A method for the non-destructive purification of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)using classical coordination chemistry to remove the metal catalyst has been *** preliminary tests,the conductivity of films based on the resulting SWNTs was markedly better than that of films prepared from SWNTs purified by treatment with oxidizing acid *** transparent and conducting SWNT films have potential applications in optoelectronic devices.

针灸度量寸制的起源、混乱现状及标准化建议

针灸的度量制起源于秦汉时期,至今与针灸相关的“寸”已经有多种含义,包括内经寸、同身寸、针具寸及刺法寸等。因历史原因,各种寸制的关系及转换比较复杂,尚无统一认识,有待厘清和标准化。最近出现的“晋前尺”承传有序,为研究秦制汉寸提供了关键实物证据。根据实测、文献记载及相关统计数据,可知秦汉时期的内经寸,即为晋前尺的汉寸(1汉寸=2.31 cm),实为中国男子的标准身寸(标身寸),与身高比约为1∶75。这个比值是汉代医家的重要发现,适用于古今中外的人体度量。汉寸是针灸寸制的源头,现仍然可以代表中国及全世界男子的平均身高。唐代出现的同身寸的起因可能是因为古代度量制的变更,而能被广泛使用至今的主要原因是个体化度量在针灸临床中的实用价值。但汉寸的失传,是针灸度量制的损失,间接地导致了欧洲男子“标身寸”英寸成为针具的度量寸。目前各国的针具寸以英寸为基准,但在转为公制时采纳了不同方式的“取整为寸”,形成了全球各自不同的针具规格,在比例和长度上都有显著差异。刺法寸本应以同身寸为深度标准,但在实际操作中需以针具寸来测量。从针灸长远发展考量,建议在未来针灸教学和标准化中,恢复以晋前尺为标准的汉寸,明确标身寸与同身寸的概念和价值,制定寸制与公制并存的针灸度量系统。

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy output feedback control approach based on backstepping design is proposed for a class of SISO strict feedback nonlinear systems with unmeasured states, nonlinear uncertainties, unmodeled dynamics, and dynamical disturbances. Fuzzy logic systems are employed to approximate the nonlinear uncertainties, and an adaptive fuzzy state observer is designed for the states estimation. By combining backstepping technique with the fuzzy adaptive control approach, a stable adaptive fuzzy output feedback robust control is constructed recursively, in which nonlinear damping terms and a dynamical signal are introduced to counteract the nonlinear uncertainties and dominate the dynamic disturbances, respectively. It is proved that the proposed adaptive fuzzy control approach guarantees that all the signals of the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly bounded, and the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin. Simulation studies are included to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The genetic stability and expression efficiency of exogenous genes in transgenic animals are closely related to integration site and copy number. In our laboratory, by transgenic manipulation and subsequent test crosses, we established an ‘‘all-fish'' growth hormone(GH)transgenic common carp family that exhibits fast *** this present study, genome walking, real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and fluorescence in situ hybridization techniques were applied to identify the integration characteristics of the exogenous grass carp GH gene in the transgenic common carp. The exogenous GH genes, in the form of two complete and one incomplete tandem repeats, were found to have integrated into an ATrich region near the end of a chromosome pair. We hypothesize that the high efficiency of exogenous GH gene expression might be due to the low copy number in the genome and the AT-rich integration site.

lithium-ion batteries(liBs)with fast-charging capability are essential for enhancing consumer experience and accelerating the global market adoption of electric ***,achieving fast-charging capability without compromising energy density,cycling lifespan,and safety of liBs remains a significant challenge due to the formation of dendritic li metal on graphite anode under fast charging *** view of this,the fundamentals for the dendritic metallic li formation and the strategies for suppressing metallic li plating based on analyzing the entire li^(+)transport pathway at the anode including electrolyte,pore structure of electrode,and surface and bulk of materials are summarized and discussed in this ***,we highlight the importance of designing thick electrodes with fast li^(+)transport kinetics and comprehensively understanding the interaction between solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)and li^(+)migration in order to avoid the formation of dendritic li metal in practical fast-charging ***,the regulation of li metal plating with plane morphology,instead of dendritic structure,on the surface of graphite electrode under fast-charging condition is analyzed as a future direction to achieve higher energy density of batteries without safety concerns.

In this paper, we discuss quantum uncertainty relations of quantum coherence through a different method from Ref. [52]. Some lower bounds with parameters and their minimal bounds are obtained. Moreover, we find that for two pairs of measurement bases with the same maximum overlap, quantum uncertainty relations and lower bounds with parameters are different, but the minimal bounds are the same. In addition, we discuss the dynamics of quantum uncertainty relations of quantum coherence and their lower bounds under the amplitude damping channel（ADC）. We find that the ADC will change the uncertainty relations and their lower bounds, and their tendencies depend on the initial state.

随着教育改革的不断推进,高校发展与资源配置矛盾日益凸显,在有限资源下保持健康长久发展则成为关键。我国高校绩效管理理论较多,但普遍呈现碎片化状态,各环节尚未紧密联系。绩效管理体系需注重全局化、流程化和特色化,应涵盖计划、实施、监督和反馈等维度,以战略管理思维引导后续工作方向,以科学系统的评价体系挖掘绩效管理弱点,将监督贯穿绩效管理全过程,利用反馈意见修正资源配置路径,各环节需相互配合、相辅相成。在现有研究基础上,以战略为导向,将预算绩效管理体系流程化,将平衡计分卡和“3E”原则整合到评价环节,构建一套覆盖较为全面且具特色化的评价指标库,将监督与反馈机制融入绩效管理体系,实现环环相扣,使得资源配置发挥最大效用。

皮肤活检发现肥大细胞密集是经脉腧穴和微针系统针刺靶点的共同特点。肥大细胞与神经纤维、微血管在组织分布毗邻。外界机械或温度等物理刺激可激活肥大细胞,释放多种细胞因子和化学因子,形成局部炎症性内环境,导致周围C神经等结构敏化。敏化的C神经释放P物质(SP)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)。SP激活肥大细胞,CGRP促进局部微血管扩张而渗透性增加,血浆外渗,白细胞浸润,促进周围组织敏化。肥大细胞激活与C神经纤维敏化之间的反复循环持久存在会导致中枢敏化。周围与中枢敏化表现为腧穴区域敏化,包括对温度的敏化和对压痛的敏化,成为针刺和艾灸靶组织的重要特征。
