Exploring the phase transition of high entropy alloys(HEAs)with multiple major elements is of great importance for understanding the underlying physical *** martensitic phase tran-sition has been frequently reported in HEAs,however,nanoscale microstructural phase evolution has not been investigated to the same ***,we have prepared the Ti_(33)Nb_(15)Zr_(25)Hf_(25)O_(2)HEA and investi-gated the strain glass transition and its associated properties using dynamic mechanical analysis and mi-crostructure *** have found that the elastic modulus in Ti_(33)Nb_(15)Zr_(25)Hf_(25)O_(2)HEA deviates from Wachtman’s equation and observed the Elinvar effect in the form of temperature-independent mod-ulus in the temperature range from 150 K to 450 K and frequency-dependence modulus around 220 *** strain glass transition has been evidenced in Ti_(33)Nb_(15)Zr_(25)Hf_(25)O_(2)HEA by the formation and growth of nano-sized domains during in-situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM)cooling,and substantiated by the broken ergodicity during zero-field-cooling/*** strain glass transition is believed to account for the Elinvar effect,where the modulus hardening of nano-sized domains compensates dynam-ically with the modulus softening of the transformable matrix.

In this paper,we present a third-order central weighted essentially nonoscillatory(CWENO)reconstruction for computations of hyperbolic conservation laws in three space ***,as a Godunov-type central scheme,the CWENOtype central-upwind scheme,i.e.,the semi-discrete central-upwind scheme based on our third-order CWENO reconstruction,is developed straightforwardly to solve 3D systems by the so-called componentwise and dimensional-by-dimensional *** high resolution,the efficiency and the nonoscillatory property of the scheme can be verified by solving several numerical experiments.

Magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)have become a research hotspot and widely used in the biomedical field in recent decades due to their unique magnetic *** minireview summarizes the specific gene transfection of magnetic particles(magnetofection)during eversy dynamic process of gene delivery(gene binding,cellular uptake,endosomal escape,intracellular trafficking and in vivo targeting).Meanwhile,the synergistic biomedical application of magnetofection and the effects of MNPs have also been discussed,including magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),magnetic mediated hyperthermia(MMH),Fenton reaction and ***,the clinical prospect of magnetofection was briefly expected.

For radiative direct exchange areas in three dimensional system, the Uniform Deterministic Discrete Method (UDDM) was adopted. The spherical surface dividing method for sending area element and the regular icosahedron for sending volume element can meet with the direct exchange area computation of any kind of zone pairs. The numerical examples of direct exchange area in three dimensional system with nonhomogeneous attenuation coefficients indicated that the UDDM can give very high numerical accuracy.

Indium oxide(In_(2)O_(3)),as a promising candidate for CO_(2)hydrogenation to C_(1) products,often suffers from sintering and activity decline,closely related to the undesirable structural evolution under reaction *** on the comprehension of the dynamic evolution,this study presents an efficient strategy to alleviate the agglomeration of In_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles by the surface decoration with highly dispersed silica species(SiO_(x)).Various structural characterizations combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that the sintering resulted from the over-reduction,while the enhanced stability originated from the anchoring effect of highly stable In-OSi bonds,which hinders the substantial formation of metallic In(In^(0))and the subsequent agglomeration.0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)exhibited CO_(2)conversion rate of10.0 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)at steady state vs.3.5 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)on In_(2)O_(3)in CO_(2)*** steady-state activity was also achieved on Pd-modified *** to the traditional Pd/In_(2)O_(3)catalyst,the methanol production rate of Pd catalyst supported on 0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)was enhanced by 23%,showing the potential of In_(2)O_(3)modified by SiO_(x)in serving as a platform *** work provides a promising method to design new In_(2)O_(3)-based catalysts with improved activity and stability in CO_(2)hydrogenation.

Background: With the increased use of extended-criteria donors, static cold storage has failed to provide optimal preservation of liver grafts, resulting in early allograft dysfunction and long-term complications Machine perfusion(MP) is a beneficial alternative preservation strategy for donor livers, particularly fo those considered to be of suboptimal quality, and could expand the limited donor pool. Data sources: A comprehensive search in Pub Med, EMBASE, Ovid databases and Clinical *** website was conducted using the medical subject heading terms "machine perfusion", "machine preservation""liver transplantation", combined with free text terms such as "hypothermic", "normothermic" and "sub normothermic". The deadline for the search was September 30, 2017. Results: MP can be classified as hypothermic, subnormothermic, and normothermic with the tempera ture maintained at 0–12 °C, 25–34 °C and 35–38 °C, respectively. Twelve clinical trials of MP have been reported in recent years. MP effectively decreased AST/ALT level and the incidence of early allograft dys function. However, the graft and patient survival rate after MP were similar to static cold storage. The detailed clinical characteristics such as liver function, graft survival, patient survival and early allograf dysfunction were ***: Clinical trial results showed that MP improves delayed graft function, primary non-function and biliary strictures. However, MP still requires validation in large clinical trials and the key parameters during MP still require optimization.

Chiral β-Iactams and cyclobutanones are present in numerous natural and pharmaceutical products. The stereoselective construction of chiral four-membered cyclic compounds is an ongoing challenge for the chemical community. Herein, we report a highly stereocontrolled construction of four-membered ring （mini-sized） β-lactams and cyclobutanones via an Ir/In-BiphPHOX-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation, providing the corresponding optically active four-membered ring carbonyl products bearing an α-chiral carbon center with excellent yields （up to 99%） and enantioselectivities （up to 98%） under mild reaction conditions （1.0-2.5 bar H2 for 1.0-10 h）. The reaction presents wide substrate scope. Diverse transformations of the catalyzed products were also conducted to show the potential utility of this protocol.

Diagnostic Performance of Intestinal Fusobacterium nucleatum in Colorectal Cancer： A Meta-Analysis

Background： Increasing evidence has supported the link of intestinal Fusobacterium nucleatum infection to colorectal cancer （CRC）. However, the value of F. nucleatum as a biomarker in CRC detection has not been fully defined. In order to reduce the random error and bias of individual research, this meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of intestinal F. nucleatum in CRC patients and provide evidence-based data to clinical practice. Methods： An article search was performed from PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science databases up to December 2017, using the following key words：＂Fusobacterium nucleatum＂, ＂Fusobacterium spp.＂, ＂Fn＂, ＂colorectal cancer（s）＂, ＂colorectal carcinoma（s）＂, ＂colorectal neoplasm（s）＂, and ＂colorectal tumor（s）＂. Articles on relationships between E nucleatum and CRC were selected according to the preestablished inclusion and exclusion criteria. This meta-analysis was performed using STATA 12.0 software, which included mapping of lbrest plots, heterogeneity tests, recta-regression, subgroup analysis, sensitivity analysis, and publication bias. The sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio （LR）, negative LR, diagnostic odds ratio （DOR）, and their corresponding 95% confidence interval （CI） of each eligible study were summarized. Results： Finally, data for 1198 participants （629 CRC and 569 healthy controls） in 10 controlled studies from seven articles were included. The summary receiver operator characteristic curve was mapped. The diagnostic performance of intestinal E nucleatum infection on CRC was as follows： the area under the curve： 0.86 （95% CI： 0.83-0.89）, the pooled sensitivity： 0.81 （95% CI：0.64 0.91 ）, specificity： 0.77 （95% CI： 0.59-0.89）, and DOR： 14.00 （95% CI： 9.00 -22.00）. Conclusion： Intestinal E nucleatum is a valuable marker for CRC diagnosis.
