Comprehensive relative quantitative metabolomics analysis of lycopodium alkaloids in different tissues of Huperzia serrata

Qian ceng Ta,the whole plant of Huperzia serrata,is an important landscape and medicinal herbs and contains abundant bioactive lycopodium *** the structures of more than 100 lycopodium alkaloids in Huperzia serrata have been isolated and identified,the content and distribution of these alkaloids in different tissues are still *** current study,an ultra-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry based comprehensive metabolomics strategy was developed,including the extraction,separation,identification,and statistical *** results showed that different types lycopodium alkaloids could be separated at different time-windows,which was helpful for further metabolite ***4388 and peak3954 were metabolite biomarkers for the different tissues according to the principle component analysis and partial least squares-discriminant analysis model.A computational tool based in-house database was also built up and used for putative *** the 2354 true peaks after four-step filtration,118 peaks were putatively identified as lycopodium alkaloids by using in-house database,and four of which was identified by authentic ***,another computational software was used to predict the fragmentation pattern,to dereplicate the structure of identified peaks,and identified the peak3585 to N-methylhuperzine *** integration of both computational tools could be used for more metabolites identification.

Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM, Zhong-Yi） has existed for thousands of years. A key component of TCM is Chinese Herbal Medicine（CHM, Zhong-Yao, or Zhong-Caoyao）, which provides pharmacologically active compounds and herbal preparations from over 10,000 Chinese medicinal plants. The present state of CHM, with key examples in which the chemical basis that underpins the medicinal properties of these plants has been elucidated, will be discussed. With novel developed natural product activity-and affinity-based protein profiling probes, some progress on artemisinin, celastrol, gambogic acid, and pseudolaric acid B will be presented about their potential targets and pharmaceutical applications.

677名接触无机氟工人职业健康检查结果分析

目的分析氟及其无机化合物对作业工人的健康危害,为氟作业工人的防护及职业病诊断标准的修订提供技术支持。方法2019年1月,采用整群抽样方法,选择湖南省某氟化学公司接触氟工人677人作为调查对象,进行职业健康检查,并对疑似职业中毒人... 详细信息

目的分析氟及其无机化合物对作业工人的健康危害,为氟作业工人的防护及职业病诊断标准的修订提供技术支持。方法2019年1月,采用整群抽样方法,选择湖南省某氟化学公司接触氟工人677人作为调查对象,进行职业健康检查,并对疑似职业中毒人员行职业病诊断,根据诊断结果分为中毒组和非中毒组,采用t检验、Pearsonχ^(2)检验进行统计学分析。结果共诊断73名职业性慢性氟及其无机化合物中毒,93.15%(68/73)多发骨骼病变,病变好发部位以胫腓骨上段为主,胫骨、腓骨及尺桡骨病变有35.00%(21/60)、50.00%(18/36)和58.82%(10/17),仅在单侧出现。其他异常结果检出率主要为牙结石(60.71%,411/677)、脂肪肝(48.89%,331/677)、心电图异常(44.17%,299/677)、骨量减少(33.53%,227/677)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高(13.15%,89/677)。与非中毒组比较,中毒组工人的年龄、接触氟工龄和脂肪肝检出率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论无机氟所致长骨骨质改变部分仅发生在单侧,因此职业健康检查的基本摄片部位应包括双侧长骨,以免漏诊;单发轻微的骨膜骨化诊断职业中毒难以把握,建议标准修订时对其程度做出明确规定。

An underside binding site was identified in the transmembrane domain of smoothened receptor(SMO) by a colocalization *** structurally complementary photoaffinity probes were designed by appending azide group at two ends of a known ligand *** on the comprehensive analysis of digestive MS data,the binding was determined which was further corroborated by docking and simulation *** key interactions include two pairs of hydrogen bonds,a stable cage involving several π-π interactions,and hydrophobic interaction between Allo-1 and its contacting *** results reveal the molecular base of Allo-1 binding and more importantly,the possible mechanism for its anti-drug resistance activity.

基于CT模拟机的调强放疗计划三断层面复位方法及其减少摆位误差效果的分析

目的:探讨基于CT模拟定位机进行调强放射治疗计划的三断层面位置验证方法的建立,并分析此位置验证方式相对CT模拟定位机常规单层面位置验证方式的优势。方法:抽取90例头颈和盆腹部肿瘤放疗患者随机分成两组,其中基于CT模拟定位机三层面位置验证方法的实验组44例,CT模拟定位机常规单层面位置验证方式的对照组46例。并按照两种不同的标记方式进行放疗摆位后进行CBCT位置验证,分别记录患者在放射治疗过程中中心点位置在X(左右)、Y(头脚)、Z(前后)轴三维方向上的摆位线性位移误差。结果:考虑到不同部位体位固定方式不同对摆位误差的影响,将选取的病例分成盆腹部和头颈部两组分别进行比较。其中盆腹部实验组X、Y、Z轴三个方向上的线性位移误差分别为(1.33±0.78)、(1.87±0.94)、(1.26±0.87)mm,对照组三个方向上的线性位移误差分别为(2.22±1.75)、(3.23±2.38)、(1.70±1.30)mm;头颈部实验组X、Y、Z轴三个方向上的线性位移误差分别为(0.92±0.71)、(1.11±0.86)、(0.86±0.73)mm,对照组三个方向上的线性位移误差分别为(0.86±0.77)、(1.34±1.21)、(1.08±0.87)mm。结果显示盆腹部三个方向上的组间差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05),在Z轴方向上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)且改进后位置验证方法的摆位误差均值要低于常规位置验证方法。结论:相对CT模拟定位机常规单层面位置验证方式,基于CT模拟定位机进行调强放射治疗计划的三层面位置验证方法的建立,对于盆腔部位患者能有效减少三维位置上的摆位误差;对于头颈部患者,能有效减少在Z轴方向上的摆位误差,使得患者的放射治疗更加精准。

目的:分析湖南省尘肺病流行病学特点。方法:于2018年11月,收集2017年1月至2018年10月湖南省职业病防治院诊断的尘肺病患者的工种、尘肺类型、尘肺分期、接尘工龄、发病年龄和合并症等信息,共收集尘肺病3325例,其中,职业性尘肺病患者651例(19.58%),临床诊断尘肺病患者2674例(80.42%)。计量资料用±s表示,组间比较采用独立样本t检验与单因素方差分析。结果:651例职业性尘肺病患者年龄35.59~85.15岁,平均发病年龄(54.27±8.29)岁,平均接尘工龄(14.74±8.60)年。2674例临床诊断尘肺病患者年龄26.85~87.02岁,平均发病年龄(55.26±7.38)岁,平均接尘工龄(18.83±9.35)年。与矽肺患者比较,煤工尘肺患者的接尘工龄更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分期煤工尘肺患者接尘工龄差异有统计学意义(F=3.678,P<0.05)。651例职业性尘肺患者无合并并发症病例,2674例临床诊断尘肺患者中,出现并发症710例(26.55%)。结论:湖南省临床诊断尘肺病需引起进一步的关注。
