)有机碳与可溶性碳、微生物量碳及可溶性碳与微生物量碳在2~5 mm、1~2 mm、0.5~1 mm团聚体中均显著相关。综合而言,WPWM模式,即冬小麦-夏花生→冬小麦-夏玉米两年四作的模式可提高0~40 cm土层的平均重量直径、细大团聚体(1~2 mm)含量以及1~2 mm粒级团聚体中有机碳、可溶性碳、微生物量碳的含量和贡献率,有助于改善土壤结构,更符合绿色低碳发展需求。

Abelmoschus manihot(L.)Medik.(***)is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine with a variety of pharmacological *** was first recorded in Jiayou Materia Medica dating back to the Song dynasty to eliminate urinary tract irritation by clearing away heat and diuretic ***,its pharmacological action on urinary tract infections has not been *** present study aims to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of *** on a mouse model of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced *** results showed that *** decreased white blood cell(WBC)count in urine sediments of the cystitis mice,alleviated bladder congestion,edema,as well as histopathological damage,reduced the expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1β***,*** administration significantly downregulated the expression levels of TLR4,MYD88,IκBα,p-IκBα,NF-κB p65,and p-NF-κB p65 in LPS-induced cystitis *** findings demonstrated the protective effect of *** against LPS-induced cystitis,which is attributed to its anti-inflammatory profile by suppressing TLR4/MYD88/NF-κB *** results suggest that *** could be a potential candidate for cystitis treatment.

Drought is one of the most serious abiotic stresses to land *** sense and respond to drought stress to survive under water *** have studied how plants sense drought stress,or osmotic stress caused by drought,ever since Charles Darwin,and gradually obtained clues about osmotic stress sensing and signaling in *** stress is a physical stimulus that triggers many physiological changes at the cellular level,including changes in turgor,cell wall stiffness and integrity,membrane tension,and cell fluid volume,and plants may sense some of these stimuli and trigger downstream *** this review,we emphasized water potential and movements in organisms,compared putative signal inputs in cell wall-containing and cell wall-free organisms,prospected how plants sense changes in turgor,membrane tension,and cell fluid volume under osmotic stress according to advances in plants,animals,yeasts,and bacteria,summarized multilevel biochemical and physiological signal outputs,such as plasma membrane nanodomain formation,membrane water permeability,root hydrotropism,root halotropism,Casparian strip and suberin lamellae,and finally proposed a hypothesis that osmotic stress responses are likely to be a cocktail of signaling mediated by multiple *** also discussed the core scientific questions,provided perspective about the future directions in this field,and highlighted the importance of robust and smart root systems and efficient source-sink allocations for generating future high-yield stress-resistant crops and plants.

Electrolytic water splitting(EWS)is an attractive and promising technique for the production of hydrogen ***,the sluggish kinetic rate of hydrogen/oxygen evolution reactions leads to a high overpotential and low energy *** to date,Pt/Ir-based nanocatalysts have become the state-of-the-art EWS catalysts,but disadvantages such as high cost and low earth abundance greatly limit their applications in EWS *** an attractive candidate for the Pt/Ir catalysts,series of Ru-based nanomaterials have aroused much attention for their low price,Pt-like hydrogen bond strength,and high EWS *** particular,Ru-doped functional porous materials have been becoming one of the most representative EWS catalysts,which can not only achieve the dispersion and adjustment for active Ru sites,but also simultaneously solve the problems of mass transfer and catalytic conversion in *** this review,the design and preparation strategies of Ru-doped functional porous materials toward EWS in recent years are summarized,including Ru-doped metal organic frameworks(MOFs),Ru-doped porous organic polymers(POPs),and their ***,detailed structure–activity relationships induced by the tuned geometric/electronic structures of Ru-doped functional porous materials are further depicted in this *** but not least,the challenges and perspectives of Ru-doped functional porous materials catalysts are reasonably proposed to provide fresh ideas for the design of Ru-based EWS catalysts.

In the coal-to-ethylene glycol(CTEG)process,precisely estimating quality variables is crucial for process monitoring,optimization,and control.A significant challenge in this regard is relying on offline laboratory analysis to obtain these variables,which often incurs substantial monetary costs and significant time *** resulting few-shot learning scenarios present a hurdle to the efficient development of predictive *** address this issue,our study introduces the transferable adversarial slow feature extraction network(TASF-Net),an innovative approach designed specifically for few-shot quality prediction in the CTEG ***-Net uniquely integrates the slowness principle with a deep Bayesian framework,effectively capturing the nonlinear and inertial characteristics of the CTEG ***,the model employs a variable attention mechanism to identify quality-related input variables adaptively at each time step.A key strength of TASF-Net lies in its ability to navigate the complex measurement noise,outliers,and system interference typical in CTEG *** learning strategy using a min-max game is adopted to improve its robustness and ability to model irregular industrial data accurately and ***,an incremental refining transfer learning framework is designed to further improve few-shot prediction performance achieved by transferring knowledge from the pretrained model on the source domain to the target *** effectiveness and superiority of TASF-Net have been empirically validated using a real-world CTEG *** with some state-of-the-art methods,TASF-Net demonstrates exceptional capability in addressing the intricate challenges for few-shot quality prediction in the CTEG process.

We study superradiant phase transitions in a hybrid system of a two-dimensional bose–Einstein condensate of atoms and two cavities arranged with a tilt *** adjusting the loss rate of cavities,we map out the phase diagram of steady states within a mean field *** is found that when the loss rates of the two cavities are different,superradiant transitions may not occur at the same time in the two cavities.A first-order phase transition is observed between the states with only one cavity in superradiance and both in *** the case that both cavities are superradiant,a net photon current is observed flowing from the cavity with small decay rate to the one with large decay *** photon current shows a non-monotonic dependence on the loss rate difference,owing to the competition of photon number difference and cavity field phase *** findings can be realized and detected in experiments.

Inhibitors are important for flotation separation of quartz and *** this study,a novel combined inhibitor was used to separate quartz and feldspar in near-neutral *** inhibition of the combined inhibitor was assessed by micro-flotation *** a series of detection methods were used to detect differences in the surface properties of feldspars and quartz after flotation reagents and put forward the synergistic strengthening *** outcomes were pointed out that pre-mixing combined inhibitors were more effective than the addition of Ca^(2+)and SS in sequence under the optimal proportion of 1:5.A concentrate from artificial mixed minerals that was characterized by a high quartz grade and a high recovery was acquired,and was found to be 90.70wt% and 83.70%,*** was demonstrated that the combined inhibitor selectively prevented the action of the collector and feldspar from Fourier-transform infrared(FT-IR)and adsorption capacity *** results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)indicated that Ca^(2+)directly interacts with the surface of quartz to increase the adsorption of *** contrast,the chemistry property of Al on the feldspar surface was altered by combined inhibitor due to Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)taking the place of K^(+),resulting in the composite inhibitor forms a hydrophilic structure,which prevents the adsorption of the collector on the surface of feldspar by interacting with the Al active *** combination of Ca^(2+)and SS synergically strengthens the difference of collecting property between quartz and feldspar by collector,thus achieving the effect of efficient separation.A new strategy for flotation to separate quartz from feldspar in near-neutral pulp was provided.

With increasing drilling depth and large dosage of weighting materials,drilling fluids with high solid content are characterized by poor stability,high viscosity,large water loss,and thick mud cake,easier leading to reservoir damage and wellbore *** this paper,micronized barite(MB)was modified(mMB)by grafting with hydrophilic polymer onto the surface through the free radical polymerization to displace conventional API barite *** suspension stability of water-based drilling fluids(WBDFs)weighted with API barite:mMB=2:1 in 600 g was significantly enhanced compared with that with API barite/WBDFs,exhibiting the static sag factor within 0.54 and the whole stability index of *** viscosity and yield point reached the minimum,with a reduction of more than 40%compared with API barite only at the same *** multi-stage filling and dense accumulation of weighting materials and clays,filtration loss was decreased,mud cake quality was improved,and simultaneously it had great reservoir protection performance,and the permeability recovery rate reached 87%.In addition,it also effectively improved the lubricity of *** sticking coefficient of mud cake was reduced by 53.4%,and the friction coefficient was ***,mMB can serve as a versatile additive to control the density,rheology,filtration,and stability of WBDFs weighted with API barite,thus regulating comprehensive performance and achieving reservoir protection *** work opened up a new path for the productive drilling of extremely deep and intricate wells by providing an efficient method for managing the performance of high-density WBDFs.
