Organic matter is the basis for oil and gas generation,and the depositional environment controls its *** first member of the Qingshankou Formation(K_(2)qn^(1))in Songliao Basin has a thick organic-rich shale and so is an important target section for shale oil exploration and *** the Gulong Sag,shale samples from this unit were collected over the full length of the *** characterization of the environments of deposition(EOD)of K_(2)qn^(1)was improved by utilizing lithological characteristics,thin section observations,elemental compositions,and organic carbon *** with the normalization coefficients proposed in this paper,an organic matter correlation model was established to elucidate the factors that influence organic matter *** the bottom to the top of K2qn1,the lake depth gradually becomes shallower,the primary productivity first decreases and then increases,the reducing conditions become stronger and then weaker,the water salinity gradually decreases,the climate first becomes semi-humid and then warm and humid,and the input of terrigenous debris first decreases and then increases.A major marine transgression at the base of the K_(2)qn^(1)᾽s brought in nutrients to increase primary productivity,and the density-stratified reducing environment preserved and enriched organic *** primary productivity occurred during the middle of the deposition of the K_(2)qn^(1),while terrigenous input is *** matter is preserved in reduced deep lake environments,resulting in organic matter-rich black *** lake became shallower,and the salinity decreased in the upper part of K_(2)qn^(1).Benthic organisms rapidly multiplied,consuming large amounts of oxygen and destroying the previously depositional environment,resulting in a reducing environment disturbed by benthic organisms with poor preservation conditions and the lowest organic matter content.

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease characterized by persistent inflammation of the colon and disrupted intestinal *** mori(Sangzhi)alkaloids(SZ-A),derived from twigs of mulberry,were approved by the National Medical Products Administration in 2020 for treating type 2 diabetes *** evidence has confirmed that SZ-A also alleviates non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and ameliorates inflammation,indicating its potential to address inflammation in ***,the treatment of UC faces challenges due to low drug delivery efficiency and short retention *** overcome these challenges,an injectable and adherent in-situ thermo-sensitive hydrogel containing SZ-A was developed for rectal drug delivery,utilizing the thermo-sensitive polymers Poloxamer 407and *** thermo-sensitive hydrogel system was designed with a moderate gelation temperature of 32±0.5℃,a short gelation time of 64 s,a p H range of 7-10,high moisturizing capability exceeding 90%,and moderate mechanical strength of 4-5 *** a rat model with UC,the in situ thermo-sensitive hydrogel significantly extended the retention time at the colonic site and enabled sustained release after rectal *** of UC were markedly reduced following rectal administration of SZ-A thermosensitive ***,the release of inflammatory factors,such as interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-6,IL-18,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),significantly decreased in the SZ-A thermo-sensitive hydrogel *** integrity of the colonic mucosal barrier was significantly enhanced following the application of SZ-A thermo-sensitive *** conclusion,rectal administration of SZ-A in situ thermo-sensitive hydrogel effectively alleviated UC symptoms,inhibited the secretion of inflammatory factors,and promoted the repair of the colonic mucosal *** approach holds promise as a potential treatment for UC.

Perchlorate and chlorate are present in various extraterrestrial celestial bodies throughout the solar system,such as Mars,the moon,and *** date,the origin mechanisms of perchlorate and chlorate on the Martian surface have been well-established;however,relatively little attention has been cast to airless ***,we experimentally investigated the potential oxidation mechanisms of chloride to chlorate and perchlorate,such as ultraviolet irradiation under H_(2)O-and O_(2)-free conditions and mechanical pulverization *** minerals,olivine,pyroxene,ilmenite,magnetite,TiO_(2)and anhydrous ferric sulfate,and lunar regolith simulants(low Ti,CLRS-1;high-Ti,CLRS-2)and their metallic iron(Fe^( 0))bearing counterparts were *** found that pulverization of dry matrix material-halite mixtures,even in the presence of O_(2),does not necessarily lead to perchlorate and chlorate formation without involving *** photocatalytic and H_(2)O and O_(2)-free conditions,olivine and pyroxene can produce oxychlorine(ClO_(x)^(−))species,although the yields were orders of magnitude lower than those under Martian-relevant ***-Fe^(0)particles in the lunar regolith and the common photocatalyst TiO_(2)can facilitate the ClO_(x)^(−)formation,but their yields were lower than those with *** oxides ilmenite and magnetite did not efficiently contribute to ClO_(x)^(−)*** results highlight the critical role of H_(2)O in the oxidation chloride to chlorate and perchlorate,and provide essential insights into the environmental influence on the formation of oxychlorine species on different celestial bodies.

Side reactions and dendrite growth triggered by the unstable interface and inhomogeneous deposition have become the biggest obstacle to the commercialization for lithium metal *** this study,a highly-chlorinated organic-inorganic hybrid interfacial protective layer is developed by rationally tuning the interfacial passivation and robustness to achieve the convenient and efficient Li metal *** polyvinyl chloride(PVC)can effectively resist water and oxygen,which is confirmed by density functional *** organic-dominant solid electrolyte interphases(SEI)with lithium chloride are investigated by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)with little mineralization of oxide,such as Li_(2)O and Li_(2)CO_(3).With such artificial SEI,a uniform and dense lithium deposition morphology are formed and an ultra-long stable cycle of over 500 h are achieved even at an ultra-high current density of 10 m A/cm^(2).Moreover,the simple and convenient protected anode also exhibits excellent battery stability when paired with the LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)and LiFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,showing great potential for the commercial application of lithium metal batteries.

《未成年人保护法》修订实施后暴露出诸多理论和实践中的不足,检察公益诉讼专门立法进程为未成年人公益诉讼的完善提供了机遇。未成年人保护的公益性,是未成年人检察公益诉讼的合理性根基。国家亲权理念与最有利于未成年人原则为未成年人检察公益诉讼提供了理论依据。当前未成年人公共利益外延的不确定、国家社会保护效果不佳和公益诉讼程序制度供给不足,是未成年人检察公益诉讼完善的必要性所在。未成年人公共利益的外延界定要立足于最有利于未成年人原则。未成年人利益自身的多元性特征,决定了未成年人检察公益诉讼的辅助性定位,更有利于未成年人公共利益的最大化保护。将未成年人检察公益诉讼作为一项特殊考虑因素与其他类型的公益诉讼相配合,是在检察公益诉讼专门立法进程中运用公益诉讼途径促进未成年人保护的最优选择。

六味调更片10种成分的大鼠血浆药动学研究

目的建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)测定六味调更片中10种成分(阿魏酸、山柰酚、齐墩果酸、藁本内酯、槲皮素、黄芪甲苷、甜菜碱、毛蕊异黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮苷、茯苓酸)在大鼠中的血药浓度,并研究10种成分在大鼠体内的药动学特征。方法血浆样品的处理采用乙酸乙酯液-液萃取方法,以格列苯脲为内标。采用Thermo Hypersil Gold色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.9μm);以0.1%甲酸水(A)-甲醇(B)为流动相;梯度洗脱,流速为0.3 mL·min^(-1);柱温为40℃;进样体积2μL;采用电喷雾电离源(ESI离子源);平行离子检测模式进行正负离子检测。灌胃给药后,测定大鼠血浆10种成分的浓度,并用DAS 2.0软件计算药动学参数。结果血浆中10种成分线性关系均良好(r>0.991),各成分日内和日间精密度RSD均<14%,血浆中各待测成分低、中、高3个浓度的提取回收率为79.41%~93.63%,基质效应为83.29%~106.29%,符合生物样品测定的要求。大鼠灌胃六味调更片后,10种成分的血药浓度达峰时间(T_(max))为0.25~4.96 h,血药浓度-时间曲线下面积(AUC_(0-∞))为12.19~3488.29 ng·mL^(-1)·h,血药达峰浓度(C_(max))为0.81~143.33 ng·mL^(-1)。结论该检测方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于六味调更片10种成分的大鼠血浆药动学研究。

目的:基于磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/AKT/mTOR)信号通路,探讨艾灸预处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)大鼠炎性因子的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、艾灸预处理3 d组(艾灸1组)、艾灸预处理5 d组(艾灸2组)和艾灸预处理7 d组(艾灸3组),每组15只。各艾灸预处理组在造模前分别艾灸“百会”“大椎”“足三里”3、5、7 d,20 min/次,1次/d。末次艾灸干预20 min后,模型组和各艾灸组采用线栓法制备大脑中动脉阻塞模型。采用神经功能缺损评分评估大鼠脑神经损伤程度;TTC染色法观察脑梗死体积;HE染色法观察缺血区大脑皮层的形态变化;ELISA法检测血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、S-100β蛋白(S-100β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量;免疫组织化学法和Western blot法检测缺血区大脑皮层PI3K、磷酸化(p)-PI3K、AKT、mTOR蛋白表达水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死体积明显升高(P<0.01),血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、S-100β、NSE含量明显升高(P<0.01),大脑皮层缺血区PI3K、p-PI3K、AKT、mTOR蛋白表达明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,各艾灸预处理组大鼠神经功能缺损评分、脑梗死体积下降(P<0.01),血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、S-100β、NSE含量降低(P<0.01),大脑皮层缺血区PI3K、p-PI3K、AKT、mTOR蛋白表达升高(P<0.01)。与艾灸1组和艾灸2组比较,艾灸3组血清中IL-1β、TNF-α、S-100β、NSE含量降低(P<0.05),大脑皮层缺血区PI3K、p-PI3K、AKT、mTOR蛋白表达明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:艾灸预处理可明显改善CIRI大鼠的神经功能,抑制血清炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α,抑制脑组织损伤标志物S-100β蛋白和NSE,可能与激活PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路有关。其中艾灸预处理7 d对CIRI的保护作用优于5 d和3 d。
