In the time-difference-of-arrival(TDOA)localization,robust least squares(LS)problems solved by mathematical programming were proven to be superior in mitigating the effects of non-line-of-sight(NLOS)***,the existing algorithms still suffer from two disadvantages:1)The algorithms strongly depend on prior information;2)The approaches do not satisfy the mean square error(MSE)optimal criterion of the measurement *** tackle the troubles,we first formulate an MSE minimization model for measurement noise by taking the source and the NLOS biases as *** obtain stable solutions,we introduce a penalty function to avoid abnormal *** further tackle the nonconvex locating problem with semidefinite relaxation ***,we incorporate mixed constraints and variable information to improve the estimation *** and experiments show that the proposed method achieves consistent performance and good accuracy in dynamic NLOS environments.

Objective: To explore the specific pharmacological molecular mechanisms of Laoke Formula(LK)on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) based on clinical application, network pharmacology and experimental validation. Methods: Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression analysis were used to evaluate the survival benefit of Chinese medicine(CM) treatment in 296 patients with NSCLC in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from January 2011 to December 2015. The compounds of LK were screened using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform, and the corresponding targets were performed from Swiss Target Prediction. NSCLC-related targets were obtained from Therapeutic Target Database and Comparative Toxicogenomics Database. Key compounds and targets were identified from the compound-target-disease network and protein-protein interaction(PPI) network analysis, respectively. Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) and Gene Ontology(GO) enrichment analysis were used to predict the potential signaling pathways involved in the treatment of advanced NSCLC with LK. The binding affinities between key ingredients and targets were further verified using molecular docking. Finally, A549 cell proliferation and migration assay were used to evaluate the antitumor activity of LK. Western blot was used to further verify the expression of key target proteins related to the predicted pathways. Results: Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival of the CM group was longer than that of the non-CM group(36 months vs.26 months), and COX regression analysis showed that LK treatment was an independent favorable prognostic factor(P=0.027). Next, 97 components and 86 potential targets were included in the network pharmacology, KEGG and GO analyses, and the results indicated that LK was associated with proliferation and apoptosis. Water washing has been regarded as one of the most effective strategies to remove surface residual lithium of nickel-rich layered oxides for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the loss of lattice lithium during the water washing process deteriorates the electrochemical performances and air ***,washing the LiNi_(0.90)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.02)O_(2)(NCA) with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)) solution has been proposed to simultaneously enhance electrochemical performances and air stability,in which in-situ generated Li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer on surface of NCA can suppress the loss of lattice ***,as a fast ionic conductor,Li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer on NCA can prevent the direct contact with electrolyte/*** a result,the NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) solution washed NCA cathode can deliver a high capacity of131.9 mAh·g^(-1) at 10.0C rate as well as impressive cycle stability with a capacity retention of 83.1% after 100 cycles at 1.0C,much higher than those of water washed NCA(WS-NCA) *** exposed in air for 7 days,the NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) solution washed NCA electrode can more effectively maintain the structural integrity as well as the electrochemical performances than water-washed *** work provides a simple and effective approach to enhance the cycle stability and air stability of Nickel-rich cathode materials.

Plastics are one of the most produced synthetic materials and largest commodities, used in numerous sectors of human life. To upcycle waste plastics into value-added chemicals is a global challenge. Despite significant progress in pyrolysis and hydrocracking, which mainly leads to the formation of pyrolysis oil,catalytic upcycling to value-added aromatics, including benzene, toluene and xylene（BTX）, in one step, is still limited by high reaction temperatures（>500°C） and a low yield. We report herein CO2-facilitated upcycling of polyolefins and their plastic products to aromatics below 300°C, enabled by a bifunctional Pt/Mn Ox-ZSM-5 catalyst. ZSM-5 catalyzes cracking of polyolefins and aromatization, generating hydrogen at the same time, while Pt/Mn Ox catalyzes the reaction of hydrogen with CO2, consequently driving the reaction towards aromatization. Isotope experiments reveal that 0.2 kg CO2is consumed per 1.0 kg polyethylene and 90% of the consumed CO2is incorporated into the aromatic products. Furthermore, this new process yields 0.63 kg aromatics（BTX accounting for 60%）, comparing favorably with the conventional pyrolysis or hydrocracking processes, which produce only 0.33 kg aromatics. In this way, both plastic waste and the greenhouse gas CO2are turned into carbon resources, providing a new strategy for combined waste plastics upcycling and carbon dioxide utilization.

In this study,the structural characters,antioxidant activities and bile acid-binding ability of sea buckthorn polysaccharides(HRPs)obtained by the commonly used hot water(HRP-W),pressurized hot water(HRP-H),ultrasonic(HRP-U),acid(HRP-C)and alkali(HRP-A)assisted extraction methods were *** results demonstrated that extraction methods had significant effects on extraction yield,monosaccharide composition,molecular weight,particle size,triple-helical structure,and surface morphology of HRPs except for the major linkage *** analysis showed that HRP-U with filamentous reticular microstructure exhibited better thermal *** HRP-A with the lowest molecular weight and highest arabinose content possessed the best antioxidant ***,the rheological analysis indicated that HRPs with higher galacturonic acid content and molecular weight showed higher viscosity and stronger crosslinking network(HRP-C,HRP-W and HRP-U),which exhibited stronger bile acid binding *** present findings provide scientific evidence in the preparation technology of sea buckthorn polysaccharides with good antioxidant and bile acid binding capacity which are related to the structure affected by the extraction methods.

The meso-dynamical behaviour of a high-speed rail ballast bed with under sleeper pads(USPs)was *** geometrically irregular refined discrete element model of the ballast particles was constructed using 3D scanning techniques,and the 3D dynamic model of the rail-sleeper-ballast bed was constructed using the coupled discrete element method-multiflexible-body dynamics(DEM-MFBD)*** analyse the meso-mechanical dynamics of the ballast bed with USPs under dynamic load on a train and verify the correctness of the model in laboratory *** is shown that the deformation of the USPs increases the contact area between the sleeper and the ballast particles,and subsequently the number of contacts between *** the depth of the granular ballast bed increases,the contact area becomes larger,and the contact force between the ballast particles gradually *** the action of the elastic USPs,the contact forces between ballast particles are reduced and the overall vibration level of the ballast bed can be *** settlement of the granular ballast bed occurs mainly at the shallow position of the sleeper bottom,and the installation of the elastic USPs can be effective in reducing the stress on the ballast particles and the settlement of the ballast bed.

To enhance the efficiency and expediency of issuing e-licenses within the power sector, we must confront thechallenge of managing the surging demand for data traffic. Within this realm, the network imposes stringentQuality of Service (QoS) requirements, revealing the inadequacies of traditional routing allocation mechanismsin accommodating such extensive data flows. In response to the imperative of handling a substantial influx of datarequests promptly and alleviating the constraints of existing technologies and network congestion, we present anarchitecture forQoS routing optimizationwith in SoftwareDefinedNetwork (SDN), leveraging deep reinforcementlearning. This innovative approach entails the separation of SDN control and transmission functionalities, centralizingcontrol over data forwardingwhile integrating deep reinforcement learning for informed routing decisions. Byfactoring in considerations such as delay, bandwidth, jitter rate, and packet loss rate, we design a reward function toguide theDeepDeterministic PolicyGradient (DDPG) algorithmin learning the optimal routing strategy to furnishsuperior QoS provision. In our empirical investigations, we juxtapose the performance of Deep ReinforcementLearning (DRL) against that of Shortest Path (SP) algorithms in terms of data packet transmission delay. Theexperimental simulation results show that our proposed algorithm has significant efficacy in reducing networkdelay and improving the overall transmission efficiency, which is superior to the traditional methods.

Climate change is a global issue that necessitates collective responsibility from all nations. Recently, a blockchainenabled emission trading scheme(ETS) has been proposed for reducing carbon emissions to overcome the drawbacks of centralized methods [1, 2]. However, existing consensus protocols in blockchain have not been well prepared for low energy consumption and high incentive compatibility [3],which is contrary to the low carbon goal of ETS.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are an attractive battery system because of similar characteristics to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)and large Na element ***,exploring stable,high-capacity and high-rate anode materials for SIBs is still challenging ***,diethylenetriamine(DETA)molecular template derived ultrathin N-doped carbon(NC)layer decorated CoSe_(2)nanobelts(CoSe_(2)/NC)are prepared by solvothermal reaction followed by calcination *** CoSe_(2)/NC exhibits large potential as an anode for *** and theoretical calculations reveal that the in situ formed conductive ultrathin NC layer can not only relieve the volume change of CoSe_(2)but also accelerate electron and ion *** addition,the nanobelt structure of CoSe_(2)/NC with abundant exposed active sites can obviously accelerate the electrochemical *** the synergistic effect of special nanobelt structure and NC layer,the rate as well as cycling performances of CoSe_(2)/NC are obviously improved.A superior capacity retention of 94.8%is achieved at 2 A·g^(-1)after 2000 *** using Na3V2(PO4)3 cathodes,the pouch full batteries can work steadily at 0.5 C,verifying the application ***_(2)/NC anodes also exhibit impressive performances in LIBs and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).
