Amyloid beta(Aβ)monomers aggregate to form fibrils and amyloid plaques,which are critical mechanisms in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Given the important role of Aβ1-42 aggregation in plaque formation,leading to brain lesions and cognitive impairment,numerous studies have aimed to reduce Aβaggregation and slow AD *** diphenylalanine(FF)sequence is critical for amyloid aggregation,and magnetic fields can affect peptide alignment due to the diamagnetic anisotropy of aromatic *** this study,we examined the effects of a moderate-intensity rotating magnetic field(RMF)on Aβaggregation and AD *** indicated that the RMF directly inhibited Aβamyloid fibril formation and reduced Aβ-induced cytotoxicity in neural cells in *** the AD mouse model APP/PS1,RMF restored motor abilities to healthy control levels and significantly alleviated cognitive impairments,including exploration and spatial and non-spatial memory *** examinations demonstrated that RMF reduced amyloid plaque accumulation,attenuated microglial activation,and reduced oxidative stress in the APP/PS1 mouse *** findings suggest that RMF holds considerable potential as a non-invasive,high-penetration physical approach for AD treatment.

Numerical study on shock-dusty gas cylinder interaction

The interaction of a planar shock wave with a dusty-gas cylinder is numerically studied by a compressible multi-component solver with an adaptive mesh refinement technique. The influence of non-equilibrium effect caused by the particle relaxation, which is closely related to the particle radius and shock strength, on the evolution of particle cylinder is emphasized. For a very small particle radius, the particle cloud behaves like an equilibrium gas cylinder with the same physical properties as those of the gas-particle mixture. Specifically, the transmitted shock converges continually within the cylinder and then focuses at a region near the downstream interface, producing a local high pressure zone followed by a particle jet. Also, noticeable secondary instabilities emerge along the cylinder edge and the evident particle roll-up causes relatively large width and height of the shocked cylinder. As the particle radius increases, the flow features approach those of a frozen flow of pure air, e.g., the transmitted shock propagates more quickly with a weaker strength and a smaller curvature, resulting in an increasingly-weaken shock focusing and particle jet. Also, particles would escape from the vortex core formed at late stages due to the larger inertia, inducing a greater particle dispersion. It is found that a large particle radius as well as a strong incident shock can facilitate such particle escape. The theory of Luo et al.(J. Fluid Mech., 2007) combined with the SZ circulation model ( J. Fluid Mech., 1994) can reasonably explain the high dependence of particle escape on the particle radius and shock strength.

Interface of transition metal oxides at the atomic scale

Remarkable phenomena arise at well-defined heterostructures, composed of transition metal oxides, which is absent in the bulk counterpart, providing us a paradigm for exploring the various electron correlation effects. The functional properties of such heterostructures have attracted much attention in the microelectronic and renewable energy fields. Exotic and unexpected states of matter could arise from the reconstruction and coupling among lattice, charge, orbital and spin at the interfaces. Aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy （STEM） is a powerful tool to visualize the lattice structure and electronic structure at the atomic scale. In the present study some novel phenomena of oxide heterostructures at the atomic scale are summarized and pointed out from the perspective of electron microscopy.

Effects of a combined infection with Paranosema locustae and Beauveria bassiana on Locusta migratoria and its gut microflora

Even though Paranosema locustae is widely used in China as a biological agent for controlling grasshoppers,the mortality rate is initially quite *** study sought to determine whether the simultaneous use of *** and Beauveria bassiana would be a more effective control ***,changes in the intestinal microbial communities of migratory locusts infected with the two pathogens were analyzed to investigate the roles of gut microbes in pathogen-host *** mortality rate of locusts inoculated with *** and *** simultaneously was not significantly higher than expected but the mortality rates of locusts inoculated with *** 3,6,and 9 days after inoculation with *** were significantly higher than if their effects were additive,indicating synergism.A MiSeq analysis found that Weissella was the most common bacterium,representing 41.48%and 51.62%of the total bacteria in the mid-and hindguts,respectively,and the bacterial declines were greatest during dual infections with *** and *** appropriately timed combined application of *** and *** was more effective against locusts than either treatment ***,the combined inoculation of the two pathogens changed the gut microflora of locusts,indicating the potential relevancy of their synergistic effects on locust control.

Output Feedback for Stochastic Nonlinear Systems with Unmeasurable Inverse Dynamics

This paper considers a concrete stochastic nonlinear system with stochastic unmeasurable inverse dynamics. Motivated by the concept of integral input-to-state stability （iISS） in deterministic systems and stochastic input-to-state stability （SISS） in stochastic systems, a concept of stochastic integral input-to-state stability （SiISS） using Lyapunov functions is first introduced. A constructive strategy is proposed to design a dynamic output feedback control law, which drives the state to the origin almost surely while keeping all other closed-loop signals almost surely bounded. At last, a simulation is given to verify the effectiveness of the control law.

某医院产检孕妇的音乐行为、运动锻炼与情绪的关系研究

目的探讨运动锻炼在妊娠期妇女音乐行为与情绪间的中介效应,以及音乐行为和运动锻炼对情绪的交互效应。方法采用自制音乐行为问卷、中文版孕期体力活动问卷、正性负性情绪量表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表对重庆市某三甲医院的部分妊娠期妇女进行调查,采用Process中介模型、引入交互项的线性回归模型分析音乐行为、运动锻炼对妊娠期妇女情绪的影响机制。结果妊娠期妇女音乐行为得分的中位数为-0.07(-0.45,0.23)分,运动锻炼能耗值的中位数为3.70(0.80,9.60)MET-h/week,运动锻炼达标人数为542人(34.60%);正性情绪得分的中位数为28.00(22.00,31.00)分;抑郁情绪得分的中位数为4.00(2.00,6.00)分,抑郁阳性数为78(4.98%)。偏相关分析结果显示,音乐行为与运动锻炼(r=0.256)、正性情绪(r=0.201)均呈正相关,运动锻炼与正性情绪呈正相关(r=0.184)(P0.05)。中介效应检验结果显示,在音乐行为→运动锻炼→正性情绪路径中,总效应值为2.337(95%CI:1.786~2.927),间接效应值为0.433(95%CI:0.265~0.622),间接效应占总效应的比值为18.51%,表明运动锻炼在音乐行为与正性情绪间存在部分中介效应;在音乐行为→运动锻炼→抑郁情绪路径中,总效应(95%CI:-0.259~0.288)和直接效应(95%CI:-0.189~0.377)均不显著,而间接效应显著为-0.080(95%CI:-0.154~-0.012),表明运动锻炼在音乐行为与抑郁情绪间存在遮掩效应。线性回归分析结果显示,音乐行为和运动锻炼的交互项系数为负(P<0.05),表明音乐行为和运动锻炼对正性情绪存在替代模式的交互效应。结论运动锻炼在音乐行为与正性情绪间存在部分中介效应,且音乐行为和运动锻炼存在替代效应。故可认为妇女在妊娠期进行音乐行为和运动锻炼,有利于促进自身情绪健康。

为促进国内智能婴儿床的发展,解决现有智能育婴类产品功能杂糅、实用性不强、企业难以决策等问题,提出一种基于DEMATEL/GQFD/FBS的智能婴儿床创新设计方法。运用决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)识别与分析多元化需求间存在的因果关系与相互影响关系,确定用户需求中的关键点。同时,通过GQFD将智能婴儿床的关键用户需求转化为具体的功能性需求,并确定对应的关键设计要素及其重要度。最后,通过FBS模型的“功能-行为-结构”映射,求解设计要素的结构形式,并输出设计方案,完成SUS测试。结果表明:按照该流程对智能婴儿床进行产品方案输出具有可行性。集成DEMATEL/GQFD/FBS的创新设计流程,能够为决策者提供更为高效与客观的产品需求排序以及结构求解过程,为智能育婴类相关产品的设计提供了新思路。

目的开发适用于基层的老年痴呆防治促进行动专项培训教程方案,以满足全国完成痴呆防治促进行动主要任务的需要。方法共44名专家参与了德尔菲法专家咨询,对基于老年痴呆防治现状编制的教程方案初稿的内容框架进行重要性评价、实用度评级以及易推广度评价,并提供具体修改和补充建议。结果专家咨询问卷回收率为95.5%,回收有效率为90.9%,专家权威系数为0.91,专家打分Kendall协调系数(W)=0.316,P<0.001。最终确定记忆门诊工作基础、全程管理实务技能、照护者团体辅导技术以及照护者技能实务4个课程模块,各模块重要性赋值均数为4.92~4.95,变异系数为0.044~0.063;实用度赋值均数为4.78~4.92,变异系数为0.055~0.098;易推广度赋值均数为4.28~4.65,变异系数为0.140~0.203。4个模块共包括55项具体课程内容条目,各条目重要性赋值均数为4.76~5.00,变异系数为0.000~0.121;实用度赋值均数为4.55~4.98,变异系数为0.031~0.150;易推广度赋值均数为4.00~4.83,变异系数为0.091~0.245。结论教程方案涵盖4个模块和55个具体课程内容条目,专家对于各模块和各条目的意见协调且集中,教程方案具有较好的重要性、实用度、易推广度评价等级,能够满足完成痴呆防治促进行动主要任务的需要。

Slime mould imitates transport networks in China

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to study the slime mould Physarum polycephalum as an ideal biological substrate for transport *** presented with several sources of nutrients the slime mould propagates colonises the sources and spans them with a network of protoplasmic tubes allegedly optimised for transfer of nutrients and *** formation of slime mould’s protoplasmic network resembles development of man-made transport ***,it sounds reasonable to compare the protoplasmic network with an established network of vehicular transport links to uncover potential(dis-)similarities between slime mould grown and man-made networks and shed more light onto general principle guiding growing biological and socio-engineering ***/methodology/approach-The paper proceeds by representing major urban areas of China by oat flakes,inoculating the slime mould in Beijing,waiting till the slime mould colonises all urban areas,or colonises some and cease further propagation,and analysing the protoplasmic networks formed and comparing with man-made motorway network and planar proximity ***-Laboratory experiments found that *** provides a very good match for the Chinese motorway ***,both the Chinese motorway network and the slime mould protoplasmic networks have minimum spanning trees and other proximity graphs as their *** experiments also identified the urban areas unlikely to be spanned by the protoplasmic networks,which may reflect hot-spots in existing challenges of modernising the ***/value-The paper demonstrated the strong component of transport system built by slime mould of *** on major urban areas of China consisting of one chain of four nodes and one planar graph with three leaves and eight cycles;the planar graph resides on the urban areas in the south-east part of China.

目的:探究点阵铒激光与黄金微针联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法:选取笔者医院于2021年1月-2023年1月收治的90例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,通过信封抽签法分为观察组(45例,采用点阵铒激光+黄金微针+胶原蛋白敷料进行治疗)和对照组(45例,采用点阵铒激光+黄金微针进行治疗),对两组患者的痤疮瘢痕评分、血清炎性因子水平、临床疗效、不良反应和恢复情况做对比。结果:两组治疗后痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)均降低,观察组评分下降更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均下降,且观察组指标降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(4.44%)显著低于对照组(24.44%)(P<0.05);观察组痂皮脱落时间、误工时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点阵铒激光与黄金微针联合胶原蛋白敷料能够有效改善痤疮患者面部凹陷性瘢痕的症状,且临床应用安全性良好。
