A Video Captioning Method by Semantic Topic-Guided Generation

In the video captioning methods based on an encoder-decoder,limited visual features are extracted by an encoder,and a natural sentence of the video content is generated using a ***,this kind ofmethod is dependent on a single video input source and few visual labels,and there is a problem with semantic alignment between video contents and generated natural sentences,which are not suitable for accurately comprehending and describing the video *** address this issue,this paper proposes a video captioning method by semantic topic-guided ***,a 3D convolutional neural network is utilized to extract the spatiotemporal features of videos during the ***,the semantic topics of video data are extracted using the visual labels retrieved from similar video *** the decoding,a decoder is constructed by combining a novel Enhance-TopK sampling algorithm with a Generative Pre-trained Transformer-2 deep neural network,which decreases the influence of“deviation”in the semantic mapping process between videos and texts by jointly decoding a baseline and semantic topics of video *** this process,the designed Enhance-TopK sampling algorithm can alleviate a long-tail problem by dynamically adjusting the probability distribution of the predicted ***,the experiments are conducted on two publicly used Microsoft Research Video Description andMicrosoft Research-Video to Text *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms several state-of-art ***,the performance indicators Bilingual Evaluation Understudy,Metric for Evaluation of Translation with Explicit Ordering,Recall Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation-longest common subsequence,and Consensus-based Image Description Evaluation of the proposed method are improved by 1.2%,0.1%,0.3%,and 2.4% on the Microsoft Research Video Description dataset,and 0.1%,1.0%,0.1%,and 2.8% on the Microsoft Research-Video to Text dataset

●AIM:To identify the differential methylation sites(DMS)and their according genes associated with diabetic retinopathy(DR)development in type 1 diabetes(T1DM)children.●METHODS:This study consists of two surveys.A total of 40 T1DM children was included in the first *** no participant has DR,retina thinning was used as a surrogate indicator for *** lowest 25%participants with the thinnest macular retinal thickness were included into the case group,and the others were *** DNA methylation status was assessed by the Illumina methylation 850K array BeadChip assay,and compared between the case and control *** DMS with a potential role in diabetes were *** second survey included 27 T1DM children,among which four had *** methylation patterns of the four DMS identified by 850K were compared between participants with and without DR by pyrosequencing.●RESULTS:In the first survey,the 850K array revealed 751 sites significantly and differentially methylated in the case group comparing with the controls(|Δβ|>0.1 and Adj.P0.05)between participants with and without DR.●CONCLUSION:The hypermethylation of the TCERG1L gene is a risk factor for DR development in Chinese children with T1DM.

Porous S-doped carbon nitride foam with accelerated charge dynamics for synchronous photocatalytic hydrogen production and highly selective oxidation of amines

Photocatalytic hydrogen evolution coupled with organic oxidation holds great promise for converting solar energy into high-valueadded chemicals,but it is hampered by sluggish charge dynamics and limited redox ***,a porous S-doped carbon nitride(S-C_(3)N_(4−y))foam assembled from ultrathin nanosheets with rich nitrogen vacancies was synthesized using a molecular selfassembly *** S dopants and N vacancies synergistically adjusted the band structure,facilitating light absorption and enhancing the oxidation ***,the ultrathin nanosheets and porous structure provided more exposed active sites and facilitated mass and charge ***,S-C_(3)N_(4−y) foam exhibited enhanced photocatalytic activities for synchronous hydrogen evolution(4960μmol/(h·g))and benzylamine oxidation to N-benzylidenebenzylamine(4885μmol/(h·g))with high selectivity of>99%,which were approximately 17.6 and 72.9 times higher than those of bulk CN,*** photocatalytic coupling pairing reaction promotes the water splitting by consuming H2O2,thereby improving the hydrogen evolution efficiency and achieving the production of high value-added *** study provides an effective route for regulating the morphology and band structure of carbon nitride for synthesizing highly valuable chemicals.

为解决经典Wang-Mendel方法提取模糊规则时得到的规则数目较多的问题,该文提出一个融合自组织映射(SOM)网络和Wang-Mendel方法的规则提取方案。利用SOM对原始样本进行学习,再使用Wang-Mendel方法从SOM的原型向量中提取规则。因为SOM的原型向量学习得到了原始样本的模式分布规律,并且原型向量的数量远小于原始学习样本的数量,所以该方法降低了提取的规则数目及耗费时间。有关混沌时间序列预测的实验结果表明了该文方法的有效性。

The increase in energy consumption and its collateral damage on the environment has encouraged the development of environment-friendly ceramic materials with good energy storage *** this work,(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-xCa(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramics were synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** 0.88Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.12Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramic exhibited a high recoverable energy storage density of 8.1 J/cm3 and energy storage efficiency of 82.4% at 550 kV/*** introduction of Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) reduced the grain size and increased the band gap,thereby enhancing the breakdown field strength of the ceramic *** method also resulted in good temperature stability(20–140℃),frequency stability(1–200 Hz),and fatigue stability over 106 *** addition,an ultrahigh power density of 187 MW/cm^(3) and a fast charge-discharge rate(t0.9=57.2 ns)can be obtained *** element method analysis revealed that the decrease of grain size was beneficial to the increase of breakdown field ***,the 0.88Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.12Ca(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3) ceramics resulted in high energy storage properties with good stability and were promising environment-friendly materials for advanced pulsed power systems applications.

BACKGROUND The incidence of cholecystolithiasis is on the *** of information,motivation,and behavioral skills can play a positive role in promoting changes in individual health ***,reports on the effects of information-motivationbehavioral(IMB)skills model based high-quality nursing as a perioperative nursing intervention for patients with gallstones are *** To explore the application of IMB skills model based high-quality nursing in patients with *** Two hundred and sixteen patients with cholecystolithiasis treated at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled and divided into a control,highquality,and combined nursing groups,with 72 patients in each *** control,high-quality,and combination groups received conventional,high-quality,and IMB skills model based perioperative nursing services,*** in clinical indicators,stress levels,degree of pain,emotional state,and quality of life were observed,and complications and nursing satisfaction among the three groups were *** After nursing,the time to recovery of gastrointestinal function in the high-quality and combined nursing groups was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with the recovery of gastrointestinal function being the fastest in the combined nursing group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,cortisol and norepinephrine levels in the high-quality and combined nursing groups were closer to normal than those of the control group 24 h after surgery,with the combined nursing group having the closest to normal levels(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 d of intervention,the patients’pain significantly improved,which was more prominent in the highquality and combination ***,the pain score in the combination group was significantly lower than those of the control and high-quality nursing groups(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the emotional states of all patients improved,and the scores of patients in
