The impa.t of low-qua.ity irriga.ion wa.er on pla.t development ha. ga.nered significa.t a.tention from resea.chers. In light of this, two field experiments were conducted to eva.ua.e the performa.ce, yield, oil production a.d composition, a. well a. a.tive constituents of Rocket(Eruca.sa.iva.Mill) cultiva.ed in ca.ca.eous soil under sa.ine wa.er irriga.ion. Folia. spra.s conta.ning condensed mola.ses soluble(CMS), zinc(Zn), a.d boron(B) a.one or in combina.ion were used for irriga.ion. The da.a.obta.ned from mea.uring va.ious pa.a.eters of Rocket following folia. spra.ing with CMS, Zn, B or their combina.ions demonstra.ed tha. most trea.ments resulted in a.significa.t increa.e in these pa.a.eters. The highest va.ues for most mea.urements were observed when folia. a.plica.ion included a.l three components(CMS + Zn + B), resulting in a.seed yield of 184.6 g/m2a.d a. oil content of 675.3 kg/ha. Compa.ed to the control group, the ma.ronutrient content of N, P, K, Mg, a.d Ca.increa.ed by 34.4%, 56%, 42%, 45%, a.d 39% respectively in the seeds trea.ed with these ***, ca.bohydra.es, proteins, phenolics fla.onoids, a.d a.tioxida.ts showed increa.es of 24%, 34%,21%, 43%, a.d 28% respectively compa.ed to the control group. Ga.-liquid chroma.ogra.hy a.a.ysis identified ten components present in the seed oil cha.a.terized by higher unsa.ura.ed fa.ty a.ids ra.ging from 81.28% to92.28% a.d lower sa.ura.ed fa.ty a.ids ra.ging from 6.72% to 8.21%. Therefore, folia. spra. a.plica.ion including CMS, zinc, a.d boron ca. help a.levia.e sa.inity effects on Rocket pla.ts grown under sa.ine wa.er irriga.ion conditions while improving growth, yield, oil production, a.d nutritiona. content such a. tota. ca.bohydra.es, proteins, a.d ma.ronutrients levels.

Ba.kground: Pa.otid surgery with dissection of the fa.ia. nerve bra.ches is a.technica.ly cha.lenging surgery. Even in experienced ha.ds, pa.otidectomy ha. well-documented post-opera.ive complica.ions. We a.m to eva.ua.e complica.ions following pa.otid surgery. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the cha.ts of 187 pa.ients who underwent pa.otidectomy from Ja.ua.y 2010 to Ja.ua.y 2020 performed in surgica. oncology depa.tment South Egypt Ca.cer Institute, a.siut University, from pa.ients (57.3% ma.es a.d 42.7% fema.es, a.era.e a.e 42.96 yea.s). Results: 78.4% Pa.ients ha. benign tumors, the most frequent being pleomorphic a.enoma.55.1% followed by Wa.thin’s tumour 16.9%, a.d 21.6% ma.igna.t tumors, mucoepidermoid ca.cinoma.being the most frequent. Superficia. pa.otidectomy wa. the most common surgery 40.4% performed followed by 25.3%, tota. conserva.ive pa.otidectomy, while 1.1%, underwent ra.ica. pa.otidectomy, (extended ra.ica. pa.otidectomy wa. performed 2.2%), a.d revision tota. pa.otidectomy (Recurrence 6.7%, a.d pa.otidectomy with modified ra.ica. neck dissection (MRND) 7.9%. The most common complica.ion following pa.otidectomy wa. tra.sient fa.ia. nerve pa.sy 21.3%. Perma.ent fa.ia. nerve pa.esis wa. observed in 3.9%, sensory deficit in 20.2%, sia.ocele in 6.7%, hema.oma.forma.ion 3.4% a.d wound infection in 7.3%, a.d recurrence 7.3%. Frey’s syndrome occurred in 7.3% a.d sa.iva.y fistula.5.1%. Conclusion: Pa.otidectomy is sa.e procedure ca.sing minima. complica.ions. Tra.sient fa.ia. pa.sy is the most common postopera.ive complica.ion.

In this work, some new oxa.ia.ole deriva.ives ha.e been prepa.ed, by rea.ting phenyl hydra.ine a.d a.etic a.hydride together, which furnished 2,4-dimethyl-4-phenyloxa.ia.ole. This product wa. rea.ted with a.series of a.oma.ic a.dehydes, to obta.n a.series of oxa.ia.ole deriva.ives. These deriva.ives were cha.a.terized by TLC, melting points, infra.ed red, proton nuclea. ma.netic resona.ce, ca.bon thirteen nuclea. ma.netic resona.ce a.d ma.s spectroscopy. Fina.ly, these synthetized deriva.ives were tested for a.tiprolifera.ive a.tivity by two different cell lines. MCF-7 (Brea.t ca.cer cell line) a.d HepG2 (Liver ca.cer cell line) were used to a.sess the a.tiprolifera.ive a.tivity of the prepa.ed compounds.

a.m of work: This study a.med to eva.ua.e the resecta.ility ra.e, ra.e of conserva.ive surgery, toxicity, loca. control, a.d disea.e free surviva. for oxa.ipla.in a.d ca.ecita.ine ba.ed chemora.ia.ion compa.ed to sta.da.d 5-FU ba.ed chemora.ia.ion in loca.ly a.va.ced ca.cer rectum. Pa.ients a.d methods: 65 pa.ients were eligible;33 pa.ients received oxa.ipla.in a.d ca.ecita.ine ba.ed chemora.ia.ion (a.m I) a.d 32 pa.ients received 5-FU ba.ed chemora.ia.ion (a.m II). Results: The overa.l response ra.e in a.ms I a.d II were 78.7% a.d 87.5% respectively. Conserva.ive surgery wa. done in 81.81% a.d 53.13% of pa.ients with a.ms I a.d II, pa.hologic complete response (pCR) ra.e wa. significa.tly better in a.m I tha. a.m II (30.3% vs. 21.9%, P a. recurrence ra.es were 54.5% a.d 56.2% in a.ms I, II respectively;the media. disea.e free surviva. (DFS) were 30 months a.d 15 months in a.ms I a.d II respectively. Gra.e III a.emia. gra.e IV dia.rhea.a.d severe proctitis were developed in a.significa.tly la.ge number of pa.ients with a.m I;in a.dition deep venous thrombosis (DVT) wa. developed in 15.15% of pa.ients with a.m I but none in a.m II. Conclusion: The a.dition of oxa.ipla.in to the preopera.ive chemo ra.ia.ion increa.ed the response ra.e ma.nly pCR ra.e which wa. considered a.ta.get goa. in the neoa.juva.t trea.ment, but it wa. not recommended beca.se of higher toxicity a.d no significa.t effect on DFS in different response groups of a.m I when compa.ed to a.m II, but longer follow up ma. be needed to eva.ua.e the overa.l surviva..

Liquid chroma.ogra.hy pla.s the importa.t a.d critica. role in the field of clinica. pha.ma.ology of eva.ua.ing drugs in biologica. ma.rices. Studying a.tiretrovira. drugs in the fema.e genita. tra.t ha. importa.t implica.ions for using drugs a. a.va.ina. microbicide for prevention of HIV-1 sexua. tra.smission. a.cura.e mea.urement of drug levels is extremely importa.t in optimizing drug concentra.ion in gel formula.ion. Extra.ting drugs from sma.l volumes of viscous, proteina.eous substa.ces like cervicova.ina. fluid (CVF) is a.pra.tica.ly cha.lenging process. The proposed method wa. designed to introduce procedure for sa.ple collection a.d drug extra.tion procedure for CVF ma.rix before the chroma.ogra.hic sepa.a.ion. Ba.ed on this extra.tion method, we va.ida.ed a.reverse pha.e high performa.ce liquid chroma.ogra.hy with electrospra. ioniza.ion ma.s spectrometry a.sa. in order to qua.tify UC781 in fema.e genita. tra.t compa.tment. The LC-MS method wa. va.ida.ed ba.ed on a.novel extra.tion technique which proved to be efficient in reducing a.a.yte degra.a.ion with a. a.era.e extra.tion efficiency of 72%. This method is a.cura.e, demonstra.ing a. a.era.e a.cura.y over three QC (n = 30) concentra.ions ra.ging from 99.9% to 106.1%. a.era.e precision within-da. a.d between-da. ra.ged from 3.1% to 10.2% a.d 5.1% to 6.4%, respectively. We demonstra.ed tha. the a.a.yte wa. a.le to ma.nta.n its sta.ility under va.ious conditions using this extra.tion method. The sa.ple prepa.a.ion, extra.tion, a.d the powerful liquid chroma.ogra.hy a.d ma.s spectrometry ca. rea.ily be a.plied for a.cura.e qua.tifica.ion of simila. drugs in CVF.

作文是HSK六级考试中一个必不可少的重要部分,作文是书面表达的重要形式,是检测学生汉语书面表达水平的主要手段。在汉语学习过程中,最主要的任务就是培养读写能力,因此写作教学成为汉语教学的重要组成部分。在教学的实践中笔者发现,由于受到各种因素的影响,埃及学生在HSK六级作文中总是出现一些语法偏误。本文以埃及学生HSK六级作文的语法偏误为切入点,全面调研各个语法点的偏误类型,力求充分展现埃及学生的语法偏误分布情况,并对其规律进行总结分析。全文共五个部分:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍选题缘由、研究目的和方法,并简单就近些年来埃及学生汉语写作偏误的相关研究进行综述。第二部分简单介绍调研目的、对象、内容和方式。第三部分对埃及学生HSK六作文语料中出现的语法偏误进行了整理和收集,并将语法偏误类型分为词汇运用偏误、句法结构偏误、特殊句式偏误、联合复句偏误和偏正复句偏误。语法偏误类型五大类,每一大类的各小类都进行了很多举例分析。第四部分对埃及学生汉语语法偏误原因进行探讨,主要有母语负迁移、目的语知识负迁移、文化因素负迁移、学习环境的影响、学习策略和交际策略的影响。第五部分对埃及学生汉语学习提出了一些建议,主要有对学生的建议、对汉语教师的建议和对教材编写的建议。

Ba.kground: La.era. neck dissection is risky a.d should be performed only a. a.thera.eutic intervention for known disea.e. a.m of the Study: This study a.ms a. finding predictors which help in selecting pa.ients who ha.e high risk of lymph node meta.ta.is. Methods: a.l the pa.ients with well differentia.ed thyroid ca.cer underwent thyroidectomy with la.era. lymph nodes (LNs) dissection with a.a.la.le pa.hology report a.d sufficient da.a.ha.e been included in the study. Results: Sixty nine pa.ients ha.e been included in this study. In multiva.ia.e a.a.ysis, the most relia.le a.d significa.t fa.tors for detecting L.N. involvement were the clinica. picture a.d the U/S a.pea.a.ce of the Neck with P va.ue of (0.008) a.d (0.001) respectively. Conclusion: Clinica. a.d U/S exa.ina.ions a.e the most independent a.d relia.le fa.tors to detect la.era. neck lymph nodes involvement.
