Distributed Robust Energy and Reserve Dispatch for Coordinated Transmission and Active Distribution Systems

The increasing penetration of renewable energy sources introduces higher requirements for the operation flexibility of transmission system(TS) and connected active distribution systems(DSs). This paper presents an efficient distributed framework for the TS and DSs to work cooperatively yet independently. In addition to conventional power interaction, upward and downward reserve capacities are exchanged to form the feasible access regions at the boundaries that apply to different system operation situations. A distributed robust energy and reserve dispatch approach is proposed under this framework. The approach utilizes the supply-and demand-side resources in different systems to handle various uncertainties and improve overall efficiency and reliability. In particular, integrated as aggregated virtual energy storage(AVES) devices, air-conditioning loads are incorporated into the optimal dispatch. In addition, a reserve model with charging/discharging-state elasticity is developed for AVESs to enhance system flexibility and provide additional reserve support. Different cases are compared to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach.

Aflatoxin B1(AFB1) is a common contaminant in cereals of global concern， and long-term low-dose exposure can adversely affect human health. Here， we showed that populations with dietary patterns characterized by high-fat diet (HFD) might have an increased risk of exposure to high levels of AFB1. Our data indicated that chronic exposure of AFB1 induced “gut-liver axis” injury in mice under HFD and normal diet (ND) patterns. AFB1 further aggravated hepatic and intestinal injury， and intestinal microbiota disruption in HFD mice. Bifidobacterium breve BAA-2849 intervention analysis showed that liver injury and lipid disorders caused by AFB1 exposure were alleviated by regulating the proportions of different gut microbes. We demonstrated through a mice model that the populations with a dietary pattern of HFD might be more susceptible to AFB1 exposure and adverse effects on the gut-liver axis， and the toxicity of AFB1 exposure can be alleviated by regulating the gut microbiota.

差分星座图(Differential Constellation Trace Figure,DCTF)在射频指纹(Radio Frequency Fingerprint,RFF)识别中具有良好的性能,但在低信噪比情况下会产生严重的模糊。为了提高DCTF的识别精度,设计了注意力残差卷积神经网络模型,即DCTF-Res2Net模型。该模型在网络提取特征时加入注意力模块来提高DCTF的识别精度,并将标签平滑损失函数与网络模型结合,有效缓解了DCTF中的离群点对网络模型的干扰。在实验中,根据不同的传输方式和传输场景构建了完备的DCTF的数据集,并用DCTF-Res2Net模型对其进行分类。实验结果表明,在信噪比为5 dB的情况下,与传统的残差网络相比,所提出的DCTF-Res2Net模型可以达到更高的识别精度。

In the one-bit massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)channel scenario,the accurate channel estimation becomes more difficult because the signals received by the low-resolution analog-to-digital converters(ADC)are quantized and affected by channel noise.Therefore,a one-bit massive MIMO channel estimation method is proposed in this paper.The channel matrix is regarded as a two-dimensional image.In order to enhance the significance of noise features in the image and remove them,the channel attention mechanism is introduced into the conditional generative adversarial network(CGAN)to generate channel images,and im-prove the loss function.The simulation results show that the improved network can use a smaller number of pilots to obtain better channel estimation results.Under the same number of pilots and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the channel estimation accuracy can be improved by about 7.5 dB,and can adapt to the scenarios with more antennas.

Most of the existing physical layer watermarking authentication schemes are based on a single-input single-output system and require pre-issue of shared keys.To address these problems,in this thesis,a physical layer authentication scheme without the distribution keys is proposed based on the constellation dithering physical layer authentication watermarking mechanism with a multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)system,and space-time block coding(STBC)is used to improve the robustness of transmission.Specifically,the legitimate node obtains channel state information(CSI)through channel probing and couples CSI with the message signal using a hash function to generate an authentication tag,which is then embedded through constellation dithering.The receiver extracts the tag and authenticates it using hypothesis testing.Performance analysis shows that the scheme is resistant to various attacks such as replay,interference,tampering,and forgery.Simulation results show that the use of MIMO multi-antenna diversity with STBC coding technique reduces the bit error rate(BER)of message signals and tag signals and improves the detection rate of legitimate signals.

In this paper,we propose an asymmetric encrypted end-to-end communication system based on convolutional neural networks to solve the problem of secure transmission in the end-to-end wireless communication system.The system generates a key generator through a convolutional neural network as a bridge.The private and public keys establish a key pair relationship of arbitrary length sequence information.The transmitter and receiver consist of autoencoders based on convolutional neural networks.For data confidentiality requirements,we design the loss function of the end-to-end communication model based on a convolutional neural network.We also design bugs based on different predictions about the information the system eavesdropper has.Simulation results show that the system performs well on additive Gaussian white noise and Rayleigh fading channels.A legitimate party can establish a secure transmission under a designed communication system;an illegal eavesdropper without a key cannot accurately decode it.

目的本研究结合脑脊液动力学,探讨脊髓空洞跨节段分流术治疗由于外伤和感染导致的脊髓空洞症的临床疗效。方法收集2019年7月至2021年6月就诊于郑州市中心医院脊髓空洞专科的脊髓空洞症患者共17例的临床资料,入组者均行脊髓空洞跨节段分流手术。分析患者手术前后的临床特征、肌电图、影像学特征。使用芝加哥Chiari畸形预后评分(CCOS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分改善指数评估患者临床预后。采用Pearson法分析JOA评分改善指数及CCOS评分与脑脊液峰值流速差值的相关性。结果跨节段分流术后,14例临床症状明显改善,3例术后症状未改善。术后JOA评分高于术前(17.65±1.80 vs 8.94±2.36,t=11.609,P<0.01)。手术后肢体麻木、分离性感觉障碍、步态障碍、头晕症状、下肢无力、共济失调、感觉神经传导、运动神经传导、空洞最大径及枕骨大孔区及中脑导水管收缩期、舒张期脑脊液峰值流速较术前改善(P<0.05)。JOA评分改善指数及CCOS评分与脑脊液峰值流速差值显著相关(P<0.05)。结论对于外伤和感染导致的脊髓空洞症患者,脊髓空洞跨节段分流术一定程度上改善患者的脑脊液动力学,促进脊髓空洞缩小,改善临床症状。

Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolyte(SPE)is considered as a promising solid-state electrolyte for all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Nevertheless,the poor interfacial stability with high-voltage cathode materials(e.g.,LiCoO_(2))restricts its application in high energy density solid-state batteries.Herein,high-voltage stable Li_(3)AlF_(6) protective layer is coated on the surface of LiCoO_(2) particle to improve the performance and investigate the failure mechanism of PEO-based ASSLBs.The phase transition unveils that chemical redox reaction occurs between the highly reactive LiCoO_(2) surface and PEO-based SPE,resulting in structure collapse of LiCoO_(2),hence the poor cycle performance of PEO-based ASSLBs with LiCoO_(2) at charging voltage of 4.2 V vs Li/Li+.By sharp contrast,no obvious structure change can be found at the surface of Li_(3)AlF_(6)-coated LiCoO_(2),and the original layered phase was well retained.When the charging voltage reaches up to 4.5 V vs Li/Li+,the intensive electrochemical decomposition of PEO-based SPE occurs,leading to the constant increase of cell impedance and directly causing the poor performance.This work not only provides important supplement to the failure mechanism of PEO-based batter-ies with LiCoO_(2),but also presents a universal strategy to retain structure stability of cathode-electrolyte interface in high-voltage ASSLBs.
