Plant roots interact with diverse fungi that are essential for maintaining the productivity and sustainability of pasture ecosystems, but how these root-associated fungi(RAF) differ between forage species and how they respond to nutrient enrichment and fungicide application are not well understood. Here, we constructed an 11-year experiment involving fungicide application(with or without) nested within four levels of experimental nitrogen(N) addition treatments in an alpine pasture, and the RAF communities, root traits, tissue nutrients, and shoot biomass of two dominant forage species(Carex capillifolia and Elymus nutans) were analyzed. The RAF community composition showed striking differences between the plant species and was strongly affected by both N addition level and fungicide applications. Fungicide, but not N application, dramatically reduced the RAF richness of all functional guilds in both plant species, and fungicide also simplified the co-occurrence network of the RAF for C. *** RAF community correlated strongly with root traits, whereas their relationships became weakened or even vanished at the level of the individual plant species. The importance of RAF to plant nutrients and productivity varied between plant species, with significant contributions in C. capillifolia but not in E. nutans. This is the first report elucidating the long-term effect of fungicides on RAF in alpine pastures, and our findings emphasize the host-specific responses of RAF community structure and function to anthropogenic disturbances.

Co-based catalysts are the most promising catalysts in catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).Precious metal doping is adopted to improve the catalytic activity of toluene on Co_(3)O_(4) catalysts,but greatly increases its cost along with *** is found that doping a small amount of rare earth(Ce,Pr,Sm and Nd)can dramatically promote the catalytic activity of Co_(3)O_(4).Especially,the Nd-doped Co_(3)O_(4) catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic activity with a toluene removal rate of 90% at 162.1℃,which is even better than that of Pt-doped Co_(3)O_(4).Compared with other rare earth metal doping,the Nd doping leads to a higher ratio of Co^(3+)/Co^(2+) and has more oxygen *** in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS)experiments show that the lattice oxygen of Nd-Co sample can be utilized at a quite low temperature,while that of pure Co_(3)O_(4) cannot engage in oxidation reaction when the temperature is below 200℃,which visually demonstrates the main reason for the improved catalytic performance of Nd-Co catalyst.

Although notable progress has been made on novel cancer treatments,the overall survival rate and therapeutic effects are still unsatisfactory for cancer ***,combining chemotherapeutics and immunotherapeutic drugs,has emerged as a promising approach for cancer treatment,with the advantages of cooperating two kinds of treatment mechanism,reducing the dosage of the drug and enhancing therapeutic ***,nano-based drug delivery system(NDDS)was applied to encapsulate chemotherapeutic agents and exhibited outstanding properties such as targeted delivery,tumor microenvironment response and site-specific *** nanocarriers have been approved in clinical cancer chemotherapy and showed significant improvement in therapeutic efficiency compared with traditional formulations,such as liposomes(Doxil R,Lipusu R),nanoparticles(Abraxane R)and micelles(Genexol-PM R).The applications of NDDS to chemoimmunotherapy would be a powerful strategy for future cancer treatment,which could greatly enhance the therapeutic efficacy,reduce the side effects and optimize the clinical outcomes of cancer ***,the current approaches of cancer immunotherapy and chemoimmunotherapy were discussed,and recent advances of NDDS applied for chemoimmunotherapy were further reviewed.

In this paper,the nonlinear forced vibrations and stability of an axially moving large deflection plate immersed in fluid are *** on von Karman's large deflec・tion plate theory and taking into consideration the influence of fluid-strueture interaction,axial moving and axial tension,nonlinear dynamic equations are obtained by applying D'Alembert's *** dynamic equations are further discretized into ordinary differential equations via the Galerkin *** frequency-response curves of system are obtained and *** numerical method is used to analyze the bifurcation behaviors of immersed *** show that as the parameters vary,the system displays periodic,multi-periodic,quasi-periodic and even chaotic *** the analysis on global dynamic characteristics of fluid-strueture interaction system,rich and varied nonlinear dynamic characteristics are obtained,and various ways that lead to chaotic motion of the system are further revealed.

Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) waveform enables radar and communication functions simultaneously, which encounters low angle resolution and poor data rate for traditional single input single output (SISO) systems. To solve these problems, an integrated radar and communication system (IRCS) with multiple input multiple output (MIMO) OFDM waveform is proposed. The different limitations of radar and communication in designing such a system are investigated. Then, an optimization problem is devised to obtain suitable system parameters, including the number of subcarriers, subcarrier spacing, number of symbols, pulse repetition frequency (PRF) and length of cyclic prefix (CP). Finally, to satisfy the requirements of both radar and communication, the IRCS parameters are derived in three typical cases. Several numerical results are presented to illustrate the demands of radar and communication, inconsistent or consistent, for the IRCS parameters and the superiority of the proposed system.

在企业管理的过程中,产品需求波动往往会导致企业决策受阻,进而影响库存管理,因此准确的预测需求对企业运营管理有着至关重要的意义。本文针对72种饮料产品,基于历史销售数据进行未来需求预测。通过时序图分析剔除了销售量异常的饮料产品,然后对所剩饮料产品进行K-means聚类分析后选取产品较多的两类作为研究对象。采用ARIMA模型和LSTM模型对各个产品在未来3个月的销量进行了预测,经比对采用ARIMA模型预测更为精准,相对误差总体控制在7%左右。最终得到了未来3个月的产品总销量。

Characteristics of gas-liquid diaphragm discharge and its application on decolorization of brilliant red B in aqueous solution

A simple gas-liquid diaphragm discharge reactor was designed and characteristics of the discharge and its application on decolorization of brilliant red B in an aqueous solution were investigated. The results showed that strong oxidizing agents such as ·OH and ·O radicals were generated. Average electron temperature of the discharge was 0.72 eV, 1.15 eV and 0.83 eV with air, oxygen and argon as the discharge gas, respectively. Solution p H and conductivity changed little when oxygen or argon was used as the discharge gas; however, these two parameters changed significantly when the discharge was performed in air. During the discharge treatment,the characteristic absorption peaks of brilliant red B gradually decreased where the decolorization followed the first-order kinetics. With 10 min of discharge, the decolorization of brilliant red B（30 mg L^-1） can reach 96%, 81% and 62% in the cases of oxygen, argon and air,respectively. The analysis of by-products showed that the brilliant red B molecule can be effectively destroyed in this discharge mode.
