DMF complicat.ons who underwent.t.anst.bial amput.t.on bet.een April 2014 and March *** groups were cat.gorized based on t.e occurrence of wound complicat.ons,and we compared demographic dat. bet.een t.e complicat.on group and t.e non-complicat.on group t. analyze risk ***,a mult.variat. logist.c regression analysis was performed t. ident.fy risk *** t.e average follow-up period was 36.2 *** t.e 72 cases,31(43.1%)had wound *** t.ese,12 cases(16.7%)received furt.er t.eat.ent.such as debridement.soft.t.ssue st.mp revision,and re-amput.t.on at.t.e proximal *** a group t.at.required furt.er management.due t. wound complicat.ons aft.r t.anst.bial amput.t.on,t.e hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)level was 9.32,while t.e ot.er group t.at.did not.require any t.eat.ent.had a 7.54 HbA1c *** prevalence of a hist.ry of kidney t.ansplant.t.on wit. wound complicat.ons aft.r t.anst.bial amput.t.on surgery in DMF pat.ent. was significant.y great.r t.an in cases wit.out.wound complicat.ons(P=0.02).Ot.er fact.rs did not.show significant.*** Approximat.ly 43.1%of t.e pat.ent. wit. t.anst.bial amput.t.on surgery experienced wound complicat.ons,and 16.7%required addit.onal surgical *** HbA1c levels and kidney t.ansplant.hist.ry are risk fact.rs for post.perat.ve wound complicat.ons.

BACKGROUND Behcet.s disease(BD),a chronic vasculit.c disorder affect.ng mult.ple organs,is charact.rized by recurrent.oral and genit.l ulcers,art.rit.s,vasculit.s,and int.s-t.nal *** int.st.nal involvement.of BD is common in East.Asia,t.e efficacy and long-t.rm out.omes of surgical t.eat.ent.of int.st.nal BD st.ll remain t. be *** t. evaluat. t.e post.perat.ve clinical course of int.st.nal BD and det.rmine fact.rs associat.d wit. it. *** Dat. from pat.ent. who underwent.surgical t.eat.ent.for int.st.nal BD bet.een January 2010 and August.2021 were ret.ospect.vely ***’demo-graphics,clinical feat.res,post.perat.ve course,complicat.ons,and follow-up dat. were *** We analyzed 39 surgeries in 31 *** mean pat.ent.age was 45.1 years,and t.e mean int.rval bet.een t.e diagnosis of int.st.nal BD and surgical t.eat.ent.was 4.9 years(range 1.0-8.0 years).t.e most.common indicat.on for surgery was medical int.act.bilit.(n=16,41.0%),followed by fist.la or abscess(n=11,28.2%).Laparoscopic approaches were used in 19 pat.ent.(48.7%),and 5 pat.ent.(12.8%)underwent.emergency *** most.common surgical procedure was ileocecal resect.on(n=18,46.2%),followed by right.colect.my(n=11,28.2%).A divert.ng st.ma was creat.d in only one pat.ent.2.6%).During a mean follow-up period of 45(range 8-72)mont.s,eight.cases(20.5%)of recurrence in five pat.ent. required *** int.rval bet.een operat.ons was 12.1 mont.s(range 6.3-17.8 mo).Four pat.ent.(10.3%)experienced recurrence wit.in 1 year post.perat.vely,and all eight.recurrences occurred wit.in 2 years of t.e init.al *** reoperat.on rat.s at.1 and 3 years were 10.3%and 20.5%,respect.vely.A redo ileocolic anast.mosis was performed in all recurrent.*** mult.variat.
