Objective Sepsis is considered a major cause of health loss in children and had high mortality and ***,there is no reliable model for predicting the prognosis of pediatric patients with *** study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics of sepsis in children and assess the risk factors associated with poor prognosis in pediatric sepsis patients to identify timely interventions and improve their *** This study analyzed the clinical indicators and laboratory results of septic patients hospitalized in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,China,from January 1,2019,to December 31,*** factors for sepsis were identified by logistic regression *** A total of 355 children with sepsis were enrolled,with 333 children(93.8%)in the good prognosis group,and 22 children(6.2%)in the poor prognosis *** them,there were 255 patients(71.8%)in the sepsis group,and 100 patients(28.2%)in the severe sepsis *** length of hospital stay in the poor prognosis group was longer than that in the good prognosis group(P0.05),and the platelet(PLT),albumin(ALB),and hemoglobin(Hb)levels were lower in the poor prognosis group(P<0.01).The IL-8 levels in the severe sepsis group were higher than those in the sepsis group(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis suggested that lower Hb levels,ALB levels,peak PLT counts,and higher IL-1βlevels were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in children with *** Lower Hb,ALB,and PLT counts and elevated IL-1βare independent risk factors for poor prognosis in children with sepsis.

Direct synthesis of organophosphorus compounds from white phosphorus represents a significant but challenging subject, especially in the context of ongoing efforts to comprehensively improve the phosphorus-derived chemical industry driven by sustainability and safety concerns. China is the world's largest producer of white phosphorus, creating a significant demand for the green transformation of this crucial feedstock. This review provides an overview of advancements in white phosphorus activation by Chinese research teams, focusing on the direct construction of P–C/N/O/S/M bonds from white phosphorus. Additionally, we offer some insights into prospective directions for the activation and transformation of white phosphorus in the future. This review paper aims to attract more researchers to engage in this area, stimulating follow-up exploration and fostering enduring advances.

Image bitmaps,i.e.,data containing pixels and visual perception,have been widely used in emerging applica-tions for pixel operations while consuming lots of memory space and *** with legacy DRAM(dynamic ran-dom access memory),non-volatile memories(NVMs)are suitable for bitmap storage due to the salient features of high density and intrinsic ***,writing NVMs suffers from higher energy consumption and latency compared with read *** precise or approximate compression schemes in NVM controllers show limited performance for bitmaps due to the irregular data patterns and variance in *** observe the pixel-level similarity when writing bitmaps due to the analogous contents in adjacent *** exploiting the pixel-level similarity,we propose SimCom,an approximate similarity-aware compression scheme in the NVM module controller,to efficiently compress data for each write access *** idea behind SimCom is to compress continuous similar words into the pairs of base words with *** storage costs for small runs are further mitigated by reusing the least significant bits of base *** adaptively selects an appropriate compression mode for various bitmap formats,thus achieving an efficient trade-off be-tween quality and memory *** implement SimCom on GEM5/zsim with NVMain and evaluate the perfor-mance with real-world image/video *** results demonstrate the efficacy and efficiency of our SimCom with an efficient quality-performance trade-off.

The Chinese Consumers’Service Quality Satisfaction Differences of Cruise Tourism and Precision Marketing Strategy

The paper selected Chinese Cruise Line as the case study. Having based on the survey data of Chinese cruise tourism consumers, the factor analysis method, one-way analysis of variances method, cluster analysis method, and other quantitative and qualitative methods were taken to analyze Chinese consumers’ satisfaction differences of cruise tourism service quality with different segmentation markets and clusters markets, and the reasons of satisfaction differences were also explored. Then precision marketing strategy of Chinese cruise tourism with different segmentation markets and clusters markets from the supply-side reform perspective was discussed. The purpose of current research was to provide suggestions of precision management and precision marketing of Chinese cruise tourism for relevant enterprises and government departments.

随着遥感大数据时代的到来,海量遥感数据的主动、即时推送问题成为限制遥感信息智能服务领域发展的瓶颈。针对现有遥感信息推荐模型空间特征表达能力不足、交叉特征表达能力欠缺和无差别对待交叉特征等问题,本文提出一种融合注意力机制的深度交叉空间变换网络(attention deep&cross spatial-transformation network,ADCSTN)。首先,模型使用深度交叉网络提取遥感信息不同关联的交叉特征;然后,基于栅格划分,利用空间变换层将一维空间属性数据转换为二维空间矩阵,充分捕捉遥感信息空间结构特征;最后,通过注意力层对得到的不同关联的交叉特征设置不同权重,增强模型性能,实现遥感信息的主动、即时、智能推送。本文利用STK仿真1584颗智能遥感卫星组成的遥感卫星星座为20°N—40°N、120°E—140°E区域内的舰船提供实时遥感数据,并设置用户兴趣,得到试验数据集。试验结果表明,本文模型的推荐效果较好,相比于传统的四元组模型,F_(1)score提高了37%~54.7%。

The Moon provides a unique environment for investigating nearby astrophysical events such as *** samples retain valuable information from these events,via detectable long-lived“fingerprint”radionuclides such as^(60)*** this work,we stepped up the development of an accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS)method for detecting^(60)Fe using the HI-13tandem accelerator at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).Since interferences could not be sufficiently removed solely with the existing magnetic systems of the tandem accelerator and the following Q3D magnetic spectrograph,a Wien filter with a maximum voltage of±60 kV and a maximum magnetic field of 0.3 T was installed after the accelerator magnetic systems to lower the detection background for the low abundance nuclide^(60)Fe.A 1μm thick Si_(3)N_(4) foil was installed in front of the Q3D as an energy *** particle detection,a multi-anode gas ionization chamber was mounted at the center of the focal plane of the ***,an^(60)Fe sample with an abundance of 1.125×10^(-10)was used to test the new AMS *** results indicate that^(60)Fe can be clearly distinguished from the isobar^(60)*** sensitivity was assessed to be better than 4.3×10^(-14)based on blank sample measurements lasting 5.8 h,and the sensitivity could,in principle,be expected to be approximately 2.5×10^(-15)when the data were accumulated for 100 h,which is feasible for future lunar sample measurements because the main contaminants were sufficiently separated.

Background:Insomnia is a high-incidence complication in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Auricular therapy can effectively improve sleep with few adverse *** selection affects the impact of auricular ***,there is currently a lack of analysis on the standards of acupoint *** study used data mining technology to investigate the acupoint selection principles and characteristics of auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related ***:The objective of the study is to explore the standards of acupoint selection in auricular therapy for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia through data mining *** and Methods:We searched three English(PubMed,WOS,and Embase)and four Chinese(CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,and CBM)databases for studies on auricular therapy for MHD-related insomnia from self-establishment to November 14,***:Eighty-one publications were involved,which included 33 *** most common auricular points in patients with MHD-related insomnia were the Shenmen,heart,and kidney *** applications involved the visceral,nervous system,and specific *** effective clusters and two clusters were obtained through cluster analysis,including specific auricular points for insomnia,such as the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,deep sleep point,and anterior ear *** network analysis showed that the core auricular acupoint combinations for the intervention of MHD-related insomnia were Shenmen with kidney,Shenmen with heart,heart with kidney,heart with Shenmen,and heart and Shenmen with ***:The selection of auricular points for the treatment of MHD-related insomnia was guided by the heart theory of traditional Chinese *** treatment attaches importance to the use of the multi-dream area,neurasthenia area,and other acupoints.

Magnetic resonance imaging of extraocular rectus muscles abnormalities in acute acquired concomitant esotropia

AIM:To investigate the difference of medial rectus(MR)and lateral rectus(LR)between acute acquired concomitant esotropia(AACE)and the healthy controls(HCs)detected by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).METHODS:A case-control *** subjects with AACE and eighteen HCs were *** scanning data were conducted in target-controlled central gaze with a 3-Tesla magnetic resonance *** muscles(EOMs)were scanned in contiguous image planes 2-mm thick spanning the EOM origins to the globe *** form posterior partial volumes(PPVs),the LR and MR cross-sections in the image planes 8,10,12,and 14 mm posterior to the globe were summed and multiplied by the 2-mm slice *** data were classified according to the right eye,left eye,dominant eye,and non-dominant eye,and the differences in mean cross-sectional area,maximum cross-sectional area,and PPVs of the MR and LR muscle in the AACE group and HCs group were compared under the above classifications ***:There were no significant differences between the two groups of demographic *** mean cross-sectional area of the LR muscle was significantly greater in the AACE group than that in the HCs group in the non-dominant eyes(P=0.028).The maximum cross-sectional area of the LR muscle both in the dominant and non-dominant eye of the AACE group was significantly greater than the HCs group(P=0.009,P=0.016).For the dominant eye,the PPVs of the LR muscle were significantly greater in the AACE than that in the HCs group(P=0.013),but not in the MR muscle(P=0.698).CONCLUSION:The size and volume of muscles dominant eyes of AACE subjects change significantly to overcome binocular *** LR muscle become larger to compensate for the enhanced convergence in the AACE.

Anchoring mechanical characteristics of Ductile-Expansion bolt

The application of ductile rock bolts has been a crucial method for solving the problems of large deformations, energy absorption and stability control issues in deep rock masses. To study the anchoring mechanism of the key expansive structure, this paper proposes a novel type of bolt D the DuctileExpansion bolt, and conducts research on anchoring mechanics, energy absorption characteristics, and failure modes of the bolt. In addition, this paper defines the concept of load-volume ratio of metal rock bolts and proves the Ductile-Expansion bolt is capable of better improving the unit volume bearing capacity of the bolt material. Furthermore, laboratory and field tests verify the Ductile-Expansion bolt had better anchoring effect than the traditional rebar bolt, with the expansion structure favorably enhancing the ductility and energy absorption performance of the bolt. Finally, this paper microscopically analyzes the crack propagation and distribution morphology of the bolts by establishing a 3D coupled numerical model based on FDM-DEM. Numerical results illustrate the interface at the variable diameter of the Ductile-Expansion bolt serves as the transition zone between high and low stress levels. The expansion structure can impose radial compression on the medium around the bolt, which can improve the bolt anchorage performance.
