As a legal currency with the credit endorsement of the Chinese government,DC/EP has many advantages and special characteristics.Based on the application of DC/EP in the financing of small-and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),this paper studies the optimal financing decisions of SMEs under both the traditional financing mode and the DC/EP financing mode.Considering the construction and use costs of DC/EP and the role of DC/EP credit traceability in improving mortgage rates,this paper explores the feasible range for SMEs to select DC/EP financing.It is found that mortgage rates affect the returns of SMEs when they take on loans;under different credit strategies,the pledge rate set by the bank will affect the financing willingness of SMEs.The participants had different optimal mortgage rates to optimize the returns of borrowers and banks.High-quality SMEs are more willing to use the DC/EP platform for financing.With the increase in default costs,banks will be more inclined to use DC/EP,while enterprises will be inclined to utilize the traditional financing mode.Through the comparative analysis of the two financing modes,the default cost range that neither banks nor borrowers are willing to use DC/EP is found.This study provides theoretical support and management inspiration for scientific decision-making to solve the financing problems of SMEs by using DC/EP.

本文针对现实生活中常见的两种供应链成本分担契约:一种是制造商为零售商承担部分售后服务成本;另一种是制造商为零售商承担部分售后服务成本,零售商也为制造商承担部分质量成本。分析了采用不同成本分担契约对产品定价、质量水平、售后服务水平以及供应链成员利润的影响。研究发现:(1)当售后成本分担比例和质量成本分担比例都低于一定水平时,两种成本分担契约下的产品质量水平和售后服务水平都能得到提升,但质量成本和售后成本相互分担契约下的产品质量水平和售后服务水平会更高。(2)制造商在质量成本和售后成本相互分担契约下的利润总是高于单一售后成本分担契约下的利润,但制造商只有在分担售后服务成本比例较小、消费者对售后服务成本较不敏感、质量成本系数较大时,与不使用成本分担契约相比,使用单一售后成本分担契约才能提升利润。这也解释了为什么新兴行业中,制造商倾向于使用质量和售后成本相互分担契约,因为新兴行业中的消费者对售后服务成本往往比较敏感,而使用质量成本和售后成本相互分担契约与使用单一售后成本分担契约相比,能使产品售后服务水平提升得更高,进而提升制造商利润。(3)零售商并不一定能从单一售后成本分担契约下获益,只有当质量成本系数较小时,与不使用成本分担契约相比,零售商在单一售后成本分担契约下的利润才会更高。与单一售后服务成本分担契约相比,当质量成本系数和售后服务成本系数都较大时,零售商在质量成本和售后成本相互分担契约下的利润会更低。

数字化转型已经成为改造提升传统动能、培育壮大新动能的重要手段,也为涉农企业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。从理论层面剖析了数字化转型对涉农企业竞争力的影响机制,同时对其影响效应进行了实证检验。研究发现:理论层面,数字化转型通过提高生产效率、提升产品竞争力以及增强市场应对能力,从而提升了涉农企业竞争力水平;实证层面,基准回归结果证实了数字化转型对涉农企业竞争力具有显著正向促进作用,且在控制模型内生性、替换回归样本和改变估计方法后的回归结果均支持该结论。由此表明,数字化转型确实提升了涉农企业竞争力水平。此外,这种影响在企业规模、企业年龄等方面存在显著异质性,但并不存在对于企业所在地区的显著异质性。

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the regions with the most dynamic economies,highest degrees of openness,strongest innovation capacities and largest populations,as well as an important engine driving China’s economic development.Currently,the development of the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region faces many difficulties,including an inefficient distribution of regional functions,imbalance in industrial structure,low sophistication,and serious overburdening of resources and the environment.Promoting the overall coordinated development of the region has become an urgent challenge.In this paper,according to the conventions of industrial structure optimization,the three core indicators of regional industrial structure rationalization,sophistication and ecologicalization are constructed.With the help of the grey dynamic correlation model,the three indicators are coupled with the economic growth rate,and the industrial structure optimization index of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is comprehensively measured.The study shows that rationalization of the industrial structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is increasing but that this trend is not obvious;sophistication of the industrial structure is relatively high and has also been operating at a high level;however,the overall ecological level of the industrial structure in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not high and presents the characteristics of high in the middle and low at both ends.In terms of the relationship between industrial structure and economic growth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,ecologicalization of the industrial structure has the greatest influence on economic growth,followed by sophistication of the industrial structure,and rationalization of the industrial structure has the weakest influence.

从理论层面剖析了数字化转型对企业内部控制质量的影响及其异质性与调节机理,并以沪深A股上市公司2007年至2020年间的面板数据为样本进行了实证检验。研究发现,数字化转型能够通过优化内部环境、提高风险管控水平、强化内部控制活动执行力度和提高信息沟通效率对企业内部控制质量起到正向促进作用。进一步研究表明,数字化转型对制造业企业内部控制质量的提升效应大于非制造业企业,且对技术密集型和资本密集型制造业企业内部控制质量的影响显著但对劳动密集型制造业企业的影响不显著。同时,企业规模和股权集中度在数字化转型对企业内部控制质量的影响中均起到正向调节作用。

Blockchain technology originated from virtual currency, which, since 2009, has sprung up all over the world and has gradually entered people’s sight. Blockchain is a new integrated application model of distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, cryptographic algorithm and other computer technologies. In a broad sense, blockchain technology is a new distributed infrastructure and computing method by using blockchain data structure to verify and store data, distributed node consensus algorithm to generate and update data, cryptography to ensure the security of data transmission and access, and intelligent contract composed of automatic script code to program and operate data.

This paper considers a dual channel supply chain,where a manufacturer sells a single product through his/her online channel and a traditional retailer,who provides consumers with pre-sale services.The manufacturer's online channel may free-ride the retailer's pre-sale service,which reduces the retailer's desired effort level,and hence may hurt the manufacturer's and the overall supply chain performance.Under both Manufacturer-and Retailer-Stackelberg settings,we study how the manufacturer designs a service-cost-sharing(SCS for brevity)contract to enhance the retailer's service effort level,and how free riding influences two members'optimal decisions.We design an algorithm for determining the two members’optimal decisions under each setting.The three main findings are found:(i)In the Manufacturer-Stackelberg setting,the SCS contract can enhance the retailer's service effort level and eliminate the negative impact incurred by free riding,but can't in the Retailer-Stackelberg setting,(ii)Under the SCS contract,the smaller the fraction of service cost the retailer is requested to share,the more detrimental to the retailer it will be under certain conditions.That is,the phenomenon called"counter-profit cost-sharing"appears,(iii)Both players like to act as a leader if the price competition between the two channels is not relatively very fierce,otherwise they both like to act as a follower.

着眼于改善磷酸盐粘结涂层的摩擦学性能,探究了改性碳纤维应用于涂层的可行性。通过电泳沉积法将氧化石墨烯(GO)接枝到碳纤维(CF)表面,并采用刮涂-热固法制备了磷酸盐陶瓷涂层;采用扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱仪分别表征了CF-GO样品的表面形貌和分子结构,通过摩擦磨损试验机考察了CF-GO含量对涂层摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明:含CF-GO的涂层摩擦学性能显著优于含未处理CF的涂层;随着CF-GO含量的增加,磷酸盐粘结涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率均呈现出先降低后增加的变化;与未添加CF的涂层相比,含10%(质量分数)CF-GO的涂层表现出优异的摩擦学性能,对应的平均摩擦系数和磨损率分别降低了50%和38%。这表明适量的CF-GO能够改善其涂层的摩擦学性能,可为新型磷酸盐涂层研发和工程应用提供较好的参考。

The development of new materials for the design of sensitive and responsive sensors has become a crucial research direction.Here,two silver cluster-based polymers(Ag-CBPs),including one-dimensional[Ag_(22)(L1)_(8)(CF_(3)CO_(2))_(14)](CH_(3)OH)_(2))n chain and two-dimensional[Ag_(12)(L2)_(2)(CO_(2)CF_(3))_(14)(H_(2)O)_(4)(AgCO_(2)CF_(3))_(4)](HNEt_(3))_(2))_(n) film,are designed and used to simulate the human nose,an elegant sensor to smells,to distinguish organic solvents.We study the relationship between the atomic structures of Ag-CBPs determined by x-ray diffraction and the electrical properties in the presence of organic solvents(e.g.,methanol and ethanol).The ligands,cations,and the ligated solvent molecules not only play an important role in the self-assembly process of Ag-CBP materials but also determine their physiochemical properties such as the sensing functionality.
