Novel Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x)(x=0-0.8)ceramics,designed by replacing Ce^(4+)with Yb^(3+)ions were prepared by conventional oxide reaction,and the structural stability of the cubic fluorite structure was assessed using lattice energy and ionic properties of Ce/Yb-O *** oxygen vacancy caused by unequal substitution,which played a decisive role in bond ionicity and lattice energy,was analyzed experimentally by XPS and also theoretically by first *** Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x) ceramics maintain a stable cubic fluorite structure when x≤0.47,corresponding to the minimum lattice energy of 4142 kJ/mol with the lowest ionicity as ƒ_(i)=87.57%.For microwave dielectric properties,when the Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x)(x=0-0.4)ceramics are pure phase,the porosity-corrected permittivity is dependent on the bond *** Q×ƒ values are related to the lattice energy and grain *** temperature coefficient of resonance frequency has been analyzed using bond *** the Yb_(x)Ce_(1-x)O_(2-0.5x)(x=0.5-0.8)ceramics are multiple phases,the microwave dielectric properties are associated with the phase composition and grain growth.

Using the ATG-6138 mercury detector recently developed by the Hangzhou Aadtech ***.,a record of the co-seismic effect of mercury(Hg)vapor accompanying the 2015 Nepal M_S8.1 earthquake was obtained in the Mile monitoring well,yunnan *** is the first record of co-seismic effect obtained by mercury vapor observation in *** a fact implies that it would be possible to record more information about crustal dynamic effects,such as solid tide,co-seismic effect,etc.,by further improving observation instrument precision and increasing the sampling frequency of the chemical quantity of subsurface *** may help us to raise the capability of earthquake precursor monitoring and forecasting in the future.

Fine measurements have been conducted to temperatures and their gradients of six wells of the Jinsha River Groundwater Observational *** results show that the influence depths of sun radiation heat are 50m to 125m,average temperature gradients in the wells range from 0.11 to 2.81℃/hm and most are 1～2℃/hm,and the temperature gradients on varied depth sections of one well are highly *** of strata and their integrity,particularly high-angle crashed fault zones,have imposed major effects on the influence depths of sun radiation heat and temperature gradients of the *** micro dynamic characteristics of water temperature,such as coseismic effects,tidal effects and anomalies of the wells prior to earthquakes,probably depend,to a large degree,on the temperature gradients of the depths at which the water temperature sensors are settled.

In this paper,based on the collected data and earthquake field investigation,characteristics of the MS4.1 Hujiaping earthquake of November 22,2008 at Guizhou town in Zigui county,Hubei Province and the geological and hydrogeological conditions and seismicity background of the area are analyzed,and the earthquake disaster is presented. Some scientific issues relating to earthquake precursors and the cause of the earthquake is discussed. The authors consider that the earthquake is a tectonic type reservoir-induced earthquake,occurring along the Xiannvshan fault under the joint action of reservoir water loading and water infiltration,and that there were certain suspected anomalies appearing in the gravity field before the earthquake. The cause of the earthquake may also be related to the effect of the Wenchuan earthquake on the local stress field.

The data of pre-seismic subsurface fluid anomalies of such earthquakes as Datong-YanggaoM_s6.1 event on Oct.19,1989,western Baotou M_s6.4 event on May 3,1996 and Zhangbei-Shangyi M_s6.2 event on Jan.10,1998 are systematically collected and *** thefeatures of patterns,spatial distribution,time variation and time-spatial evolution of theseanomalies are compared and comprehensively *** the formation and evolutionmechanism of medium-and short-term anomaly field of subsurface fluids in the northernNorth China area is *** results show that the medium-term anomaly field is causedby regional tectonic activities,which further strengthen the local tectonic activities andpromote the formation and evolution of the seismic source *** enhancement of loealtectonic activities causes the formation of anomaly field of short-term subsurface fluids,andthe evolution of source body engenders the source-precursor anomalies of subsurface fluids inthe epicenters at imminent stage.

本文首先简要介绍了我国地震地下流体观测台网的现状,然后针对其存在的主要问题提出了调整与优化的建议:1调整布局,重点加强我国中西部地区(105°E以西)的监测;2扩大规模,观测井(泉)数要达到1 000个左右;3全面提高观测井质量,淘汰不符合规范要求的观测井(泉),改造不完全符合规范要求的观测井,新建一批完全符合规范的观测井;4优化观测项目的组合,大力发展观测井(泉)水流量观测,强化以H2、He、CO2等为主测项的断层带土壤气观测,建立断层带土壤气观测网;5优化现有的观测模式,开展平面上的台阵式观测与垂向的多层次立体化观测;6完善与提升现有数字化观测技术水平.

以井-含水层热系统分析为基础,结合井水温度(水温)动态观测到的实际结果,提出了水温微动态形成的两类基本机制,即水热动力学机制与地热动力学机制.水热动力学机制指井水温度的动态是由于水流动产生的热对流引起的变化;地热动力学机制指井区岩土中大地热流作用或热传导引起的井水温度变化.结果表明,多数同震响应是水热动力学机制下生成的水温微动态;水温的震后效应或变化则多是热传导或深部热流变化引起的,属于地热动力学机制下生成的水温微动态.少数水温微动态特征较为复杂,多是源于井-含水层系统中包含有多个水文地质特征差异明显的含水层,尚不能简单地用水热或地热动力学机制予以解释.

我国工程地震研究的开拓者——谷德振先生

系统查阅谷德振先生的生前论著,发现他不仅是国内外著名的工程地质学家,而且还是我国工程地震研究的开拓者。早在治淮工程开始就注意工程建设中的地震问题,1959年新丰江水库诱发地震后,特别关注工程地震问题,提出了工程区域地震稳定性评价的科学思路与技术方法,提出了活动断层的新概念,建议把晚更新世以来活动断裂称为活断层,并提出了从区域构造发展历史出发识别活断层的方法,提出了水库诱发地震是水库水体荷载与沿断裂带库水下渗引起的强度弱化和孔隙压力共同作用的科学观点等。他把上述观点、思路与方法,成功应用到新丰江水库诱发地震治理、葛洲坝工程与丹江口工程坝址勘选等一系列重大工程实践之中。
