Night-time diastolic blood pressure variability relates to stroke recurrence in patients who had ischaemic stroke with small artery occlusion

Background and purpose The association between blood pressure variability(BPV)and stroke recurrence among patients who had ischaemic stroke(IS)remains *** study aimed to investigate the association between BPV and stroke recurrence in patients who had IS of large artery atherosclerosis(LAA)subtype and small artery occlusion(SAO)*** Data from the BOSS(Blood Pressure and Clinical Outcome in Transient Ischemic Attack or Ischemic Stroke)study were *** subtypes were diagnosed according to the Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment *** was performed by 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and defined through SD of blood *** primary outcome was stroke recurrence within 90 days after *** Cox regression model was used to assess the association between BPV and stroke recurrence in patients who had IS of LAA subtype and SAO *** A total of 1390 patients who had IS from the BOSS study were included in the present *** analysis suggests that 24-hour systolic BPV(SBPV)and night-time diastolic BPV(DBPV)were significantly associated with stroke recurrence among all patients who had IS(HR,2.50,95%CI 1.07 to 5.84;HR,1.85,95%CI 1.07 to 3.21,respectively).Night-time SBPV and night-time DBPV were significantly associated with stroke recurrence in patients with SAO subtype(HR,2.77,95%CI 1.07 to 7.15;HR,3.60,95%CI 1.39 to 9.29,respectively).However,in the adjusted model,only night-time DBPV remained significant in patients with SAO subtype(HR,3.87,95%CI 1.40 to 10.71).Similar results were not found in patients who had IS of LAA *** High night-time DBPV was associated with increased risk of stroke recurrence among patients who had IS of SAO *** results of this study have implications for the secondary prevention management and future research of patients who had IS of SAO *** association between BPV and stroke recurrence in patients who had IS of LAA su

In the post-quantum era,the password-based authentication key exchange(PAKE)protocol on lattice has the characteristics of convenience and high efficiency,however these protocols cannot resist online dictionary attack that is a common method used by attackers.A lattice-based two-factor(biometric and password)authentication key exchange(TFAKE)protocol based on key consensus(KC)is *** protocol encapsulates the hash value of biometric information and password through a splittable encryption method,and compares the decapsulated information with the server's stored value to achieve the dual identity *** the protocol utilizes the asymmetric hash structure to simplify the calculation steps,which increases the calculation ***,KC algorithm is employed in reducing data transmission *** with the current PAKE protocol,the proposed protocol has the characteristics of hybrid authentication and resisting online dictionary *** it reduces the number of communication rounds and improves the efficiency and the security of protocol application.

Emerging role of natural products in cancer immunotherapy

Cancer immunotherapy has become a new generation of anti-tumor treatment,but its indications still focus on several types of tumors that are sensitive to the immune ***,effective strategies that can expand its indications and enhance its efficiency become the key element for the further development of cancer *** products are reported to have this effect on cancer immunotherapy,including cancer vaccines,immune-check points inhibitors,and adoptive immune-cells *** the mechanism of that is mainly attributed to the remodeling of the tumorimmunosuppressive microenvironment,which is the key factor that assists tumor to avoid the recognition and attack from immune system and cancer ***,this review summarizes and concludes the natural products that reportedly improve cancer immunotherapy and investigates the *** we found that saponins,polysaccharides,and flavonoids are mainly three categories of natural products,which reflected significant effects combined with cancer immunotherapy through reversing the tumor-immunosuppressive ***,this review also collected the studies about nano-technology used to improve the disadvantages of natural *** of these studies showed the great potential of natural products in cancer immunotherapy.

Introducing buckling pattern into straight-walled lattice structure,anovel buckling inspired lattice meta-structure(BILM)was designed and fabricated using polylactic acid(PLA)by three-dimensional(3D)printing *** square lattice structure with positive Poisson’s ratio(PPR)is transformed into negative Poisson’s ratio(NPR)structure by buckling *** struts decrease the maximum strain,prohibit strut fracture,increase strut contact and induce ductile bending *** meta-topology changes the crushing pattern from brittle layer-by-layer fracture,hybrid crushing pattern to stable plastic crushing when increasing the central angle from 0°to 120°.Buckling inspired meta-lattice structures can obviously improve the energy absorption(EA)performance through reducing the initial peak force(IPF)while increasing the EA,specific energy absorption(SEA)and crushing force efficiency(CFE).Ductile crushing endows BILM excellent EA.

Origin and Source of Deep Natural Gas in Nanpu sag, Bohai Bay Basin, China

Natural gas exploration in Nanpu sag, Bohai Bay Basin, has achieved breakthroughs in recent years, and a number of natural gas and condensate wells with high yield have been found in several structures in the beach area. Daily gas production of single wells is up to 170,000 m3, and high-yield wells are mainly distributed in？the Nanpu No. 1 structural belt.？Studies have shown that these natural gases are mainly hydrocarbon gases, with methane content about 80% to 90% and ethane 6%-9%, so they are mainly wet gas; and non-hydrocarbons are at a low level.？Carbon isotopes of methane range from -42‰ to -36‰, and ethane from -28‰ to -26‰. Calculated maturity based on the relationship between δ13C and Ro of natural gas, the gases are equivalent to those generated from organic matter when Ro is 1.0%-1.7% （mainly 1.25%-1.32%）. The natural gas is oil-type gas generated from the source rocks at mature to high mature stage, associated with condensate, so carbon isotopes of the gases are heavier. Natural gas in the Nanpu No.1 structural belt is mainly associated gas with condensate. The analysis of the origin and source of natural gas and condensate, combined with the monomer hydrocarbon carbon isotopes and biomarker, indicated that the main source rocks in the Nanpu No.1 structural belt were Es3 （the lower member of the Shahejie Formation）, followed by Es1 （the upper member of the Shahejie Formation）.？The high-mature hydrocarbons from source rocks in the deep sag mainly migrated through deep inherited faults into shallow traps and accumulated to form oil and gas pools. Therefore, there is a great potential for exploring gas in deep layers.
