In this study,the impacts of egg consumption on mice model of metabolic syndrome(Met S)were comparatively *** were divided into five groups(n=8):normal diet group(ND),high-fat diet group(HFD),HFD with whole egg group(WE),HFD with free-yolk egg substitute group(YFES),and HFD with lovastatin group(Lov).Main biochemical indexes and a non-targeted lipidomic analysis were employed to insight the lipid profile changes in *** was revealed that WE could significantly improve serum biochemical indexes by reducing body weight,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC),while increasing high-density lipoprotein *** exhibited remarkably better performance in increasing phosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidic acids,while decreasing phosphatidylinositol than WE.A total of 50 differential lipids biomarkers tightly related to glycerophospholipids metabolism were screened *** C18:2 and C12:1,SM(d18:0/12:0),and SM(d18:1/14:1)were significantly upregulated in YFES compared to *** reduced expression of SREBP-1c and Cpt1a,while did not affect the expression of PPAR-α.Sphingomyelin biomarkers were positively related to the TC(|r|>0.6),while PPAR-αwas negatively correlated with triglyceride and LDL-C *** sum up,YFES attenuated HFD-induced Met S by improving the serum phospholipids,which account for its modulation of glycerophospholipid metabolism.

Solar-driven photo-thermal catalytic CO_(2)methanation reaction is a promising technology to alleviate the problems posed by greenhouse gases ***,designing advanced photo-thermal catalysts remains a research challenge for CO_(2)methanation *** this work,a series of ABO3.A=lanthanide,B=transition metal)perovskite catalysts with Ce-substituted LaNiO3.La_(1-x)Ce_(x)NiO_(3.,x=0,0.2,0.5,0.8,1)were synthesized for CO_(2)*** La_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)NiO_(3. exhibited the highest CH_(4) formation rate of 258.9 mmol·g^(-1)·hcat-1,CO_(2)conversion of 55.4%and 97.2%CH_(4) selectivity at 3.0℃with the light intensity of 2.9 W·cm^(-2).Then the catalysts were thoroughly analyzed by physicochemical structure and optical properties *** partial substitution of the A-site provided more active sites for the adsorption and activation of CO_(2)/H_(2).The sources of the active sites were considered to be the oxygen vacancies(O_(v))created by lattice distortions due to different species of ions(La^(3.),Ce^(4+),Ce^(3.))and exsolved Ni0 by H_(2)*** catalysts have excellent light absorption absorbance and low electron-hole(e^(-)/h^(+))recombination rate,which greatly contribute to the excellent performance in photo-thermal synergistic catalysis(PTC)CO_(2)*** results of in situ irradiated electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer(ISI-EPR)and ISI-X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)indicated that the aggregation of unpaired electrons near the defects and Ni metal(from La and Ce ions to Ov and Ni0)accelerated adsorption and activation of CO_(2)/H_(2).At last,the catalyst properties and structure were correlated with the proposed reaction mechanism from the in situ diffuse reflection infrared Fourier transform spectrum(DRIFTS)*** in situ precipitation of the B-site enhanced the dispersion of Ni,while its enriched photoelectrons upon illumination further promote hydrogen *** H^(*)spillover accelerated t

Cotton is one of the most important economic crops in the world,and it is a major source of fiber in the textile ***(SLs)are a class of carotenoid-derived plant hormones involved in many processes of plant growth and development,although the functions of SL in fiber development remain largely ***,we found that the endogenous SLs were significantly higher in fibers at 20 days post-anthesis(DPA).Exogenous SLs significantly increased fiber length and cell wall ***,we cloned three key SL biosynthetic genes,namely GhD27,GhMAX3.and GhMAX4,which were highly expressed in fibers,and subcellular localization analyses revealed that GhD27,GhMAX3.and GhMAX4 were localized in the *** exogenous expression of GhD27,GhMAX3.and GhMAX4 complemented the physiological phenotypes of d27,max3.and max4 mutations in Arabidopsis,*** of GhD27,GhMAX3.and GhMAX4 in cotton resulted in increased numbers of axillary buds and leaves,reduced fiber length,and significantly reduced fiber *** findings revealed that SLs participate in plant growth,fiber elongation,and secondary cell wall formation in *** results provide new and effective genetic resources for improving cotton fiber yield and plant architecture.

To better understand the community patterns mediated by connectivity in artificial reefs of coastal areas, it is necessary to understand the distribution and coexistence of organisms with artificial reefs area and adjacent waters. This study was conducted to examine main catches assemblages collected by trawls in Haizhou Bay,which included five habitats: the artificial reef area(AR), aquaculture area(AA), natural area(NA), estuary area(EA) and comprehensive effect area(CEA). The result shows that the total abundances of species in the five habitats were highly different(univariate PERMANOVA: P = 0.001, n = 24), but some species were also unique in their habitat(e.g. Scapharca subcrenata and Glossaulax didyma in AA). The body size distribution of specific species between habitats are different. For Collichthys lucidus, their body size in AR(14.63.cm ± 1.64 cm) and EA(14.3.cm ± 0.85 cm) is higher than that in NA(10.65 cm ± 1.64 cm), CEA(11.28 cm ± 1.85 cm) and AA(12.1 cm ±0.43.cm), which indicates the potential connection from AR to EA mediated by their adult population. We concluded that artificial reefs in AR can be considered key components that have the ability to support species assemblages in adjacent habitats. This study has implications for the conservation and monitoring of species assemblages in coastal areas in terms of that artificial reefs can be applied in different stages of habitat protection implementation and in different combinations of scenarios.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the pharmacodynamic effects and potential mechanisms of Shuangling extract against ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS: The bioinformatics method was used to predict the active ingredients and action targets of Shuangling extract against UC in mice. And the biological experiments such as serum biochemical indexes and histopathological staining were used to verify the pharmacological effect and mechanism of Shuangling extract against UC in mice. RESULTS: The Shuangling extract reduced the levels of seruminterleukin-1β(IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-N), interleukin-6(IL-6) and other inflammatory factors in UC mice and inhibited the inflammatory response. AKT Serine/threonine Kinase 1 and IL-6 may be the main targets of the anti-UC action of Shuangling extract, and the TNF signaling pathway, Forkhead box O signaling pathway and T-cell receptor signaling pathway may be the main signaling pathways. CONCLUSION: The Shuangling extract could inhibit the inflammatory response induced by UC and regulate intestinal immune function through multiple targets and multiple channels, which provided a new option and theoretical basis for anti-UC.

The Mesozoic fan deltas in the north-west margin of the Junggar Basin,as important petroleum reservoirs,exhibited complex facies change and internal structures with strong heterogeneity which were controlled by the transformation of slope-patterns,bringing great challenges to the study of sedimentary *** Upper Karamay Formation at north-west margin of the Junggar Basin was the objective in this paper which attempts to clarify the mechanism of sedimentary response and sand-body distribution of fan delta systems under the control of slope-pattern *** on a data set of cores,well logs and seismic,two types of slope-pattern were identified in the study area,which include steep-to-gentle in the south and gentle-to-steep in the *** control of difference slope-patterns on the sand-body distribution was clarified based on the analysis of the sedimentary dynamics,facies characteristics,and depositional evolution of the fan *** study shows that the transport mechanism of sediments on the steep-slope was dominated by debris flows,developing coarse-grained,thick-bedded lobes with poor structural maturity of *** the gentle-slope,the deposition was dominated by hyperconcentrated-traction currents,forming relatively fine-grained,thin-bedded lobes with increased sandy *** sand-bodies show frequent bar-channel transformation and channel down-cutting under the steep slope setting,which exhibit migration of isolated river channels on the gentle *** the steep-to-gentle pattern,the coase-grained sediments were mainly accumulated at slope toe,generally developed equiaxial ***,the coarse-grained clasts were preserved both at proximal and distal lobes on the gentle-to-steep slopes,showing obvious lateral extension of the fan *** slope patterns controlled sedimentary respond rates of the fan deltas during lake level *** comparing the modern cases of fan systems worldwide,the control of slope patterns on deposit

A new electronic speckle pattern interferometry method is proposed to realize in situ deformation *** feature of the method is the combination of a high-speed camera and multiple laser Doppler vibrometers(LDVs)for synchronous *** high-speed camera is used to record and select effective interferograms,while the LDVs are used to measure the rigid body displacement caused by vibrations.A series of effective interferograms with known shifted phase values are obtained to calculate the deformation *** experimental results show that the method performs well in measuring static and dynamic deformations with high accuracy in vibrating environments.
