Characterization of filamentous fungal regulatory elements remains challenging because of time-consuming transformation technologies and limited quantitative *** we established a method for quantitative assessment of filamentous fungal promoters based on flow cytometry detection of the superfolder green fluorescent protein at single-cell *** this quantitative method,we acquired a library of 93 native promoter elements from Aspergillus nidulans in a high-throughput *** strengths of identified promoters covered a 37-fold range by flow cytometry.P_(zipA) and P_(sltA)were identified as the strongest promoters,which were 2.9-and 1.5-fold higher than that of the commonly used constitutive promoter P_(gpdA).Thus,we applied P_(zipA)and P_(sltA)to activate the silent nonribosomal peptide synthetase gene Afpes1 from Aspergillus fumigatus in its native host and the heterologous host *** metabolic products of Afpes1 were identified as new cyclic tetrapeptide derivatives,namely,fumiganins A and *** method provides an innovative strategy for natural product discovery in fungi.

The high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) based thermal spray process has developed as a potential advantageous approach for fabricating various kinds of functional coatings. In this article, the coatings of Mo-based alloy were synthesized using the HVOF process. The microstructure and the mechanical properties of the HVOF-processed coatings were investigated using SEM, TEM, XRD, and hardness and wear tests. Annealing treatment was applied to the as-sprayed coatings to develop the microstructure and its effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings was examined. It is found that the HVOF-processed Mo-based alloy coatings are comprised of an amorphous splat matrix embedded with nano-sized crystalline particles. Annealing at temperatures over 950 °C results into crystallization of the amorphous matrix. The mechanical properties of the as-sprayed coatings are enhanced with annealing temperature up to 750 °C and from 950 to 1050 °C, keeps constant between 750 and 950 °C, and reduce over 1050 °C. The change of the mechanical property with the microstructure was illustrated in the study.

哺乳动物STe20样激酶1 (mammalian STE20-like kinase 1, MST1)和大肿瘤抑制蛋白1 (large tumor suppressor kinase 1, LATS1)是Hippo通路核心激酶级联反应链的关键成员，参与雌性动物生殖过程并发挥重要作用。为探究MST1和LATS1与牦牛(bos grunniens)黄体(corpus luteum, CL)形成、维持和退化之间的关系。本研究采集雌性牦牛黄体组织，按照黄体形成(红体期和有腔黄体期)、维持(妊娠黄体期)和退化(退化黄体期)的不同阶段将材料分为4组，通过qPCR和Western blot检测MST1和LATS1 mRNA及蛋白在黄体形成、维持和退化中的表达差异性，运用免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry, IHC)对MST1和LATS1在黄体形成、维持和退化中进行定位分析。另外，分离培养牦牛卵巢颗粒细胞(granule cells,GC)，通过添加人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin, HCG)诱导颗粒细胞黄体化，采用qPCR、Western blot和免疫荧光(immunofluorescence, IF)等方法对MST1和LATS1 m RNA及蛋白在颗粒细胞黄体化前后进行定量和定位分析。结果显示，MST1和LATS1 mRNA及蛋白在牦牛黄体不同发育阶段表达量存在差异，在妊娠黄体期MST1表达量最高，而LATS1在有腔黄体期的表达最为丰富，在退化黄体期MST1和LATS1表达量均最低。IHC结果显示，在牦牛粒性黄体细胞中MST1和LATS1分布广泛，且MST1在血管内皮细胞中特征表达。添加5 IU/mL HCG诱导颗粒细胞黄体化后，MST1和LATS1 m RNA及蛋白的表达量极显著上升。通过IF染色发现，MST1和LATS1蛋白主要定位于颗粒细胞细胞质，且黄体化前后位置没有改变。研究结果表明，MST1和LATS1介导Hippo信号通路通过控制颗粒细胞分化，黄体细胞增殖和凋亡，参与雌性牦牛黄体组织的形成、维持、退化以及功能运转，并且与黄体生理过程中各类生殖激素密切相关。本研究为进一步探索Hippo信号通路对牦牛黄体组织大小调控以及调节哺乳动物生殖生理过程的作用机制提供了基础资料。

Temperature control curve is the key to achieving temperature control and crack prevention of high concrete dam during construction,and its rationality depends on the accurate measurement of temperature *** the simulation testing machine for the temperature stress,in the present study,we carried out the deformation process tests of concrete under three temperature curves:convex,straight and ***,we not only measured the early-age elastic modulus,creep parameters and stress process,but also proposed the preferred *** results show that at early age,higher temperature always leads to greater elastic modulus and smaller ***,the traditional indoor experiments have underestimated the elastic modulus and creep development at early age,which makes the calculated value of temperature stress too small,thus increasing the cracking *** this study,the stress values of the three curves calculated based on the strain and early-age parameters are in good agreement with the temperature stress measured by the temperature stress testing machine,which verifies the method *** the temperature changes along the concave curve,the law of stress development is in consistent with that of *** this condition,the stress fluctuation is small and the crack prevention safety of the concave type is higher,so the concave type is *** test results provide a reliable basis and support for temperature control curve design and optimization of concrete dams.

Effect of fixing distal radius fracture with volar locking palmar plates while preserving pronator quadratus

Background L-shaped incision of pronator quadratus （PQ） muscle along its radial and distal borders was always taken for distal radius fractures reduction and internal *** of the PQ muscle was always recommended at the end of operation for some instructive *** repair of PQ is not satisfied because of poor quality of muscle and fascial tissues which may cause pain or impede forearm pronation and supination for post-operative scarring around *** the locking palmar plate to pass under the pronator quadratus muscle and the locking screws are inserted through miniincisions in pronator quadratus in some patients with distal radius fractures is a reasonable technique which can preserve the pronator *** purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the clinical effects after volar plating of the distal radius fractures while preserving the pronator quadratus and pronator quadratus *** Between September 2010 and April 2012,65 patients （42 males and 23 females; aged 20-68 years and a mean age of 42.5 years） with distal radius fracture underwent open reduction and internal fixation using the volar locking palmar plates （Depuy or Smith companies）.The patients were classified as 23A-2 through 23C-3 according to the Orthopaedic Trauma Association （OTA） *** surgeries were completed by the same trained *** volar locking palmar plates of distal radius performed with preserving pronator quadratus group involved 30 patients including 19 males and 11 females and performed with pronator quadratus repair group involved 35 patients including 23 males and 12 *** compared the two groups for wrist pain,forearm range of motion,grip strength,pedoperative complications and wrist functional recovery *** The minimum follow-up for the whole cohort was one *** differences between the two groups were significant with regard to wrist pain,forearm range of motion,grip strength and wrist function at 1,2,and

For wireless ad hoc networks simulation, node＇s mobility pattern and traffic pattern are two key elements. A new simulation model is presented based on the virtual reality collision detection algorithm in obstacle environment, and the model uses the path planning method to avoid obstacles and to compute the node＇s moving path. Obstacles also affect node＇s signal propagation. Considering these factors, this study implements the mobility model for wireless ad hoc networks. Simulation results show that the model has a significant impact on the performance of protocols.

Adsorption can be used to recover effectively the volatile organic gases(VOCs)in the exhaust gas from factories through using an appropriate adsorption *** to form a physical or chemical bond,adsorption occurs between the porous solid medium and the liquid or gas multi component fluid *** regeneration capa-city of the adsorbent is as important as the adsorption capacity and it determines the economics of the adsorption *** regeneration of adsorbent can be realized through changing the pressure or temperature of the ***,activated carbon samples from coconut shell were prepared and *** or formal-dehyde in the mixed air was used as the adsorption object,and the adsorption experiment was carried out in a U-shaped *** how adsorption was affected by activated carbon type,adsorbate and *** results show that oxidation modifed activated carbon can increase the adsorption effect of form aldehyde,but will reduce the ad sorption effect of benzene,because their ad sorption mechanism is *** 30℃,the saturated adsorption apacity of AC-0 for benzene is 437.0 mg/*** that of AC-1 for formaldehyde is 670.5 mg/*** the experimental range,it is found that the adsorption capacity increases with the decrease of temperature,and their changes are very consistent with the ftted ExpDecay1 function.

Technology management is recognized as a key for organizations to achieve competitiveness. How to promote an organization’s technology management capability is of great significance in creating efficiencies and achieving a competitive edge. The knowledge essence of technology management capability is introduced and then the correlation between knowledge diffusion and the development of technology management capability is discussed. Further, the basic and extended dynamic models of the development of technology management capability are constructed, and is applied into an enterprise. The results show that the dynamic models can well explain how the knowledge improves the development of technology management capability, and they can be used as an useful tool by an enterprise to promote technology management capability. Finally, the managerial implications of the models are discussed.

In this paper,a randomized Cayley-Hamilton theorem based method(abbreviated by RCH method) for computing the minimal polynomial of a polynomial matrix is *** determines the coefficient polynomials term by term from lower to higher *** using a random vector and randomly shifting,it requires no condition on the input matrix and works with probability *** the case that coefficients of entries of the given polynomial matrix are all integers and that the algorithm is performed in exact computation,by using the modular technique,a parallelized version of the RCH method is also *** with other algorithms in both theoretical complexity analysis and computational tests are given to show its effectiveness.
