目的:报告1例前部缺血性视神经病变(anterior ischemicoptic neuropathy,AION)并发视网膜分支动脉阻塞(branchretinal artery obstruction,BRAO)。方法:患者,女,42岁,因视力障碍进行如下眼科检查:眼底照相、荧光血管造影(fluorescent angiography,FAG)和视野测试。结果:第一次就诊时,患者视盘肿胀,动脉循环完整,发病1wk后,视网膜下支动脉开始萎缩并火焰状出血加剧。16mo后,视盘呈萎缩性改变,此外,发现视网膜下分支动脉血管影一条。结论:AION并发BRAO可造成动脉循环的机械性压迫。

Lignocellulosic biomass is one of the viable solutions to alleviate the global warming. However, the limited utilization of biomass majorly focused on cellulose and hemicellulose restricts the economic and environmental feasibilities. To cope with this issue, we proposed an integrated process of co-producing 1,6-hexanediol（1,6-HDO） with tetrahydrofuran and adipic acid from biomass, referred to as Strategy A. To compare the impacts of lignin upgrading and feedstock, Strategy B, which co-produces tetrahydrofuran alone, and Strategy C, which is the traditional route to produce 1,6-HDO from fossil fuels, were used. Heat networks are also designed to reduce operating costs and indirect carbon emissions due to energy consumption, saving 87% and 83% of the heat and cooling requirements, respectively, in Strategy A. The market competitiveness of Strategy A was evaluated by determining the minimum selling price through techno-economic analysis, and sustainability was thoroughly investigated by quantifying the environmental impacts through both midpoint and endpoint life-cycle assessments（LCAs）.Strategy A was found to be the most favorable both economically（USRDSCHARDOLLAR3,402/ton） and environmentally（-26.9 kg CO2eq.）. This indicates that lignin valorization is not only economically but also environmentally preferred. Finally, changes in economic and environmental feasibilities depending on economic, process, and environmental parameters were investigated using sensitivity and uncertainty analyses. The results of these analyses provide valuable insight into bio-based chemical production.

Several studies have shown that activation of unfolded protein response and endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress plays a crucial role in severe cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** occurs within hours after cerebral ischemia,but the relationship between ER stress and autophagy remains *** this study,we established experimental models using oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation in PC12 cells and primary neurons to simulate cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** found that prolongation of oxygen-glucose deprivation activated the ER stress pathway protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase(PERK)/eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit alpha(e IF2α)-activating transcription factor 4(ATF4)-C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP),increased neuronal apoptosis,and induced ***,inhibition of ER stress using inhibitors or by si RNA knockdown of the PERK gene significantly attenuated excessive autophagy and neuronal apoptosis,indicating an interaction between autophagy and ER stress and suggesting PERK as an essential target for regulating *** autophagy with chloroquine exacerbated ER stress-induced apoptosis,indicating that normal levels of autophagy play a protective role in neuronal injury following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** from this study indicate that cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury can trigger neuronal ER stress and promote autophagy,and suggest that PERK is a possible target for inhibiting excessive autophagy in cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.

Chung defined a pebbling move on a graphG as the removal of two pebbles from one vertex and the addition of one pebble to an adjacent vertex. The pebbling number of a connected graphG, f(G), is the leastn such that any distribution ofn pebbles onG allows one pebble to be moved to any specified but arbitrary vertex by a sequence of pebbling moves. Graham conjectured that for any connected graphsG andH, f(G xH) ≤ f(G)f(H). In the present paper the pebbling numbers of the product of two fan graphs and the product of two wheel graphs are computed. As a corollary, Graham’s conjecture holds whenG andH are fan graphs or wheel graphs.

The convergence analysis on the general iterative methods for the symmetric and positive semidefinite problems is presented in this paper. First, formulated are refined necessary and sumcient conditions for the energy norm convergence for iterative methods. Some illustrative examples for the conditions are also provided. The sharp convergence rate identity for the Gauss-Seidel method for the semidefinite system is obtained relying only on the pure matrix manipulations which guides us to obtain the convergence rate identity for the general successive subspace correction methods. The convergence rate identity for the successive subspace correction methods is obtained under the new conditions that the local correction schemes possess the local energy norm convergence. A convergence rate estimate is then derived in terms of the exact subspace solvers and the parameters that appear in the conditions. The uniform convergence of multigrid method for a model problem is proved by the convergence rate identity. The work can be regradled as unified and simplified analysis on the convergence of iteration methods for semidefinite problems [8, 9].

This review details Eilema group in the subfamily the Korean species of the Arctiinae of Erebidae： 19 species in five genera （Manulea, Collita, Katha, Dolgoma, and Wittia）, a new species （Collita hwacheonensis Bayar- saikhan ＆ Bae, sp. nov.）, and an unrecorded species [C. vetusta aegrota （Butler 1877）]. All species are diagnosed, and figures of the adults and genitalia and a key to species based on male genital structure of Eilema group in South Korea are included.

Challenges facing high-voltage/high-capacity cathodes,in addition to the longstanding problems pertinent to lithium(Li)-metal anodes,should be addressed to develop high-energy-density Li-metal *** issue mostly stems from interfacial instability between electrodes and *** carbonate-or ether-based liquid electrolytes suffer from not only volatility and flammability but also limited electrochemical stability ***,we report a nitrile electrolyte strategy based on concentrated nitrile electrolytes(CNEs)with *** CNE consists of high-concentration lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide(LiFSI)in a solvent mixture of succinonitrile(SN)/acetonitrile(AN).The SN/AN solvent mixture is designed to ensure high oxidation stability along with thermal stability,which are prerequisites for high-voltage Li-metal *** CNE exhibits interfacial stability with Li metals due to the coordinated solvation *** nitrate(LiNO_(3))and indium fluoride(InF_(3))are incorporated in the CNE as synergistic co-additives to further stabilize solid-electrolyte interphase(SEI)on Li *** resulting electrolyte(CNE+LiNO_(3)/InF_(3))enables stable cycling performance in Li||LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)and 4.9 V-class Li||LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4)***,the Li||LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5)O_(4)cell maintains its electrochemical activity at high temperature(100℃)and even in flame without fire or explosion.
