In the context of transforming traditional labour-intensive industries into the service economy in China,the reuse of industrial heritage as museums has become a trend,for example,along Shanghai waterfronts,gradually fuelling the continuation of urban memory,reshaping urban cultural identity and promoting the development of the waterfront economy.Additionally,the connotation of a museum is continually being expanded from an institution to a method,and the major function is gradually shifting from collection to display.Previous studies on Shanghai waterfront industrial heritage have mostly referred to cultural factors,but these factors are still mainly included in macroscale large waterfront projects or microscale single practical project analyses.Mesoscale typology discussions between the two are rare.Therefore,this paper examines eleven industrial heritage sites that have been repurposed as museums along Shanghai waterfronts to analyse the urban memory elements of industrial heritage and summarise three classes of memory interpretation strategies:translating memory information,renovating memory carriers,and relating memory clues.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the study cases are discussed separately,and the following corresponding recommendations are made:1)further enrich and balance memory interpretation strategies;2)enhance the rationality,service,and tolerance of the“exhibition+”mode;and 3)improve local laws and regulations related to the protection and utilisation of industrial heritage to provide references for similar reuse designs.

背景酒精使用障碍(AUD)是常见的慢性复发性精神疾病,对于重度AUD,需早期快速识别并及时妥善处理,以避免不可逆的伤害发生。目前,对AUD严重程度的评估主要基于临床医师对患者的精神检查,关于AUD严重程度影响因素及预测模型的研究有限。目的分析AUD患者疾病严重程度的影响因素,构建风险预测模型,为评估AUD患者的疾病严重程度提供参考。方法回顾性选取2017年1月1日—2022年12月31日南宁市第五人民医院收治的、符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第5版)》(DSM-5)AUD诊断标准的1358例首次住院患者为研究对象,收集其基本资料,根据疾病严重程度分为轻中度组(n=330)和重度组(n=1028)。按7∶3将患者分为训练集和测试集,在训练集样本中构建Logistic回归模型,在测试集样本中采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析该模型对AUD严重程度的预测价值。结果与轻中度组相比,重度组居住地在城市(χ^(2)=7.804)、农民(χ^(2)=17.991)、饮酒频率高于1~2次/天(χ^(2)=35.267)的比例更高,初次饮酒年龄更大(t=-3.858),合并躯体疾病数量更多(Z=-22.782),γ-谷氨酰胺转移酶(χ^(2)=259.940)和总胆红素异常(χ^(2)=148.552)的比例更高(P均<0.01)。在训练集中进行的Logistic分析结果表明,农民(OR=2.024,95%CI:1.352~3.029)、初次饮酒年龄较大(OR=1.075,95%CI:1.025~1.129)、用餐时间外也饮酒(OR=3.988,95%CI:2.408~6.606)、总胆红素水平异常(OR=1.034,95%CI:1.000~1.069)、合并更多的躯体疾病(OR=4.386,95%CI:2.636~7.298)是AUD更严重的危险因素。该模型在测试集中的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.906。结论在精神专科医院中,农民、初次饮酒年龄较大、用餐时间外也饮酒、总胆红素水平异常、合并更多的躯体疾病可能是重度AUD的危险因素。

故城寺释迦殿建于明正德二年(1507年),其殿内的水陆壁画将儒、道、佛三教融汇在一起,是研究中国绘画艺术及宗教思想演进变化的重要实物资料。通过对壁画结构特征和材质组成等综合分析,壁画结构的层位关系依次是:支撑体→粗泥层→细泥层→底色层→颜料层→沥粉贴金,北壁壁画在底色层上依次是底稿层、贴纸层(纸张)和颜料层;细泥层以黄土、石粒和动物纤维为主。壁画的红色和橙色颜料为朱砂,粉色由铅丹和朱砂混合调色而成,黑色为炭黑,蓝色为普鲁士蓝。绿色为羟氯铜矿,并有少量辉铜矿;这在壁画中是较为少见的。沥粉贴金中所用金箔为Au-Ag-Pb合金,即大赤金。结合普鲁士蓝颜料在中国出现及贸易的时间,推测“绘制年代应早于清道光二十九年(1849年)”这一说法更为合适,即壁画绘制于乾隆中后期(1760—1770)至道光二十九年(1849年)之间。

Parkinson's disease is characterized by the selective degeneration of dopamine neurons in the nigrostriatal pathway and dopamine deficiency in the striatum.The precise reasons behind the specific degeneration of these dopamine neurons remain largely elusive.Genetic investigations have identified over 20 causative PARK genes and 90 genomic risk loci associated with both familial and sporadic Parkinson's disease.Notably,several of these genes are linked to the synaptic vesicle recycling process,particularly the clathrinmediated endocytosis pathway.This suggests that impaired synaptic vesicle recycling might represent an early feature of Parkinson's disease,followed by axonal degeneration and the eventual loss of dopamine cell bodies in the midbrain via a"dying back"mechanism.Recently,several new animal and cellular models with Parkinson's disease-linked mutations affecting the endocytic pathway have been created and extensively characterized.These models faithfully recapitulate certain Parkinson's disease-like features at the animal,circuit,and cellular levels,and exhibit defects in synaptic membrane trafficking,further supporting the findings from human genetics and clinical studies.In this review,we will first summarize the cellular and molecular findings from the models of two Parkinson's disease-linked clathrin uncoating proteins:auxilin(DNAJC6/PARK19)and synaptojanin 1(SYNJ1/PARK20).The mouse models carrying these two PARK gene mutations phenocopy each other with specific dopamine terminal pathology and display a potent synergistic effect.Subsequently,we will delve into the involvement of several clathrin-mediated endocytosis-related proteins(GAK,endophilin A1,SAC2/INPP5 F,synaptotagmin-11),identified as Parkinson's disease risk factors through genome-wide association studies,in Parkinson's disease pathogenesis.We will also explore the direct or indirect roles of some common Parkinson's disease-linked proteins(alpha-synuclein(PARK1/4),Parkin(PARK2),and LRRK2(PARK8))in synaptic endocytic trafficking.Additionall

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy sources(RESs)in power grid,the reserve resource(RR)scarcity for correcting power deviation of RESs has become a potential issue.Consequently,the power curve of RES needs to be more rigorously assessed.The RR scarcity varies during different time periods,so the values of assessment indicators should be dynamically adjusted.The assessment indicators in this paper include two aspects,i.e.,deviation exemption ratio and penalty price.Firstly,this paper proposes a method for dynamically calculating the supply capacity and RR cost,primarily taking into account the operating status of thermal units,forecast information of RES,and load curve.Secondly,after clarifying the logical relationship between the degree of RR scarcity and the values of assessment indicators,this paper establishes a mapping function between them.Based on this mapping function,a dynamic setting method for assessment indicators is proposed.In the future,RES will generally be equipped with battery energy storage systems(BESSs).Reasonably utilizing BESSs to reduce the power deviation of RESs can increase the expected income of RESs.Therefore,this paper proposes a power curve optimization strategy for RESs considering self-owned BESSs.The case study demonstrates that the dynamic setting method of assessment indicators can increase the revenue of RESs while ensuring that the penalty fees paid by RESs to the grid are sufficient to cover the RR costs.Additionally,the power curve optimization strategy can help RESs further increase income and fully utilize BESSs to reduce power deviation.

Wan and Zhang(2021) obtained a nontrivial lower bound for the number of zeros of complete symmetric polynomials over finite fields, and proposed a problem whether their bound can be improved. In this paper, the author improves Wan-Zhang's bound from three aspects. The proposed results are based on the estimates related to the number of certain permutations and the value sets of non-permutation polynomials associated to the complete symmetric polynomial. And the author believes that there are still possibilities to improve the bounds and hence Wan-Zhang's bound.

Fish in nature exhibit a variety of swimming modes such as forward swimming,backward swimming,turning,pitching,etc.,enabling them to swim in complex scenes such as coral reefs.It is still difficult for a robotic fish to swim autonomously in a confined area as a real fish.Here,we develop an untethered robotic manta as an experimental platform,which consists of two flexible pectoral fins and a tail fin,with three infrared sensors installed on the front,left,and right sides of the head to sense the surrounding obstacles.To generate multiple swimming modes of the robotic manta and online switching of different modes,we design a closed-loop Central Pattern Generator(CPG)controller based on distance information and use a combination of phase difference and amplitude of the CPG model to achieve stable and rapid adjustment of yaw angle.To verify the autonomous swimming ability of the robotic manta in complex scenes,we design an experimental scenario with a concave obstacle.The experimental results show that the robotic manta can achieve forward swimming,backward swimming,in situ turning within the concave obstacle,and finally exit from the area safely while relying on the perception of external obstacles,which can provide insight into the autonomous exploration of complex scenes by the biomimetic robotic fish.Finally,the swimming ability of the robotic manta is verified by field tests.

Impacts of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency on gut microbiota

Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI)can be induced by various kinds of diseases,including chronic pancreatitis,acute pancreatitis,and post-pancreatectomy.The main pathogenetic mechanism of PEI involves the decline of trypsin synthesis,disorder of pancreatic fluid flow,and imbalance of secretion feedback.Animal studies have shown that PEI could induce gut bacterial overgrowth and dysbiosis,with the abundance of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium increasing the most,which could be partially reversed by pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy.Clinical studies have also confirmed the association between PEI and the dysbiosis of gut microbiota.Pancreatic exocrine secretions and changes in duodenal p H as well as bile salt malabsorption brought about by PEI may affect and shape the abundance and composition of gut microbiota.In turn,the gut microbiota may impact the pancreatic exocrine acinus through potential bidirectional crosstalk.Going forward,more and higher-quality studies are needed that focus on the mechanism underlying the impact of PEI on the gut microbiota.
