In this paper,we give a new fast attack on *** attack includes many present methods of constructing hash ***,we present a neighborhood *** propose a new difference path different from the previous *** conclusion is that,when the output of each step satisfies our condition,the message m can collide with m'= m + Δm,where Δm =(0,0,0,0,231,0,...,0).There is only one bit difference between m and m'.Two pairs of collision examples for HAVAL-128 are *** order to improve the probability of collision,we use four tricks of message *** attack's running time is less than 225.83 2-pass HAVAL computations,which is the best result for one-bit collision of HAVAL so far.

To solve the tracking control of tank gun system with friction on low speed,a method of backstepping sliding control with a nonlinear disturbance observer is *** nonlinear disturbance observer is used to approximate complicated unknown friction and external *** selecting design parameters,the disturbance observer can be exponential *** backstepping sliding controller is designed for the tank gun system with disturbance *** controller can provide robustness to friction and external *** method can guarantee the stabilization of the closed-loop ***,simulation results are presented to illustrate the effective and the applicability of the suggested method.

＜正＞A new method of moving-objects detection based on fusion of background subtraction and temporal differencing is proposed in this *** method constructs the adaptive background model by Gaussian model for each pixel in the image sequences,combined with temporal difference to update the background selectively,and simultaneous used background subtraction method extract movement areas from the background *** integration the two foreground regions segmented for object recognition,together with utilization of the median filter and mathematical morphology operation to eliminate noise and the small area of non-human movement *** obtain the complete reliable *** results show that the approach identifies targets accuracy,and can satisfy the needs of real-time in visual surveillance system.

Renewable energy,such as wind and solar energy,may vary signifi cantly over time and locations depending on the weather and the climate *** leads to the supply uncertainty in the electricity(power) market with renewable energy integrated to power *** this paper,electricity in the market is classified into two types:stablesupply electricity(SSE) and unstablesupply electricity(USE).We investigate the investment and pricing strategies under the electricity supply uncertainty in wholesale and retail electricity *** particular,our model combines the wholesale and retail market and capture the dominant players,i.e.,consumers,power plant(power operator),and electricity *** derive the market behaviors of these players,we formulate the market decision problems as a multistage Stackelberg *** solving the game model,we obtain the optimal,with closedform,wholesale investment and retail pricing strategy for the *** also obtain the energy supplier's best price mechanism numerically under certain *** fi nd the price of SSE being about 1.4 times higher than that of USE will benefi t energy supplieroptimally,under which power plant's optimal strategy of investing is to purchase USE about 4.5 times much more than SSE.

The design adopts self-designed high accurate voltage source, Micro Control Unit (MCU), D/A converter and amplifier to control the on-state of Power MOS FET, to attain constant current. The closed loop system realizes constant current output of high-precision, presettable and step-by-step adjustable, and its output current data can be directly displayed by digital devices. Finally achieve a high-precision constant current source by locking output with closed hardware loop, closed software loop, software realtime integrating, real-time filtering. The role of software is to compensate the temperature variance of sampling resistances by data segment interpolation, while the linear interpolation compensation is applied to intersegments, which improves the output precision further. It has advantages on high precision, simple construction, performance stable, easy operation, low cost and loaded capability.

This paper describes an application of a reusable mobile agent system in network management. A mobile agent reusable system is constructed to realize a new method in forming mobile agent systems. By using this method, an agent can change its route dynamically without making any change to its specific behavior. By classifying mobile agents into two categories, the task agent can be reusable in different networks. In this way, a mobile agent system can easily carry out network management tasks.
