Co.II) and Cr(III) metal co.plexes o. Schiff bases were synthesized fro. the co.densatio. reactio. between 4-(dimethylamino.benzaldehyde and 4-amino.3-hydro.y-naphthalene-1-sulfo.ic acid. Their structures were investigated by elemental analysis, mo.ar co.ductance measurements, infrared spectro.co.y, electro.ic spectro.co.y, and 1HNMR spectro.co.y. The elemental analysis data suggested a 1:1 [M:L] ratio.fo. the co.plexes. The mo.ar co.ductance measurements o. the co.plexes indicate their electro.ytic nature in DMSo.as a so.vent. The abso.ptio. bands in the electro.ic spectra verified an o.tahedral enviro.ment aro.nd the metal io.s in the co.plexes.

Bis(2-metho.ybenzylidene)biphenyl-4,4'-diamine Schiff base was prepared by the reactio. o. benzidine and o.metho.y benzaldehyde 1:2 reactio.. Two.co.plexes o. this ligand with Cr(III) and Fe(II) were prepared. All prepared co.po.nds were analysed using elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectro.co.y. The fo.matio. o. pro.o.ed structures, including the free ligand and co.plexes were co.firmed.

FUo.in lo.er middle-inco.e co.ntries(LMIC)and lo.inco.e co.ntries(LIC)was co.ducted between January 1,2018 and January 1,*** to.al,15 participating centers fro. seven different co.ntries pro.ided the data,which were co.lected thro.gh the Infectio.s DiseasesInternatio.al Research Initiative *** adult patients with co.firmed infectio. as the cause o. FUo.were included in the *** severity parameters were quick Sequential o.gan Failure Assessment(qSo.A)≥2,intensive care unit(ICU)admissio.,vaso.resso. use,and invasive mechanical ventilatio.(IMV).Results:A to.al o. 160 patients with infectio.s FUo.were included in the ***,148(92.5%)patients had co.munity-acquired infectio.s and 12(7.5%)had ho.pital-acquired *** mo.t co.mo. infectio.s syndro.es were tuberculo.is(TB)(n=27,16.9%),infective endo.arditis(n=25,15.6%),malaria(n=21,13.1%),brucello.is(n=15,9.4%),and typho.d fever(n=9,5.6%).Plasmo.ium falciparum,Myco.acterium tuberculo.is,Brucellae,Staphylo.o.cus aureus,Salmo.ella typhi,and Rickettsiae were the leading infectio.s agents in this study.A to.al o. 56(35.0%)cases had invasive pro.edures fo. *** mean qSo.A sco.e was 0.76±0.94{median(interquartile range[IQR]):0(0–1)}.ICU admissio.(n=26,16.2%),vaso.resso. use(n=14,8.8%),and IMV(n=10,6.3%)were no. ***,38(23.8%)patients had at least o.e o. the severity *** mo.tality rate was 15(9.4%),and the mo.tality was attributable to.the infectio. causing FUo.in 12(7.5%)***:In LMIC and LIC,tuberculo.is and cardiac infectio.s were the mo.t severe and the leading infectio.s causing FUo.

Mo.E during EUS-FNA/*** This multicentric pro.pective study was co.ducted in 16 centers in 3 co.ntries(Egypt,Iraq,and Mo.o.co.and included 1108 patients with pancreatic,biliary,o. gastro.ntestinal patho.o.y who.were referred fo. EUS *** pro.pectively analyzed the Mo.E in 1008 patients with available histo.atho.o.ical repo.ts acco.ding to.2 classificatio.s to.determine the adequacy o. the histo.o.ical co.e *** management and analysis were perfo.med using a Statistical Package fo.
