Digitizing the land surface temperature(T_(s))and surface soil moisture(m _(v))is essential for developing the intelligent Digital ***,we developed a two parameter physical-based passive microwave remote sensing model for jointly retrieving T_(s) and m_(v) using the dual-polarized T_(b) of Aqua satellite advanced microwave scanning radiometer(AMSR-E)C-band(6.9 GHz)based on the simplified radiative transfer *** using in situ T_(s) and m_(v) in southern China showed the average root mean square errors(RMSE)of T s and m_(v) retrievals reach 2.42 K(R^(2)=0.61,n=351)and 0.025 g cm^(−3)(R^(2)=0.68,n=663),*** results were also validated using global in situ T_(s)(n=2362)and m_(v)(n=1657)of International Soil Moisture *** corresponding RMSE are 3.44 k(R 2=0.86)and 0.039 g cm^(−3)(R^(2)=0.83),*** monthly variations of model-derived Ts and mv are highly consistent with those of the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer T_(s)(R^(2)=0.57;RMSE=2.91 k)and ECV_SM m_(v)(R^(2)=0.51;RMSE=0.045 g cm^(−3)),***,this paper indicates an effective way to jointly modeling T_(s) and m_(v) using passive microwave remote sensing.

Construction of an ecological resistance surface model and its application in urban expansion simulations

Urban expansion models are useful tools to understand urbanization process and have been given much attention. However, urban expansion is a complicated socio-economic phenomenon that is affected by complex and volatile factors involving in great uncertainties. Therefore, the accurate simulation of the urban expansion process remains challenging. In this paper, we make an attempt to solve such uncertainty through a reversal process and view urban expansion as a process wherein the urban landscape overcomes resistance from other landscapes. We developed an innovative approach derived from the minimum cumulative resistance （MCR） model that involved the introduction of a relative resistance factor for dif- ferent source levels and the consideration of rigid constraints on urban expansion caused by ecological barriers. Using this approach, the urban expansion ecological resistance （UEER） model was created to describe ecological resistance surfaces suitable for simulating urban expansion and used to simulate urban expansion in Guangzhou. The study results demon- strate that the ecological resistance surface generated by the UEER model comprehensively reflects ecological resistance to urban expansion and indicates the spatial trends in urban expansion. The simulation results from the UEEIR-based model were more realistic and more accurately reflected ecological protection requirements than the conventional MCR-based model. These findings can enhance urban expansion simulation methods.

目的探讨奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的认知功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法纳入临汾市第五人民医院2020年1月~2023年2月的84例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按抽签法随机法分为两组,利培酮组41例,奥氮平组43例。利培酮组采用利培酮治疗,奥氮平组采用奥氮平治疗,均治疗12周。比较治疗前后阴性和阳性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)以及血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后两组PANSS各项评分均显著低于治疗前,治疗后奥氮平组显著低于利培酮组(P<0.05);治疗后两组MoCA评分显著升高,血清白介素-6(interleakin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平显著降低,且治疗后奥氮平组MoCA评分高于利培酮组,血清炎性因子水平显著低于利培酮组(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者能够获得显著的临床疗效,并且能够促进其认知功能改善,可能与下调血清炎性因子水平有关。

念珠菌血症患者的临床特征及预后分析和构建预测模型

目的了解念珠菌血症患者的临床特征和菌种分布,探讨影响其预后的危险因素及构建预测模型。方法回顾性收集2017年1月1日至2022年12月31日香港大学深圳医院血培养念珠菌属阳性病例,描述其临床特征、菌种分布、基础疾病、治疗及30 d预后相关危险因素,采用t检验和χ^(2)检验进行预后单因素分析,采用logistic回归分析预后因素及构建念珠菌血症预后的预测模型。结果观察期间,共有60例病例入选,其中男性35例(58.33%),女25例(41.67%);平均年龄为(56.65±24.02)岁,35例(63.52%)是老年患者(61~100)岁;念珠菌血症的平均发生率为1.6例/10000人次住院患者;医院获得性感染病例42例(65.22%);45例(75.00%)发病前30 d曾使用广谱抗生素;25例(41.67%)发病前30 d接受手术治疗;38例(63.33%)留置中心静脉置管和31例(51.67%)留置导尿管;白念珠菌为主要致病菌株,其次为热带念珠菌;54例曾接受至少1次的系统抗真菌治疗,启动抗真菌治疗的平均时间为发病后(1.68±2.84)d;首选的抗真菌药物为米卡芬净(38例)。其中,生存29例(48.33%),平均年龄为(52.90±26.66)岁,死亡31例(51.67%),平均年龄为(60.00±21.11)岁;单因素分析显示高血压、意识障碍、淋巴细胞绝对值减少、血小板计数降低与患者死亡相关,48 h内移除中心静脉置管和足量的系统抗真菌药与患者生存相关;多因素分析结果显示高血压(OR=18.02,P=0.025)、意识障碍(OR=22.07,P=0.059)、淋巴细胞绝对值减少(OR=3.79,P=0.294)和血小板计数降低(OR=8.47,P=0.073)是念珠菌血症死亡的独立危险因素,而48 h内移除中心静脉置管(OR=0.46,P=0.346)和足量的系统抗真菌药物治疗(OR=0.17,P=0.400)则为保护性因素。结论念珠菌血症患者具有高龄、基础疾病多、病死率高等临床特点;致病菌株以白念珠菌为主;高血压、意识障碍、淋巴细胞绝对值减少和血小板计数降低是死亡独立危险因素。48 h内移除中心静脉置管和足量的系统抗真菌药物治疗是预后的保护性因素;预测模型有助于临床判断念珠菌血症患者的预后。

Tropical and subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forests(EBFs)and needle-leaved forests(ENFs)in China exhibit complex leaf shedding strategies in responses to soil water availability,vapor pressure deficits(VPDs)and sunlight ***,the seasonal variations and triggers of litterfall differ significantly in tropical/subtropical forests,and there are still many ***,we aim to explore the distinct climatic factors of seasonal litterfall in a climate–phenology correlation *** collected seasonal litterfall data from 85 sites across tropical/subtropical China and used linear correlation coefficients between sunlight and rainfall to partition synchronous/asynchronous *** phase analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted to model the climatic triggers of tropical *** indicated two types of tropical litterfall phenology under two types of *** synchronous climates,where seasonal sunlight and rainfall are positively correlated,the litterfall peak of the unimodal phenology and the first litterfall peak of the bimodal phenology both happen at the end of dry *** second litterfall peak of the bimodal phenology occurs at the end of rainy season due to water *** asynchronous climates,where seasonal sunlight and rainfall are negatively correlated,VPD shows consistent seasonal variations with incoming *** leaf senescence is accelerated at the end of dry season by higher VPD;while soil water deficit is in anti-phase with sunlight and mainly controls the second litterfall peak of the bimodal phenology in *** findings provide an important reference for modeling tropical phenology in Earth system models.

Guangdong Province,as one of China’s fast-developing regions,an important manufacturing base,and one of the national first round low-carbon pilots,still faces many challenges in controlling its total energy *** dominates Guangdong’s energy consumption and remains the major source of CO_(2).Previous research on factors influencing energy consumption has lacked a systematic analysis both from supply side(factors related to scale,structure,and technologies)and demand side(investment,consumption,and trade).This paper develops the logarithmic mean Divisia index(LMDI)method that focuses on the supply side and the structural decomposition analysis(SDA)method that focuses on the demand side to systematically identify the key factors driving coal consumption in *** are as follows:(1)supply side analysis indicates that economic growth has always been the most important factor driving coal consumption growth,while energy intensity is the most important constraining *** structure and energy structure have different impacts on coal consumption control during different development phases.(2)Demand side analysis indicates that coal is consumed mainly for international exports,inter-provincial exports,fixed capital formation,and urban household.(3)Industries with the fastest coal consumption growth driven by final demand have experienced significant *** in industrial sectors were mainly driven by inter-provincial exports and urban household consumption in recent years.(4)Research on energy consumption in subnational regions under China’s new development pattern of“dual circulation”should not only focus on exports in the context of economic globalization but also pay more attention to inter-provincial exports on the background of strengthened interregional connections.

目前用于中国干旱监测的遥感方法大多是可见光和热红外指数法,受云雨、植被和地形的影响较大,不能满足中国南方地区干旱监测的需求。该研究基于被动微波辐射传输方程,首先构建了基于AMSR-E(advanced microwave scanning radiometer-EOS)数据的地表温度反演模型,R2=0.79,RMSE(root mean square error)为2.54℃,实现了中国地表温度的被动微波遥感监测。然后,拟合了不同下垫面归一化植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)与微波极化差异指数(microwave polarization difference index,MPDI)的关系。在此基础上改进了植被供水指数(vegetation supply water index,VSWI),构建了基于AMSR-E数据的被动微波遥感气象干旱指数,并以中国2009年的旱情为例进行实例验证。研究表明,该干旱指数与AMSR-E L3土壤湿度数据有着显著的负相关关系(R2=0.75),且能基本表征2009年中国实际的气象干旱状况。

城市化的快速发展使得大量的人造建筑物取代了自然地表,极大的改变了城市的热环境,加速了城市的"热岛效应",给人类的身体健康、生活环境带来许多危害。以公园为主体的城市绿地通过植被的光合作用、蒸腾以及蒸散作用降低温度、增加湿度,是缓解城市热岛效应的有效途径之一。选取广州市城区17个公园作为研究对象,使用TM遥感影像反演公园周边温度,分析了公园周边温度的分布情况。研究表明,在一定范围内,公园周边温度与公园边界点温度的温差随着其远离公园边界距离的增大而增加,且增长趋势逐渐减缓,近似于一条过原点的三次多项式;公园的平均降温范围与公园绿地面积存在显著的正相关关系,拟合曲线近似于一种对数形式增加;水体面积比例较大的公园,比同等条件下水体面积较小的公园降温效果好;而长宽比较大(≥2)的公园,即使公园面积较小,降温效果也较明显。首次对广州市城区公园周边温度分布规律进行了定量研究,研究结果对像广州这样的大城市生态规划尤其是公园规划设计具有实质性的指导意义,也可为世界其他类似地区、城市进行公园规划设计提供重要的理论依据和参考价值。

交通基础设施建设对地区经济和城市发展具有深远的影响,特别是跨江通道建设可极大提升海湾两岸城市群之间的交通和经济联系,因此研究跨江通道对海湾地区空间格局的影响具有重要的意义与价值。针对先前可达性模型中对非交通网络栅格均质化处理的局限,在模型中对非交通网络栅格增加自然(水面、海拔、坡度)和土地利用类型等影响因素处理,对既有分析模型进行改进,使得交通可达性更符合实际情况。应用该改进模型计算了港珠澳大桥两种情景下珠三角区域可达性空间格局的变化,探讨港珠澳大桥对中心城市时间和费用可达性的影响。分析结果表明:①时间可达性分析中,在珠三角中心城市中,香港和珠海的时间可达性提高最多,而其他城市则影响较弱;②费用可达性分析中,港珠澳大桥的开通可极大减少香港和珠海往珠三角西岸和东岸的运输费用,同时,不同的大桥通行费用情况下,费用差异产生影响的空间范围差别相同,而不同地区的影响程度则有所差别。基于时间和费用可达性的变化,进一步讨论了港珠澳大桥的建设产生的影响。港珠澳大桥的建成能提升珠江口西岸地区的区位优势,促进区域融合和经济发展;能满足日益增长的跨界交通需求,将成为珠江口南部的重要通道,改变珠三角地区的交通空间格局。研究对产业影响表现有所差异,香港在商贸和服务业的优势将进一步凸显,而西岸地区的旅游业和房地产将不断受益。最后分析了政策和其他交通通道建设对港珠澳大桥的影响。
