The immune system has been attracting increasing attention in the field of chronic neurological disorders in the central nervous system(CNS).Autoreactive T cells targeting CNS antigens play a crucial role in the development of various autoimmune diseases,such as multiple sclerosis(MS)and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD).Moreover,T cells are now recognized as a pivotal contributor to the pathology of neurodegenerative disorders,including Alzheimer's disease(AD),Parkinson's disease(PD),and multiple system atrophy.

Electrospray,as a liquid source supply system,has been applied to chemical vapour deposition（CVD）.In thermal CVD,the microstructure of the obtained films changes from dense to coarse granular because of the decreasing surface temperature during *** the electrospray laser chemical vapour deposition method,we prepared homogenous alumina *** found that laser irradiation was effective in compensating the surface temperature decrease,and an alpha-alumina coating with dense columnar microstructures was obtained at a deposition rate of 200 μm/h using 200 W Nd：YAG laser irradiation.

Numerical simulation has been performed to investigate the combined effects of wake flow pattern and buoyancy on the characteristics of the flow and heat transfer for the mixed convective flow around a vertical cylinder embedded in porous medium. Three-dimensional Darcy’s equations are solved. The discretization procedure for the governing equations is based on the finite-volume method. Peclect number and Rayleigh number are two major independent parameters representing the effects of the flow and heat transfer, respectively. The flow pattern, temperature distribution, and Nusselt number distribution are investigated in wide ranges of these independent parameters. Correlation results for the onset of the secondary flow and enhancement of the heat transfer are presented and discussed.

The low cycle fatigue strength properties of the additively manufactured Ti-6Al-4V alloy are experimentally investi-gated under proportional and nonproportional multiaxial *** fatigue tests were conducted using hollow cylinder specimens with and without heat treatments,at room temperature in *** fatigue tests were conducted:one for proportional loading and one for nonproportional *** proportional loading was represented by a push-pull strain path(PP)and the nonproportional loading by a circle strain path(Cl).The failure lives of the additively manufactured specimens were clearly reduced drastically by internal voids and ***,the sizes of the defects were measured,and the defects were found not to cause a reduction in fatigue strength above a critical *** fracture surface was observed using scanning electron microscopy to investigate the fracture mechanisms of the additively manufactured specimens under the two types of strain *** fracture patterns were recognized for each strain paths;however,both showed retention of the crack propagation,despite the presence of numerous defects,probably because of the interaction of the *** crack propagation properties of the materials with numerous defects under nonproportional multiaxial loading were clarified to increase the reliability of the additively manufactured components.

We give some new genus-3 universal equations for Gromov-Witten invariants of compact symplectic manifolds. These equations were obtained by studying relations in the tautological ring of the moduli space of2-pointed genus-3 stable curves. A byproduct of our search for genus-3 equations is a new genus-2 universal equation for Gromov-Witten invariants.

Reactive N is closely related to the global issues of climate change and regional pollutions. Nitrous oxide (N2O), the fourth important gas among greenhouse gases, is produced as an intermediate in nitrification and denitrification processes. As methane (CH4) is the end product in the anoxic decomposition of organic materials, mitigation options of N2O emission are different from those of CH4 emission. Nitrate is another reactive N bringing about the eutrification of aqueous environments and the hazard of drinking water. Mitigation of NO3 problem also relates closely to the N2O emission. Therefore, holistic approaches are necessary for solving the problems of Earth warming and environmental eutrification by reactive N at the same time. In this paper, the deforestation in the tropics, and the present situations of food supply and sustainable agriculture in Japan are re-evaluated in terms of N2O emission and NO3 discharge from the agricultural sector. The magnitude of N2O emission by deforestation in the tropics may fall within the similar order of magnitude by N fertilization. As more N is imported as foods and fodder than the amount of fertilized N in Japan, more attention should be paid to the phases of their consumption and waste treatment. Sole attention to the production stage is not enough for the total mitigation of various environmental problems by reactive N in relation to agriculture. Parameters holistically evaluating the impact of reactive N on the Earth and respective regions are urgently necessary.
