The microstructures and tensile behaviours of cerium（Ce） doped polycrystalline Co-9 Al-4.5 W-4.5 Mo-2 Ta-0.02 B alloys（doped 0.05 and 0.2 at.% Ce） at room temperature（RT） and 600-800℃were ***-suit tensile test under SEM was conducted to understand the deformation and damage mechanisms at *** at 800℃for50 h,the 0.05 Ce alloy consisted of a Co solid-solution matrix(γ-Co;) and nano-scale cuboidal y’-Co;（Al,W）precipitates,while for the 0.2 Ce alloy,κ-Co;（W,Mo） precipitates and γ’-depleted zone were present at the grain boundaries in addition to the y/y’ *** 0.05 Ce alloy exhibited flow stress anomalies at 700℃.With higher∑1～3 boundary fraction and cleaned-up grain boundary,the 0.05 Ce alloy always showed greater strength and elongation than the 0.2 Ce alloy with the grain boundary precipitates at temperatures up to 800℃.Doped 0.05 at.% Ce made the Co-9 Al-4.5 W-4.5 Mo-2 Ta-0.02 B alloy have an excellent elongation of 6.1% at700℃,owing to a mixed transgranular dimple plus intergranular cleavage *** slip bands transferring through the low-angle grain boundary and slipping of the γ’-Co;（Al,W） in the 0.5 Ce alloy resulted in excellent ductility of 20.4% at RT.

Echinoside A is a triterpene saponin isolated from the sea cucumberActinopyga echinites （JAEGER）, which displays potent antitumor activities in vitro and in vivo. Here, we report the synthesis of the ABC-fused ring skeleton of the aglycon of Echinoside A, with the enantiomerically pure （＋）-Wieland-Miescher ketone being used as starting material and a Robinson annulation as the key reaction.

The cloud computing technology has emerged,developed,and matured in recent years,consequently commercializing remote outsourcing storage *** increasing number of companies and individuals have chosen the cloud to store their ***,accidents,such as cloud server downtime,cloud data loss,and accidental deletion,are serious issues for some applications that need to run around the *** some mission and business-critical applications,the continuous availability of outsourcing storage services is also necessary to protect users'outsourced data during ***,ensuring the continuous availability of data in public cloud data integrity auditing protocols leads to data privacy issues because auditors can obtain the data content of users by a sufficient number of storage ***,protecting data privacy is a burning *** addition,existing data integrity auditing schemes that rely on semi-trusted third-party auditors have several security problems,including single points of failure and performance *** deal with these issues,we propose herein a blockchain-based continuous data integrity checking protocol with zero-knowledge privacy *** realize a concrete construction by using a verifiable delay function with high efficiency and proof of retrievability,and prove the security of the proposal in a random oracle *** proposed construction supports dynamic updates for the outsourced *** also design smart contracts to ensure fairness among the parties ***,we implement the protocols,and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed protocol.

This article presents a brief overview of recent advances in azo-containing supramolecular *** literature,it has been shown that azo supramolecular polymers and their composite materials exhibit fast and intelligent responses to various external stimuli,such as temperature,pH change,redox reagents,ligands,coupling reagents,*** applications,these systems are widely used for molecular motors,shape memory,liquid crystal,solar thermal energy storage,signal transmission,intelligent encryption,and other ***,these systems can function as key components for device upgrade ***,the design and rules of azo supramolecular polymers are still not supported by an exact *** about the relationship between the spatial structure and behavior is lacking,and new supramolecular materials cannot be designed by adding functional moieties to known azo *** on the current research status,this review mainly summarizes the structural design principles as well as structures and applications of known azo supramolecules;meanwhile,it highlights the emerging development fields,recent advances,and prospects in fabricating sei住assembling intelligent supramolecular systems with azo supramolecular polymers as responsive *** goal of this review is to bring new inspiration to researchers who want to optimize the chemical structure,steric conformation,electrostatic environment,and specific molecular functionalization.

Effect of Thermomechanical Treatment Temperature on Structure and Properties of CFB/M Ultra-High Strength Steel

Modified CCT diagram of carbide-flee bainite-martensite （CFB/M） ultra-high strength steel was established by applying controlled cooling of small samples. In addition, the influence of thermomechanical treatment tem- perature on the structure and properties was discussed. The experimental results showed that when deformed at 860℃ and below, ferrite transformation occurred due to strain. With the decrease of ausforming temperature, the quantity of ferrite increased and strength and toughness were deteriorated. Therefore, certain information was provided for optimizing technical parameter of ausforming process., firstly, the thermomechanical treatment temperature should not be lower than 860 ℃ in order to avoid ferrite formation induced by deformation; secondly, rapid cooling rate is also significant after deformation in order to avoid ferrite precipitation during subsequent cooling stage.

Colchicine Inhibited the Expression of Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloprotenase-1 and Interleukin-6 in Cultured Activated Hepatic Stellate Cells

Cultured HSCs were treated colchicine with different concentrations for 12 h, respectively. The effects of eolehicine on HSCs growth were measured by MTT assay. Effects of eolchicine on gene expression of HSCs were analysed by using a self-made oligonucleotide mieroarray. Colehieine inhibited HSCs growth in a dose-dependent manner. After 12 h of treatment with 6.25 mg/L of colehicine, the expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloprotenase-1 （TIMP-1） and the expression of interleukin-6 （IL-6） in HSCs were downregulated by 2.3 folds and 2.1 folds, respectively. These results suggest that colchieine＇s beneficial effects may, at least in part, owe to the inhibitory to the proliferation of HSCs and down regulation of the expression of both TIMP1 and IL-6 in HSCs.

The unexpectedly outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020,as a public emergency,has impacted the way of human behavior deeply and widely in today’s society,including the countermeasures of typhoon-related disaster risk reduction and preparedness in the Members of Typhoon Committee(TC).This paper briefed the impacts due to COVID-19 pandemic on activities of the Committee in 2020;introduced the countermeasures took in National Hydrological and Meteorological Services(NHMS)of TC Members during typhoon season in 2020 for coping with the crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic;summarized the innovative strategies and countermeasures for dealing with the crisis of special or emergency public situation for typhoon-related disaster risk prevention,preparedness and reduction in future based on the review and analysis of the experiences from Members and international/regional agencies,and the outcomes from TC Integrated Workshop and Annual Session,including strengthening meteorological and hydrological services and value of preparedness;enhancing multi-sectoral coordination mechanisms;promoting the mobile-based data transmission and information dissemination;and increasing installation of home-based hydro-meteorological monitoring *** paper also discussed the impact-based forecasting and the application of big-data and AI technology in typhoon-related disaster risk reduction as two new key areas to be taken into consideration in TC updating Strategic Plan 2022 e2026.
