采用改进的Stober法制备了介孔硅包覆的磁性纳米材料,然后通过枝接的方法对材料表面进行了氨基化处理。将氨基化的介孔硅磁性材料与4-甲酰基苯甲酸结合形成醛基功能化的磁性介孔硅材料(choMMNPs),并与药物阿霉素(DOX)形成了pH响应型自门控载药复合材料(cho-MMNPs/DOX)。通过透射电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强仪等技术手段对复合材料的结构、性能和形貌进行了表征。结果显示,复合材料具有良好的形貌和单分散性,并具有超顺磁性。载药和释药实验表明,choMMNPs具有良好的载药性能,cho-MMNPs/DOX在药物释放过程中表现出pH响应性和药物控释性。细胞毒性和荧光成像实验结果显示,复合材料具有良好的生物兼容性,能够成功地载药并被细胞摄取。

高温气冷堆是新一代反应堆系统的热门候选堆型,已经受到国际上越来越多的关注。为设计和分析这种堆型,因其特有的包覆颗粒燃料引入了双重非均匀性,需要应用随机分布模型。对粗网格模型、细网格随机(FLS)模型、随机顺序添加(RSA)模型、子网格随机(Sub-FLS)模型和Metropolis模型等进行了研究,通过计算分析比较给出了各种模型的优缺点。结果表明:子网格随机模型和连续的RSA模型非常接近参考值,但是连续RSA模型的建模时间随着燃料体积份额的增加连续快速上升。

为探讨安化黑茶水提物对高脂高糖(HFHS)饮食诱导的非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)小鼠调控自噬改善脂肪变性的作用机制,将雄性C57BL/6J小鼠分为正常组、模型组、西药组(10 mg·kg^(-1))、黑茶低剂量组(0.75 g·kg^(-1))、中剂量组(1.5 g·kg^(-1))、高剂量组(3.0 g·kg^(-1))。采用HFHS饮食诱导小鼠NAFLD模型,造模的同时灌胃给药10周;试验结束后检测小鼠的肝指数、血脂、肝功能、肝脏病理指标、自噬指标及自噬相关信号通路表达水平。结果表明,与正常组相比,模型组小鼠肝指数和总胆固醇(cho)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量显著升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量明显降低;小鼠肝脏出现了脂肪变性的迹象,伴有大量大小不一的脂滴;微管相关蛋白1轻链3B(LC3B)、Bcl-2相互作用蛋白1(Beclin1)、磷酸化腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶/腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(p-AMPK/AMPK)表达明显降低,隔离体蛋白1(p62)、磷酸化哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(p-m TOR/m TOR)表达显著上升。与模型组相比,灌胃黑茶水提物可降低NAFLD小鼠肝指数和血清cho、TG、LDL-C、AST、ALT水平,以及p62、p-m TOR/m TOR蛋白表达水平,升高血清HDL-C含量,以及LC3B、Beclin1、p-AMPK/AMPK蛋白表达水平;组织染色结果和透射电镜观察均表明肝脏的病理状态得到了改善。综上所述,黑茶水提物可能通过激活AMPK/m TOR信号通路调控自噬,减轻小鼠肝脏脂肪变性,从而改善NAFLD。

Anti-quorum sensing and anti-biofilm formation activities of plant extracts from South Korea

Objective: To investigate anti-quorum sensing(anti-QS) and anti-biofilm formation(antiBF) activities of the ethanol extracts of 388 plants. Methods: The anti-QS activity of the plant extracts was evaluated by disc-diffusion assays using the bio-reporter strain, Chromobacterium violaceum CV017. Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1, Yersinia enterocolitica ATCC 9610, and Agrobacterium tumefaciens C58, which possess QS systems, were used to evaluate the antiBF activity of the plant extracts. Results: Among 388 plant extracts, the Cornus controversa(C. controversa) and Cynanchum wilfordii extracts exhibited the strongest anti-QS activity. The C. controversa extract exhibited anti-BF activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Yersinia enterocolitica and Agrobacterium tumefaciens, whereas the Cynanchum wilfordii extract exhibited no anti-BF activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In addition, the C. controversa extract suppressed soft rot of cabbage. Conclusions: The C. controversa extract inhibits bacterial QS and BF, and is capable of controlling soft rot. Therefore, this extract has potential for the prevention and treatment of bacterial infections and for the development of alternatives to antibiotics.

We succeeded in producing mature seed from a line of Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis that had been hybridized with Raphanus sativus var. major. Our focus was on dominance of B. rapa ssp. pekinensis;radish (R. sativus var. major) had no influence. Marker tests for similarity showed that the original CR291M-64 x HwiM-2 hybrid was an inbred CR291M-64, rather than a genuine cross;this appears to have resulted from weak self-incompatibility in this strain. The plants from the mature seed bloomed with reddish flowers differently shown up to present. The intergeneric hybrid between Brassica inbred and Raphanus hybrid was very weak in strength compared to the Brassica inbred which was self-pollinated even though the cause of the weak was not identified. The hybrids between Brassica hybrid, dominant and elite recessive, and Raphanus can be developed in large quantities using mature hybrid seed without resorting to ovule culture techniques.

2022年我国发射了2颗陆地探测一号干涉SAR卫星,开启了大规模应用国产干涉SAR卫星的新时代。大范围地形测量是干涉SAR卫星的一个重要应用方向,而参考DEM是地形干涉测量过程中不可或缺的重要数据。目的:如何选择可靠的参考DEM以满足不同地形测量需求是利用InSAR技术提取DEM工作中亟待解决的问题。方法:本文分别选择30 m的ASTER GDEM、AW3D30 DEM、SRTM DEM、Copernicus DEM作为参考DEM,采用2023年两景国产陆探一号卫星影像,利用InSAR技术开展河南省某区域DEM数据提取,并以ICESat-2激光测高数据为高程真实值,以中误差为评价指标,进行高程精度检验。结果:使用Copernicus DEM作为外部参考DEM时,不同地形条件下LT-DEM高程精度均最高,其次是SRTM DEM、AW3D30 DEM、ASTER GDEM。结论:1)LT-1卫星具备广域高效地形测绘的能力,地形反演精度较高;2)在利用InSAR技术处理LT-1影像时,采用Copernicus DEM作为参考数据,获取的DEM高程精度较高;3)利用InSAR技术提取DEM的高程精度受到地形因素影响,山地高程精度低,平原高程精度高。本实验首次利用12 m的国产L-SAR影像反演生成DEM,创新性地将四种相同空间分辨率的参考DEM数据用于InSAR处理,并对比分析了四种参考DEM的性能。意义:该实验为利用InSAR技术提取不同地形DEM提供了指导,能够帮助地形测绘人员在进行InSAR处理时更好地选择外部参考DEM,为地质灾害监测、矿产开发、土地利用等各类工作开展提供重要的工作依据。

We investigated the anti-angiogenic effects of the water extract of HangAmDan (WEHAD),which is a crude extract of nine Korean medicinal substances of animal and plant *** human umbilical vein endothelial cells,WEHAD significantly inhibited bFGF-induced proliferation,adhesion,migration,and capillary tube *** used an antibody array to perform an analysis of signaling proteins,which showed up-regulated expression of various proteins including RAD51,RAD52,and p73,and down-regulated expression of *** vessel formation in a chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) treated with WEHAD was markedly reduced in length compared with a PBS-treated control *** results suggest that inhibition of angiogenesis by WEHAD may be the mechanism of action for the anti-cancer effects of HAD.

BACKGROUND Research exploring the influence of healthier lifestyle modification(LSM)on the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is *** To emulate a target trial to determine the effect of LSM on HCC incidence and mortality among patients with CHB by large-scale population-based observational *** Among the patients with CHB enrolled in the Korean National Health Insurance Service between January 1,2009,and December 31,2017,those aged≥20 years who drank alcohol,smoked cigarettes,and were sedentary were *** included at least one LSM,including alcohol abstinence,smoking cessation,and regular *** primary outcome was HCC development,and the secondary outcome was liver-related *** used 2:1 propensity score matching to account for *** With 48766 patients in the LSM group and 103560 in the control group,the adjusted hazard ratio(HR)for incident HCC and liver-related mortality was 0.92[95%confidence interval(CI):0.87-0.96]and 0.92(95%CI:0.86-0.99)in the LSM group,respectively,compared with the control *** the LSM group,the adjusted HR(95%CI)for incident HCC was 0.84(0.76-0.94),0.87(0.81-0.94),and 1.08(1.00-1.16)for alcohol abstinence,smoking cessation,and regular exercise,*** adjusted HR(95%CI)for liver-related mortality was 0.92(0.80-1.06),0.81(0.72-0.91),and 1.15(1.04-1.27)for alcohol abstinence,smoking cessation,and regular exercise,*** LSM lowered the risk of HCC and mortality in patients with ***,active LSM,particularly alcohol abstinence and smoking cessation,should be encouraged in patients with CHB.
