Based on Zak＇s stress function, the eigen-equation of stress singularity ofbi-materials with a V-notch was obtained. A new definition of stress intensity factor for a perpendicular interfacial V-notch of bi-material was put forward. The effects of shear modulus and Poisson＇s ratio of the matrix material and attaching material on eigen-values were analyzed. A generalized expression for calculating/（i of the perpendicular V-notch of bi-materials was obtained by means of stress extrapolation. Effects of notch depth, notch angle and Poisson＇s ratio of materials on the singular stress field near the tip of the V-notch were analyzed systematically with numerical simulations. As an example, a finite plate with double edge notches under uniaxial uniform tension was calculated by the method presented and the influence of the notch angle and Poisson＇s ratio on the stress singularity near the tip of notch was obtained.

The extra-low cyclic fracture problem of medium carbon steel under axial fatigue loading was investigated. Several problems, such as the relations of the cycle times to the depth and tip radius of the notch, loading frequency, loading range and the parameters of fracture design for medium carbon steel on condition of extra-low axial fatigue loading were discussed based on the experiments. Experimental results indicated that the tension-pressure fatigue loading mode was suitable for extra-low cyclic fatigue fracture design of medium carbon steel and it resulted in low energy consumption, fracture surface with high quality, low cycle times, and high efficiency. The appropriate parameters were as follows： loading frequency 3-5 Hz, notch tip radius r = （0.2-0.3） mm, opening angle α = 60°, and notch depth t = （0.14-0.17）D.

Intellectual property is a strategic resource of national development and essential factor of international competitiveness,and finance is the core of modern economy.Strengthening the financing of intellectual property is an important way to promote the innovative development of society.However,the financing channel of intellectual property is not smooth in China,and enterprises have difficulty in financing and sink into the dilemma of high cost of financing.Therefore,the paper innovates to construct financing pattern of intellectual property finance and makes a detailed analysis about its implementation approaches based on the reference of useful experiences from foreign countries.Furthermore,the paper will build risk-compensation mechanism of intellectual property Finance.The purpose of the paper is to expand the financing channel and to improve the financing efficiency of intellectual property.

The application of fracture in three-point bending to blanking of bearing steel is studied in this paper. Several mechanical models of stress blanking are discussed at first. And then the experiments have been made in special equipment of three-point bending designed by us. Several problems, such as the suitable span, the relations between bending and tension bending complex, the ratio of blanking length to the diameter, the relations of blank length to force, the feature of fracture, are studied through the experiments. The suitable parameters of three-point bending to blanking, depth and tip radius of notch and the ratio between blanking length and stick diameter have been proposed.

Based on Input-Output Table in 2010 issued by National Bureau of Statistics of China, with the help of input-output model and with the calculation of indexes of industrial relevance degree in Chinese information technology industry, the paper reveals the industrial relevance in Chinese information technology industry. The paper also selects the relevant industries which are highly associated with the development of Chinese information technology industry based on industrial relevance degree to analyze the influences of these industries on the financial situation risk fluctuation in information technology industry and to design the matrix of financial situation risk in information technology industry. Then, the paper offers countermeasures and suggestions for the development of our information technology industry.

钢和铸铁的热稳定性和动态性能不足是影响机床精密加工的主要因素之一,同时矿物复合材料在服役过程中出现的非预期断裂、过度磨损和表面腐蚀等损伤也成为影响机床寿命和可靠性的主要问题。针对精密机床基础件对动态性能的要求和损伤的早期感知与防治问题,提出开发应用于机床基础件的颗粒增强树脂基自愈复合材料。文中首先综述了机床常用材料的发展现状,其次介绍了机床用矿物复合材料和复合结构的最新研究成果,最后重点讨论了现有智能自愈材料的自愈机理、优劣势和局限性。基于研究成果综述,总结了当前颗粒增强树脂基自愈复合材料开发面临的挑战:(1)微观-细观-宏观层面的跨尺度分析、设计理论和模拟方法;(2)微胶囊在全生命周期中抗裂性、可裂性的定向设计和特殊工况下的止裂性问题;(3)损伤竞争耦合条件下构建材料内部微裂纹应力场和位移场数学模型。
