The highly reversible insertion/extraction of large-radius K^+into electrode materials remains a tough goal,especially for con version-type ***,we design a current collector-integrated electrode(N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu) as an advanced anode for potassium-ion battery(PIBs).The conductive CoSe/CoSe_(2) heterojunction with rich Se vacancy defects,conductive sp^2 N-doped carbon layer,and the elastic copper foil matrix can greatly accelerate the electron transfer and enhance the structural ***,the well-designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu current collector-integrated electrode displays enhanced potassium storage performance with regard to a high capacity(325.1 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.1 A·g^(-1) after 200cycles),an exceptional rate capability(223.5 mAh·g^(-1) at2000 mA·g^(-1)),and an extraordinary long-term cycle stability(a capacity fading of only 0.019% per cycle over1200 cycles at 2000 mA·g^(-1)).Impressively,ex situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM) characterizations prove that the elastic structure of copper foil is merged into the cleverly designed N-CoSe/CoSe_(2)-C@Cu heterostructure,which buffers the deformation of structure and volume and greatly promotes the cycle life during the potassium/depotassium process.

Early fault warning for nuclear power machinery is conducive to timely troubleshooting and reductions in safety risks and unnecessary costs. This paper presents a novel intelligent fault prediction method, integrated probabilistic principal component analysis(PPCA), multi-resolution wavelet analysis, Bayesian inference, and RNN model for nuclear power machinery that consider data uncertainty and chaotic time series. After denoising the source data, the Bayesian PPCA method is employed for dimensional reduction to obtain a refined data group. A recurrent neural network(RNN) prediction model is constructed, and a Bayesian statistical inference approach is developed to quantitatively assess the prediction reliability of the model. By modeling and analyzing the data collected on the steam turbine and components of a nuclear power plant, the results of the goodness of fit, mean square error distribution, and Bayesian confidence indicate that the proposed RNN model can implement early warning in the fault creep period. The accuracy and reliability of the proposed model are quantitatively verified.

【目的】探究非特异性腰痛(nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)患者的中医体质类型及其黄韧带厚度与年龄、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、性别、中医体质类型、有无糖尿病、高血压分级的相关性。【方法】选取2023年1月~2023年6月广东省第二中医院收治的60例NLBP患者为研究对象,辨别患者的中医体质类型,测量电子计算机断层扫描(CT)图像腰椎4/5节段(L4/5)椎间盘水平黄韧带的厚度,记录患者的年龄、性别、中医体质类型、BMI、有无糖尿病、高血压分级,通过相关分析、线性回归分析探讨NLBP患者黄韧带厚度的相关影响因素。【结果】(1)60例NLBP患者黄韧带厚度平均为(2.60±0.72)mm。(2)NLBP患者的中医体质呈4类,其中以血瘀质分布最多,达21例(35.0%),其他从高到低依次为湿热质19例(31.7%)、痰湿质12例(20.0%)、气虚质8例(13.3%)。(3)相关分析结果显示:NLBP患者的BMI、性别、中医体质类型、有无糖尿病对黄韧带厚度的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同年龄、高血压分级对黄韧带厚度的影响差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。【结论】NLBP患者的中医体质类型以血瘀质为主,其黄韧带厚度受年龄影响较为显著,而高血压可能是潜在的黄韧带厚度的影响因素。

Nanostructure photodetectors,as the core component of optoelectronic devices,are mainly focused on the precise preparation of mixed-component nano-heterostructures and the realization of zero power consumption ***,we successfully fabricated n-GaN/p-ZnTe core/shell nanopillar array and realized self-power ultraviolet/violet *** radial heterojunction nanodevice reveals high light-dark current ratio of 104 at 0 V bias,indicating effective carriers’*** more,by integrating plasmonic effect,the responsivity and detectivity of the Au nanoparticles decorated device are increased from 3.85 to 148.83 mA/W and 4.45×1011 to 2.33×1012 Jones under 325 nm UV light *** the rise and the fall time are decreased 1.3 times and 6.8 times under 520 nm visible light irradiation at 0 V *** high photocurrent gain is derived from that the oscillating high-energy hot electrons in Au nanoparticles spontaneously inject into the ZnTe conduction band to involve the photodetection *** work presents an effective route to prepare high-performance self-power photodetector and provides a promising blueprint to realize different functional photoelectronic devices based on core/shell nanostructure.

2021年,尽管新冠疫情仍然困扰全球,但新药创制的脚步却未因此减缓。美国FDA药物评价和研究中心(CDER)在过去一年里共计批准了50款新药,其中有27款为首创性(first-in-class)药物,为过去十年的峰值。小分子的首创性药物依旧占据主导地位,获批15款。其中包括多个具有里程碑式重要意义的首创性小分子药物,例如首个靶向“不可成药”靶标KRAS G12C突变蛋白的小分子共价抑制剂索托雷塞(sotorasib),首个靶向BCR-ABL1蛋白肉豆蔻酰口袋的小分子变构抑制剂阿思尼布(asciminib),首个抑制缺氧诱导因子HIF-2α的小分子抑制剂贝组替凡(belzutifan),首个治疗慢性心力衰竭恶化的sGC小分子激动剂维立西呱(vericiguat)等。首创性药物依赖于发现全新的作用靶标和生物机制,分子设计思路各不相同,具有重要的学习和借鉴意义。本文通过浅析其中3例首创性小分子药物的研发背景、研发过程和治疗应用,以期为更多的首创性药物提供研究思路与方法。

2022年,是全球经历新冠疫情侵扰的第三个年头,其对药物研发的影响也逐渐显现。美国FDA药物评价和研究中心(CDER)在过去一年里共计批准了37款新药,相比2021年50款新药获批的历史峰值有了明显下降。首创性(first-in-class)药物仍是新药获批的主力军,本年度共计有21款,其中小分子的首创性药物有7款。今年新药获批的总数虽大幅下降,但其中不乏多款具有重要借鉴意义的首创性小分子药物,例如首款口服丙酮酸激酶(PK)激活剂米他匹伐(mitapivat),首个选择性心肌β肌球蛋白三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶变构抑制剂玛伐凯泰(mavacamten),首个靶向TYK2(酪氨酸激酶2)的氘代变构抑制剂氘可来昔替尼(deucravacitinib),首个靶向HIV衣壳的长效抑制剂来那帕韦(lenacapavir)等。首创性药物的研究需要聚焦临床难点问题,通过全新的作用靶标和生物机制实现对特定疾病的治疗效果。在生物机制研究、靶标选择、分子筛选、先导物确定、成药性优化等多方面研究过程中均存在巨大挑战,成功的首创性药物研发过程具有重要的学习和借鉴意义。本文通过浅析本年度3个首创性小分子药物的研发背景、研发过程和治疗应用,以期为更多的首创性药物提供研究思路与方法。

BACKGROUND The recurrence rate of liver cancer after surgery is *** ablation(RFA)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)is an effective treatment for liver cancer;however,its efficacy in recurrent liver cancer remains *** To investigate the clinical effect of TACE combined with RFA in the treatment of recurrent liver *** Ninety patients with recurrent liver cancer were divided into 2 groups according to treatment plan:Control(RFA alone);and experimental[TACE combined with RFA(TACE+RFA)].The incidence of increased alanine aminotransferase levels,complications,and other indices were compared between the two groups before and after the *** One month after the procedures,the short-term efficacy rate and Karnofsky Performance Status scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION TACE+RFA was effective for the treatment of recurrent liver cancer and significantly reduced AFP levels and improved various indices of liver function.

H62 brass material is one of the important materials in the process of electrical energy transmission and signal transmission,and has excellent performance in all *** the wear behavior of electrical contact pairs is particularly complex when they are in service,we evaluated the effects of load,sliding velocity,displacement amplitude,current intensity,and surface roughness on the changes in contact *** learning(ML)algorithms were used to predict the electrical contact performance of different factors after wear to determine the correlation between different factors and contact *** forest(RF),support vector regression(SVR)and BP neural network(BPNN)algorithms were used to establish RF,SVR and BPNN models,respectively,and the experimental data were trained and *** was proved that BP neural network model could better predict the stable mean resistance of H62 brass alloy after *** analysis shows that the load and current have great influence on the predicted electrical contact *** wear behavior of electrical contacts is influenced by factors such as load,sliding speed,displacement amplitude,current intensity,and surface roughness during *** learning algorithms can predict the electrical contact performance after wear caused by these *** results indicate that an increase in load,current,and surface roughness leads to a decrease in stable mean resistance,while an increase in displacement amplitude and frequency results in an increase in stable mean resistance,leading to a decline in electrical contact *** reduce testing time and costs and quickly obtain the electrical contact performance of H62 brass alloy after wear caused by different factors,three algorithms(random forest(RF),support vector regression(SVR),and BP neural network(BPNN))were used to train and test experimental results,resulting in a machine learning model suitable for predicting the stable mean
