科教融汇视域下职业本科教学范式构建研究

科教融汇是新时期国家为推进教育、科技、人才一体化发展,落实科教兴国战略的重大部署,也是推进职业教育内涵式发展的重要路径。科研成果转化所需的高技术技能人才是科学研发与创新的基础性支撑。职业本科院校作为高层次技术技能型人才培养的主阵地,其教学范式是影响科研与教育融合汇聚的重要因素。科教融汇的提出使职业本科教学范式在教学理念、教学内容和教学模式方面获得了新的内涵,但当前实践中仍存在重视度不够、密切度不高、支撑度不足三大问题。为此,亟需从树立理念指引、强化立地式研发、组建教师队伍三方面入手,探寻职业本科教学范式构建的路径,为促进职业本科院校科教融汇提供路径支撑。

In this paper, we propose a new two-lane cellular automata model in which the influence of the next-nearest neighbor vehicle is considered, The attributes of the traffic system composed of fast-lane and slow-lane are investigated by the new traffic model. The simulation results show that the proposed two-lane traffic model can reproduce some traffic phenomena observed in real traffic, and that maximum flux and critical density are close to the field measurements. Moreover, the initial density distribution of the fast-lane and slow-lane has much influence on the traffic flow states. With the ratio between the densities of slow lane and fast lane increasing the lane changing frequency increases, but maximum flux decreases. Finally, the influence of the sensitivity coefficients is discussed.

BACKGROUND We have previously proved that treatment of thick/deep infantile hemangiomas (IHs) with a long-pulse Alexandrite laser was clinically effective and safe. This article aims to investigate the efficiency of long-pulse Alexandrite laser use in treating thick and high-risk IHs located in particular anatomic areas and provides some new data on this issue. CASE SUMMARY A two-month-old girl with a thick and high-risk IH covering most of the right labia majora was examined in this study. The infant received four treatment sessions at 4- to 6-wk intervals with a long-pulse Alexandrite laser with settings as follows: 3 ms pulse duration, 8 mm spot size, 45 to 50 J/cm2 fluences, and dynamic cooling device (DCD) spray duration of 90 ms with a delay of 80 ms. Following each of the four treatment sessions, the IH showed a remarkable reduction in thickness and size without any sign of relapse. Ten months after the last treatment, the IH had completely regressed without adverse effects. During the laser treatment, no severe side effects were observed;blistering occurred only immediately after treatment and then scabbed over the next day, gradually improving in the following days. CONCLUSION Long-pulse Alexandrite laser treatment may be considered one of the first-line noninvasive therapeutic options for the treatment of thick IH.

We propose a three-species aggregation model with catalysis-driven decomposition. Based on the mean-field rate equations, we investigate the evoIution behavior of the system with the size-dependent catalysis-driven decomposition rate J（i; j; k） = Jijk^v and the constant aggregation rates. The results show that the cluster size distribution of the species without decomposition can always obey the conventional scaling law in the case of 0 ≤v ≤ 1, while the kinetic evolution of the decomposed species depends crucially on the index v. Moreover, the total size of the species without decomposition can keep a nonzero value at large times, while the total size of the decomposed species decreases exponentially with time and vanishes finally.

【目的】农田氨挥发是大气颗粒物中铵盐的主要来源之一，对城市和农村空气质量有密切影响。对河南省典型农区近地表大气氨浓度时空变化特征及关键影响因素进行系统研究，为农田区域大气颗粒污染物的针对性治理提供科学依据。【方法】选取河南省10个代表性农田区域（小麦-玉米轮作区），利用被动法，开展为期两年的近地表大气氨浓度监测与驱动因素研究。【结果】从时间上（季节性）来看，不同季节近地表大气氨浓度差异较大，其中夏季近地表大气氨平均浓度最高，为12.0μg N·m-3，其次为春季和秋季，均值分别为10.8和8.9μg N·m-3，冬季最低，均值仅为6.7μg N·m-3。从空间上来看，豫东开封农田区域氨浓度最高，其年平均氨浓度可达14.7μg N·m-3，其次为豫北新乡和安阳，其年均大气氨浓度分别为12.5和11.0μg N·m-3，再次为豫中郑州和豫北的焦作，其近地表大气氨浓度分别为10.9和10.6μg N·m-3，而豫西的洛阳、平顶山、豫南许昌、漯河和黄泛区（周口）的近地表大气氨浓度较低，其数值介于7.9—9.6μg N·m-3之间。从土壤类型来看，不同土壤类型近地表大气氨浓度存在明显不同，其中潮土近地表大气氨浓度最高，为11.0—14.7μg N·m-3，褐土和黄褐土区其氨浓度介于9.0—9.6μg N·m-3之间，砂姜黑土和黄棕壤农田区域氨浓度较低，为8.06—8.11μg N·m-3。不同区域的近地表大气氨浓度高低是多重因素共同作用的结果，其中氮肥施用量和土壤p H与近地表大气氨浓度存在显著的正相关关系，降雨量与近地表大气氨浓度存在显著的负相关关系，几种因素的交互作用导致河南省农田系统近地表大气氨浓度差异较大。【结论】基于以上研究结果，降低施氮量有助于系统性降低河南省农田区域近地表氨浓度；豫北和豫东农田区是重点关注区域。

Measurement of in-vehicle volatile organic compounds under static conditions

The types and quantities of volatile organic compounds （VOCs） inside vehicles have been determined in one new vehicle and two old vehicles under static conditions using the Thermodesorber-Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer （TD-GC/MS）. Air sampling and analysis was conducted under the requirement of USEPA Method TO-17. A room-size, environment test chamber was utilized to provide stable and accurate control of the required environmental conditions （temperature, humidity, horizontal and vertical airflow velocity, and background VOCs concentration）. Static vehicle testing demonstrated that although the amount of total volatile organic compounds （TVOC） detected within each vehicle was relatively distinct （4940 μg/m^3 in the new vehicle A, 1240 μg/m^3 in used vehicle B, and 132 μg/m^3 in used vehicle C）, toluene, xylene, some aromatic compounds, and various C7-C12 alkanes were among the predominant VOC species in all three vehicles tested. In addition, tetramethyl succinonitrile, possibly derived from foam cushions was detected in vehicle B. The types and quantities of VOCs varied considerably according to various kinds of factors, such as, vehicle age, vehicle model, temperature, air exchange rate, and environment airflow velocity. For example, if the airflow velocity increases from 0.1 m/s to 0.7 m/s, the vehicle＇s air exchange rate increases from 0.15 h^-1 to 0.67 h^-1, and in-vehicle TVOC concentration decreases from 1780 to 1201 μg/m^3.

Thrombosis and infection are two major complications associated with central venous catheters(CVCs),which significantly contribute to morbidity and *** coating strategies currently represent an efficient approach for addressing such ***,existing antifouling coatings have limitations in terms of both duration and ***,we propose a durable zwitterionic polymer armor for *** armor is realized by pre-coating with a robust phenol-polyamine film inspired by insect sclerotization,followed by grafting of poly-2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine(pMPC)via in-situ radical *** resulting pMPC coating armor exhibits super-hydrophilicity,thereby forming a highly hydrated shell that effectively prevents bacterial adhesion and inhibits the adsorption and activation of fibrinogen and platelets in *** practical applications,the armored catheters significantly reduced inflammation and prevented biofilm formation in a rat subcutaneous infection model,as well as inhibited thrombus formation in a rabbit jugular vein ***,our robust zwitterionic polymer coating presents a promising solution for reducing infections and thrombosis associated with vascular catheters.
