该研究以斯波斯基(Spolsky)语言政策理论为框架,以驻穗外交人员家属这一中文学习群体的语言实践为研究对象,采用个案研究方法,选择4位中文学习者展开半结构式访谈。研究结果显示:第一,该群体的中文语言实践和语言意识形态呈离散状态,语言实践远不如语言意识形态积极;第二,该群体的中文使用频率较低,使用范围有限,这一现象不仅与4位受访者过低的中文水平有关,还由于中文的使用空间受到挤压;第三,该群体在中文学习上的时间投入过少,对中文的交际功能不够重视,学习动力不足;第四,华裔家庭的中文使用率和水平随着自然代际的更迭逐步下降,中文最终成为“秘密语言”和连结祖辈文化的纽带。

Synergistic impacts of anthropogenic and biogenic emissions on summer surface O_3 in East Asia

A factor separation technique and an improved regional air quality model （RAQM） were applied to calculate synergistic contributions of anthropogenic volatile organic compounds （AVOCs）,biogenic volatile organic compounds （BVOCs） and nitrogen oxides （NOx） to daily maximum surface O3（O3DM） concentrations in East Asia in summer （June to August 2000）.The summer averaged synergistic impacts of AVOCs and NOx are dominant in most areas of North China,with a maximum of 60 ppbv,while those of BVOCs and NOx are notable only in some limited areas with high BVOC emissions in South China,with a maximum of 25 *** result implies that BVOCs contribute much less to summer averaged O3DM concentrations than AVOCs in most areas of East Asia at a coarse spatial resolution （1×1） although global emissions of BVOCs are much greater than those of *** maximum total contributions of BVOCs can approach 20 ppbv in North China,but they can reach 40 ppbv in South China,approaching or exceeding those in some developed countries in Europe and North *** emissions in such special areas should be considered when O3 control measures are *** contributions among AVOCs,BVOCs and NOx significantly enhance O3 concentrations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region and decrease them in some areas in South ***,the total contributions of BVOCs to O3DM vary significantly from day to day and from location to *** result suggests that O3 control measures obtained from episodic studies could be limited for long-term applications.

An overview of emissions of SO2 and NOx and the long-range transport of oxidized sulfur and nitrogen pollutants in East Asia

The long-range transport of oxidized sulfur（sulfur dioxide（SO2） and sulfate） and oxidized nitrogen（nitrogen oxides（NOx ） and nitrate） in East Asia is an area of increasing scientific interest and political concern. This paper reviews various published papers, including ground- and satellite-based observations and numerical simulations. The aim is to assess the status of the anthropogenic emissions of SO2 and NOx and the long-range transport of oxidized S and N pollutants over source and downwind region. China has dominated the emissions of SO2 and NOx in East Asia and urgently needs to strengthen the control of their emissions, especially NOx emissions. Oxidized S and N pollutants emitted from China are transported to Korea and Japan, due to persistent westerly winds, in winter and ***, the total contributions of China to S and N pollutants across Korea and Japan were not found to be dominant over longer time scales（e.g., a year）. The source–receptor relationships for oxidized S and N pollutants in East Asia varied widely among the different studies. This is because：（1） the nonlinear effects of atmospheric chemistry and deposition processes were not well considered, when calculating the source–receptor relationships;（2） different meteorological and emission data inputs and solution schemes for key physical and chemical processes were used; and（3） different temporal and spatial scales were employed. Therefore, simulations using the same input fields and similar model configurations would be of benefit, to further evaluate the source–receptor relationships of the oxidized S and N pollutants.

Influence of Integral Instability of Kramers-Kronig Transformation on Photoabsorption Cross Sections

The photoabsorption cross sections of condensed atoms and molecules have proven to be dependent not only on the imaginary parts but also on the real parts of the polarizabilities due to the strong interatomie interactions in condensed environment. The real parts of the polarizabilities calculated usually by using the famous Kramers-Kronig transformation （KKT） from the photoabsorption cross sections of the isolated atoms are very sensitive to the accuracy of the implementation method of the infinite integral in the KKT. The influence of the integral instability of the KKT and the real part of the polarizability on the variation of the photoabsorption cross sections with the number density and the structure of the condensed matter has been studied in the present work for the first time. The conclusion is that the integration method with interpolation has given more reasonable results than the direct truncation method if some appropriate interpolation functions have been used. Some notes and conclusions have also been given for the applications of the alternative coupled expressions of photoabsorption cross sections.

As a novel architecture,software-defined networking(SDN) is viewed as the key technology of future *** core idea of SDN is to decouple the control plane and the data plane,enabling centralized,flexible,and programmable network *** local area networks like data center networks have benefited from SDN,it is still a problem to deploy SDN in wide area networks(WANs) or large-scale *** works show that multiple controllers are required in WANs with each covering one small SDN ***,the problems of SDN domain partition and controller placement should be further ***,we propose the spectral clustering based partition and placement algorithms,by which we can partition a large network into several small SDN domains efficiently and *** our algorithms,the matrix perturbation theory and eigengap are used to discover the stability of SDN domains and decide the optimal number of SDN domains *** evaluate our algorithms,we develop a new experimental framework with the Internet2 topology and other available WAN *** results show the effectiveness of our algorithm for the SDN domain partition and controller placement problems.

Manganese silicate nanospheres-incorporated hydrogels:starvation therapy and tissue regeneration

To prevent postoperative skin tumor recurrence and repair skin wound,a glucose oxidase(GOx)-loaded manganese silicate hollow nanospheres(MS HNSs)-incorporated alginate hydrogel(G/MS-SA)was constructed for starvation-photothermal therapy and skin tissue *** MS HNSs showed a photothermal conversion efficiency of 38.5%,and endowed composite hydrogels with satisfactory photothermal *** advantage of the catalytic activity of Mn ions,the composite hydrogels could decompose hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)into oxygen(O2),which can alleviate the problem of tumor hypoxia microenvironment and endow GOx with an ability to consume glucose in the presence of O2 for tumor ***,hyperthermia triggered by near infrared(NIR)irradiation could not only accelerate the reaction rate of H2O2 decomposition by MS HNSs and glucose consumption by GOx,but also ablate tumor *** anti-tumor results showed that synergistic effect of starvation-photothermal therapy led to the highest death rate of tumor cells among all groups,and its anti-tumor effect was obviously improved as compared with that of single photothermal treatment or starvation ***,the introduction of MS HNSs into hydrogels could distinctly promote the epithelialization of the wound beds by releasing Mn ions as compared with the hydrogels without MS *** is expected that such a multifunctional platform with starvation-photothermal therapy will be promising for treating tumor-caused skin defects in combination of its regeneration bioactivity in the future.

Modeling Topic-Based Human Expertise for Crowd Entity Resolution

Entity resolution （ER） aims to identify whether two entities in an ER task refer to the same real-world *** ER uses humans, in addition to machine algorithms, to obtain the truths of ER tasks. However, inaccurate orerroneous results are likely to be generated when humans give unreliable judgments. Previous studies have found thatcorrectly estimating human accuracy or expertise in crowd ER is crucial to truth inference. However, a large number ofthem assume that humans have consistent expertise over all the tasks, and ignore the fact that humans may have variedexpertise on different topics （e.g., music versus sport）. In this paper, we deal with crowd ER in the Semantic Web *** identify multiple topics of ER tasks and model human expertise on different topics. Furthermore, we leverage similartask clustering to enhance the topic modeling and expertise estimation. We propose a probabilistic graphical model thatcomputes ER task similarity, estimates human expertise, and infers the task truths in a unified framework. Our evaluationresults on real-world and synthetic datasets show that, compared with several state-of-the-art approaches, our proposedmodel achieves higher accuracy on the task truth inference and is more consistent with the human real expertise.
