Effects of a proline solution cover on the geochemical and mineralogical characteristics of high-sulfur coal gangue

Batch experiments tively evaluate the inhibition were conducted to compara- effects and mechanisms of a low-concentration （1%） proline solution cover on the release of pollutants from high-sulfur coal gangue. High- sulfur coal gangue was continuously immersed in a proline solution and in deionized water （as a control treatment） for 540 days. The results showed that the coal gangue in the control treatment was oxidized and generated leachate with poor water qualities, i.e., the leachate exhibited lower pH values, higher redox potential values, higher pollutant concentrations （804^2-, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn）, and high levels of acidophilic sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. However, compared to the control treatment, the addition of the proline solution （1%） significantly improved the water quality of the leachate by significantly reducing the Eh values, the pollutant concentrations （804^2-, Fe^2＋, Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn）, and the activity of acidophilic sulfur-oxidiz- ing bacteria and by significantly increasing the pH value to neutral. The proline treatment significantly inhibited the oxidation of coal gangue and the release of pollutants, mainly by inhibiting the activity of acidophilic sulfur-ox- idizing bacteria and by altering the heavy metal fractions and the mineralogical characteristics. Therefore, in engi- neering practice, workers should consider using an envi- ronmental friendly aqueous proline solution cover to achieve the in-situ control of pollutant releases from coal gangue dumps.

We adopted professional diving players as a typical subject pool to explore whether structural brain differences relative to motor skill acquisition exist between highly skilled athletes and *** on the voxel-based morphometric(VBM) technique,structural MRIs of the brains of 12 elite diving players with professional training were analyzed and compared with those of control subjects without any professional physical *** players showed significantly increased gray matter density in the thalamus and left pre-central gyrus than control ***,future researches are needed to prove the contribution of preposition and *** also suggests that athletes as the subject pool could form a new subject pool to explore plastic change induced by motor skill acquisition.

中国创新驱动研究总体格局、热点演进与趋势展望

本文以中国社会科学引文索引数据库为数据源,选取2001—2015年收录的1756篇创新驱动研究文献为样本,利用Cite Space等可视化软件,对中国创新驱动研究总体现状、研究热点及发展脉络进行了系统梳理与分析。研究发现:2012年"十八大"后,创新驱动研究文献呈迅猛增长趋势,表明中国进入以创新驱动为引擎的发展新阶段;目前,创新驱动研究已形成了比较稳定的研究团队和有较高影响力的核心期刊群;研究机构大部集中于东部沿海地区以及中部省会城市,西部地区明显偏少;研究主题具有鲜明的时代特征,创新驱动的科学内涵、区域创新、产业升级、企业创新、制度创新、绿色创新等是当前的研究热点。最后,结合经济新常态对创新驱动研究进行展望,提出未来可能的六个主要方向。

Switching Behavior of Cascode GaN Under Influence of Gate Driver

沼渣对铅锌冶炼废渣生物化学性质及植物生长的影响

为研究沼渣作为改良剂对铅锌冶炼废渣环境条件的改善及修复植物生长的影响,采用盆栽试验研究不同比例(0,1%,3%,5%,7%,9%)沼渣添加和黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)生长对废渣养分含量、微生物学特性、重金属赋存形态及黑麦草的生物学特征的综合影响。结果表明:与对照废渣相比,添加沼渣后废渣养分(N、P、K)、有机质、酶活性(碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶)、微生物数量(细菌、真菌和放线菌)以及微生物活性(呼吸强度)均显著(p<0.05)增加;不同比例沼渣添加均显著增加黑麦草鲜重、根长、株高并显著降低植物组织(地上和地下部)中重金属含量(p<0.05)。沼渣添加和黑麦草生长通过促进废渣中酸溶态重金属(Cu、Cd、Zn、Pb)向残渣态转化进而降低废渣中重金属的生物有效性。典范对应分析表明,沼渣施用量在5%,7%,9%时对废渣微环境条件改善作用较大,其中,较低的沼渣添加量(5%)就能显著改善废渣的微环境条件及促进修复植物健康生长。因此,综合考虑沼渣作为有机改良剂的最佳费用和效应间的关系,在设置试验条件下,可将5%的沼渣添加量作为铅锌冶炼废渣有机改良及植物修复的最佳施用比例。

为分析利用不同类型有机酸活化低品位磷矿粉形成的"有机酸-磷矿粉复合物"对铅锌冶炼废渣中重金属的固定作用,以黔西北历史遗留土法炼锌废渣为对象,研究3种类型有机酸(草酸、酒石酸及柠檬酸)活化低品位磷矿粉对土法炼锌废渣中4种主要重金属(Pd、Cd、Cu、Zn)的固定效果。结果表明:不同类型有机酸作用下土法炼锌废渣中重金属的释放存在明显差异,3种有机酸对铅锌废渣中4种重金属的活化能力表现为酒石酸>柠檬酸>草酸。草酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸浓度分别在0.8、0.8、0.4 mol/L时对低品位磷矿粉中磷素的活化能力最强,但各有机酸-磷矿粉复合物在有机酸浓度分别为1.2、0.8、0.4 mol/L时对铅锌废渣中各重金属的固定效果最好,其中,草酸-磷矿粉复合物对4种重金属的降低率为90.67%、99.64%、13.63%、5.99%,酒石酸-磷矿粉复合物对4种铅锌废渣中重金属的降低率为91.72%、44.2%、34.37%、7.51%,柠檬酸-磷矿粉复合物对4种重金属的降低率为60.39%、8.15%、5.03%、-6.12%,综合来看,浓度为1.2 mol/L的草酸-磷矿粉复合物可更好地固定铅锌冶炼废渣中的重金属。

改良剂与植物联合修复对汞铊矿废弃物重金属淋溶释放行为及微生物群落结构的影响

为探究改良剂赤泥(富铁铝的工业废弃物)与鱼粪(富氮磷的有机质)作为改良剂结合2种典型先锋速生植物(巨菌草和黑麦草)对汞铊矿废弃物中典型重金属(Hg、As、Sb、Tl等)淋溶释放的原位控制效果,通过150 d淋滤实验,考察了单一改良剂、混合改良剂及改良剂联合植物对汞铊矿废弃物和淋滤液理化特征、重金属淋溶释放规律及微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,添加鱼粪和赤泥结合植物种植能显著抑制汞铊矿废弃物中As、Tl和Sb的释放,同时显著促进废弃物中Hg的溶出(P<0.05)。随着淋溶时间的延长,5个批次淋滤液中As、Tl和Sb的质量浓度分别降至对照组的21.28%~56.56%、33.21%~63.15%、32.23%~56.62%。经处理后汞铊矿废弃物中养分有所提高,相较于对照组,各处理组废弃物pH由3.87升至5.56~6.78,速效钾(AK)含量是对照组的5.60~8.75倍,有机质(OM)由对照组的0.64 g·kg^(−1)增至2.50~3.14 g·kg^(−1)。同时,改良剂与植物联合修复改善了汞铊矿废弃物微生物群落丰富度和多样性,其中以黑麦草组的细菌群落丰富度最高。综合考虑重金属淋溶释放控制和微生物群落结构改善,选择鱼粪和赤泥混合改良并种植巨菌草对汞铊矿废弃物的修复效果最佳,以上研究结果可为汞铊矿废弃物中重金属释放的原位控制与无土快速生态修复提供技术支持。
